研究了两种相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-MAH)、马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物弹性体(POE-g-MAH)对聚丙烯/尼龙6(PP/PA6)共混体系力学性能的影响.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析和力学性能测试,研究了相容剂POE-g-MAH和PP-g-MAH对PP/PA6共混物相容性、形态结构和力学性能的影响.研究结果表明:两种相容剂的加入都使PP/PA6体系的相容性增加,但PP-g-MAH的加入主要表现为增强效果,而POE-g-MAH的加入主要表现为增韧效果. 相似文献

用马来酸酐(MAH)对氯化聚丙烯(CPP)进行了接枝,以水洗法代替丙酮萃取法脱除了接枝物(CPP-g-MAH)中的副产物聚马来酸酐。对水洗接枝物进行了红外光谱表征和附着力、溶解度参数的测定,考察了温度、时间、加水量对水洗率的影响。结果表明,当温度90℃,时间2h,加水量325ml时水洗率最大;采用水洗法不影响接枝物在聚丙烯板上的附着力。 相似文献

通过分别选择普通CPE,高氯化CPE,MP(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯的简称),复合CPP等对NBR/PP共混体系进行增容研究;利用半有效硫化体系(S+促进剂TMTD/促进剂CZ)以及改性树脂硫化体系(改性树脂+促进剂)为硫化体系对共混体系进行动态全硫化研究;用透射电镜研究其中部分共混体系的亚微观结构,讨论其与共混体系宏观性能间的关系;利用差热分析(DSC)对连续相的结晶形态进行研究。实验研究表明,以CPP为增容剂的共混体系经过动态全硫化后具有优良的耐热油及其他综合性能,适用于制造耐热油制品,具有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

Sorbitol, as an abundant, cheap and renewable resource, is considered as a potential raw material for the manufacture of alkyd resin. In this study, the kinetics on preparation of alkyd resin using phthalic anhydride, sorbitol and soya bean fatty acid as raw materials is investigated. Three kinds of sorbitol based alkyd resins (SAR) samples having fatty acid content (OLf) of 42% (SAR1), 52% (SAR2) and 62% (SAR3) were prepared with phthalic anhydride, sorbitol aqueous solution and soya bean fatty acid using fatty acid method. Kinetic studies showed that the initial and latter stages of the reaction follow a second-order rate law. The second-order rate constants were found to be of the order of 10−5 g/mg KOH/min. Molecular weight and polydispersity index were determined by GPC and end-group analysis. The number average molecular weight of the alkyd resins ranged from 1435 to 1626 and the weight average molecular weight ranged from 3041 to 3648. A large polydispersity index was found in a range from 2.12 to 2.24. The varnish of alkyd resin SAR1 containing 50% 200# solvent gasoline and 1.25% cobalt naphthenate (drying agent) by weight dried faster than the others. The physical and chemical film properties of the sorbitol based alkyd resins were determined and compared with standard alkyd resins. The results showed that the performance of alkyd resin having fatty acid contents (OLf) of 42% (SAR1) was almost the same as the standard alkyd resins. 将马来酸酐接枝改性的氯化聚丙烯树脂(CPP-g-MAH)溶于乙酸丁酯中,再加入由Tween-20和Span-80组成的复合乳化剂进行乳化,获得了稳定的CPP-g-MAH乳液。研究了CPP-g-MAH乳液、丙烯酸复配树脂RX、乙二醇以及表面活性剂Surfynol465的用量对喷码油墨体系稳定性和墨层在聚乙烯(PE)表面附着力的影响,确定了较佳的乳化条件为:Tween-20与Span-80质量比3:2,Tween-20与Span-80的总质量为CPP-g-MAH质量的12%。较佳的水基喷码油墨配方(以质量分数表示)为:CPP-g-MAH乳液30%,水溶性丙烯酸树脂RX2%,乙二醇15%,Surfynol4651.5%。在此条件下制取的水基喷码油墨在PE表面的附着力达1.04N/mm2,非常适合于PE制品表面的喷码打印。 相似文献

The molecular characterization of alkyd/acrylic hybrid latexes produced by miniemulsion polymerization was characterized in terms of the resin degree of grafting, acrylic degree of grafting, reacted double bonds in the alkyd, gel content, and molecular weight distribution of the sol part. A simple method based on conventional size exclusion chromatography measurements was developed to estimate the fraction of alkyd resin grafted to the acrylic polymer. The method could be applied to completely soluble hybrids and to hybrids containing gel. Also, the limits of the extraction method used in the literature to estimate the fraction of acrylic polymer grafted to the alkyd was investigated; we found that this technique only provided accurate results at high values of the acrylic degree of grafting. The combination of this information with the reacted double bonds of the alkyd (determined by iodine titration) and the molecular weight distribution of the sol polymer provided a detailed characterization of the alkyd–acrylic hybrid polymer. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
