油田在开采过程中会产生大量的油田采出水、洗井废水、钻井废水和井下作业废水等采油废水,如果外排将会对生态环境造成危害。采取合适的技术手段将多余污水深度处理后回注,是保障油田可持续发展、减少环境污染以及提高经济效益的重要途径。文章综述了采油污水深度处理技术的研究及应用进展,并对采油污水回用处理技术进行了展望。  相似文献

油田采油污水在经过一系列处理达到合格标准要求后,就可以用于采油注水作业,因此,油田含油污水处理效率以及处理质量会直接对整个油田生产开采效果造成严重影响。为了进一步提升油田含油污水处理效果,针对联合站原油处理工艺进行深度改造,尤其是在核桃壳过滤器上面增加了加药口,并针对反冲洗以及生化处理技术等进行了进一步改进,这样就能有效提升油田含油污水处理效果,进一步改善油田含油污水水质,促进油田生产开采以及污水回用技术的有效发展。  相似文献

综述了印染废水深度处理及回用技术的研究现状.根据国内印染废水处理技术的现状,在现有常规工艺基础上,不改变已有设施,增加一套投资低、运行成本少、易建设、可操作性好的深度处理技术.该技术与原工艺有机结合,可以稳定达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准并能实现回用.指出对不同处理方法进行有效组合是印染废水回用的研究发展方向.  相似文献

Phenol is considered as pollutant due to its toxicity and carcinogenic effect.Thus,variety of innovative methods for separation and recovery of phenolic compounds is developed in order to remove the unwanted phenol from wastewater and obtain valuable phenolic compound.One of potential method is extraction using green based liquid organic solvent.Therefore,the feasibility of using palm oil was investigated.In this research,palm oil based organic phase was used as diluents to treat a simulated wastewater containing 300×10~(-6) of phenol solution using emulsion liquid membrane process(ELM).The stability of water-in-oil(W/O) emulsion on diluent composition and the parameters affecting the phenol removal efficiency and stability of the emulsion;such as emulsification speed,emulsification time,agitation speed,surfactant concentration,pH of external phase,contact time,stripping agent concentration and treat ratio were carried out.The results of ELM study showed that at ratio7 to 3 of palm oil to kerosene,5 min and 1300 r·min~(-1) of emulsification process the stabile primary emulsion were formed.Also,no carrier is needed to facilitate the phenol extraction.In experimental conditions of500 r·min~(-1) of agitation speed,3%Span 80,pH 8 of external phase,5 min of contact time,0.1 mol·L~(-1) NaOH as stripping agent and 1:10 of treat ratio,the ELM process was very promising for removing the phenol from the wastewater.The extraction performance at about 83%of phenol was removed for simulated wastewater and an enrichment of phenol in recovery phase as phenolate compound was around 11 times.  相似文献

介绍了一种处理采油废水的新型破乳剂,利用该破乳剂处理某油田采油废水,CODCr去除率可一次性达到85%以上,油去除率可达到95%以上,处理后的水再经砂滤,CODCr值可达到100mg/L以下,油含量可达到10mg/L以下,达到了含油污水的国家级排放标准,为油田采出废水达标排放找到了一条出路。  相似文献

A major objective of commercial processing of soybean oil into edible products is to remove unwanted impurities from the oil with the least possible effect on nutritional quality of the oil. Soybean oil is an excellent dietary source of essential linoleic acid and also of tocopherols, which serve as sources of vitamin E and natural antioxidants. The data presented in this report indicate that the nutritional quality of soybean oil is largely retained after typical commercial processing conditions. Hydrogenation does reduce the level of essential fatty acids; however, typical commercial salad and cooking oils and shortenings made from partially hydrogenated soybean oil retain nutritionally significant levels of essential fatty acids. Tocopherols also are present at high levels in the finished oil. Among the unwanted components of crude soybean oil which are effectively removed by processing are pesticide residues, phosphatides, free fatty acids, color pigments, and compounds causing objectionable odors and flavors.  相似文献

化纤生产企业每天会产生一定量的油剂废水,由于油剂废水COD含量较高且含有大量不易生化处理的成分,进入公司污水处理站进行处理,不仅难度大,而且对污水站的稳定运行产生较大的冲击。废水高温焚烧是较为有效的处理方式。对原有导热油锅炉(煤炉)进行油剂废水焚烧装置改造,可以有效处理油剂废水,达到了既环保又节能的效果。  相似文献

目前大多数油田废水经处理后直接用于回注,其控制指标是含油量和悬浮物,主要利用“二段”和“三段”治理工艺进行净化。随着国内大部分油田进入三次采油期,废水的产生量增多,一部分废水需排放到地表水体中。相应地对外排废水的CODcr指标提出了要求,过去的回注用水处理工艺无法满足需要,这就给很多油田的外排废水处理提出了新的研究课题。作者针对油田废水中CODcr的去除,介绍了国内研究单位主要采用的生物处理、混凝沉淀、电化学等几个方法的研究情况。  相似文献

三次采油技术是油田开发后期稳油增产的主要措施,但随着三次采油技术大规模推广应用,原油脱出污水含聚合物增加,含聚污水处理量也大幅度增加。聚合物的存在造成污水黏度增加、油水分离速度减慢,是造成油田污水处理难度增加的主要原因。因此选择技术经济可行的聚合物降解技术是油田含聚污水处理的关键,通过对几种聚合物降解技术室内模拟实验评价对比,为油田含聚污水处理技术优选提供依据。  相似文献

Heavy metals such as zinc are widely used in plating plants for the processing of material surfaces; therefore, an adequate wastewater treatment is required afterwards to comply with wastewater regulations. However, the presence of chemicals such as degreasing agents in the wastewater generated from the plating process inhibits the formation of hydroxides, thereby making treatment of wastewater and compliance with the stipulated regulations difficult. Herein, the effects of fine bubbles on oil cleaning and wastewater treatment were investigated for developing an alternative cleaning technology to degreasing agents. The concentration of fine bubbles significantly affected the oil cleaning. The fine bubbles demonstrated remarkable cleaning of highly viscous oil, which was difficult to remove using pure water. The high cleaning effect of fine bubbles on oil was achieved because of the hydrophobic interaction of the bubbles. Furthermore, a decrease in cleaning effect was observed for samples with uneven shapes, which was attributed to the difficulty in penetration of fine bubbles in materials with irregularities. Furthermore, fine bubble cleaning exhibited better efficiency for wastewater treatment than degreaser cleaning. Therefore, fine bubble cleaning is speculated to be an excellent cleaning technology with high oil cleaning effectiveness and improved wastewater treatability.  相似文献
