复合强韧化处理9SiCr制钉模失效分析   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
通过断口分析,扫描电镜观察,服役前后试样的透射电镜比较和残余奥氏体测定,对经复合强韧化处理的9SiCr制钉模进行了失效分析。结果表明:断裂失效属回火脆、服股时应力诱发残余奥氏体AR转变为M加剧了这种脆性。  相似文献

本文采用表面浸渗复合技术制备金属陶瓷表面复合钢锭模,并对复合钢锭模的制备,使用寿命,所生产的钢锭质量,失效方式,复合层的组织形态等进行研究。结果表明,本方法可在钢锭模内表面获得2~5mm厚的金属陶瓷复合层,并可明显提高钢锭模的使用寿命和钢锭表面质量。  相似文献

分析了熔炼电炉钢制造的铝型材热挤压模的失效原因及影响因素.试验表明,选用RW40钢结硬质合金制造热挤压模,经锻造和复合强化热处理,使用寿命是熔炼电炉钢模的10~15倍,被誉为寿星模,且型材有美观商品表面.  相似文献

对热挤压钢管用挤压模的典型失效模式进行了全面分析。显微硬度及金相组织研究结果表明,挤压过程中润滑不良,挤压模局部金属发生奥氏体化导致挤压模强度降低是造成挤压模失效的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了优化挤压模材质和几何结构以及选择合适润滑剂来提高挤压模的使用寿命的解决方案。  相似文献
