由于装配系统仿真对象复杂以及传统仿真方法难以建立装配系统的仿真模型,因此该文提出运用面向对象的理论建立汽车装配线的可视化虚拟仿真系统.文中详细论述了实现该仿真系统的关键技术和流程,接着根据离散事件系统的特点介绍了装配仿真系统的仿真策略,最后以某汽车总装车间为例建立了装配线的可视化虚拟仿真系统.通过可视化仿真实现了车间的布局设计和生产过程的动态仿真,并依据仿真结果确定生产线的技术参数以决策生产.  相似文献

为确定多机器人生产线在实际工业生产过程中的可实施性,利用RobotStudio虚拟仿真软件设计一类以IRB2600工业机器人为控制核心的多机器人工作站,用以实现对装配搬运生产线的虚拟搭建;采用SoildWorks软件为工作站设计三维仿真模型及使用工具;构建多机器人生产线的布局,依据生产线工序流程,说明动态效果构建过程,对机器人系统进行I/O信号创建,设置工作站逻辑,进而完成离线编程程序的编写,实现工作站的虚拟仿真运行,通过对运行结果数据进行研究,找出机器人运行的最优速度,保证了该生产线的可实施性;该方案可以为实际机器人生产线设计提供理论依据,降低设计周期和成本,指导现场生产;对类似工作站的创建实施具有一定的借鉴意义.  相似文献

传统的概念设计方法由于缺乏真实感的交互手段,难以直观表达设计者的意图.基于虚拟原型的概念设计不仅能为设计者提供逼真的虚拟设计环境,而且充分体现了现代设计的成本低、周期短以及灵活性强等特点.针对概念设计的特点以及虚拟原型的特征分类,提出了基于虚拟原型的概念设计模型V-desModel,其核心是利用产品视图模型描述设计对象,将虚拟特征概念融入视图模型中,并采用可扩展"三维实体-约束图"来描述设计对象之间的约束关系.V-desModel模型能有效地支持基于虚拟原型的概念设计过程,较好地解决了概念设计中产品虚拟原  相似文献

在分析虚拟制造特点的基础上,提出了三维可视化虚拟加工环境的系统结构,介绍了支持三维建模仿真的组件设计、基于装配模型的三维实体建模方法、NC代码解析器的设计方案以及基于毛坯表面三角片离散化的加工过程仿真算法,并开发了虚拟加工环境原型系统,该系统能够实时地反映零件虚拟原型的加工成形过程仿真,并进行可加工性分析。  相似文献

为解决饮料生产线系统建模分析困难的问题,提出一种基于消息的Petri网行为模型。将虚拟生产线行为化分为系统行为与实体行为,用系统状态迁移和实体状态迁移进行描述。将消息定义为一个六元组,作为实体间信息交流的载体。定义消息产生函数和消息消耗函数作为消息和行为的纽带,将消息纳入Petri网内资源实现对系统流程的控制。通过一段生产线组成的小系统实例描述行为模型的工作方式,在Virtools虚拟现实开发平台构建沉浸式灌装饮料生产线三维动态仿真系统。仿真结果表明,该行为模型能较好地对虚拟生产线系统进行搭建、控制与分析。  相似文献

布局问题一直是生产线设计过程中的一个难点问题,生产线布局的优劣直接影响到生产线的生产效率。针对墙材生产企业生产线布局中存在的问题,研究生产线的快速动态布局方法。利用当前虚拟仿真技术的优势,基于虚拟仿真软件Virtools,开发墙材生产线可视化布局设计系统。并且结合某墙材生产企业生产线的布局问题,应用所开发的布局设计系统进行仿真布局,在此基础上利用布局设计系统的生产过程仿真功能对此生产线的生产过程进行仿真模拟,检验生产线布局的合理性,以便修改和优化。  相似文献

应用Pro/E和3DS MAX实现虚拟环境中灌装生产线各台主机的实体建模,在VC++6.0开发平台上利用VC的MFC运行机制和World Tool Kit软件相结合的方法,同时利用与实体建模连接的技术,实现视景仿真和虚拟加工过程,运行结果表明:此方法不仅可以在虚拟环境当中建立视景仿真,而且可以在虚拟环境当中按指定路线漫游,实现对虚拟环境当中的主机的浏览。  相似文献

虚拟制造中,三维加工装备建模是这种活动的仿真基础之一。该文以简单车床为例,具体研究了加工装备的三维模型简化和建立,然后剖析了模型的整体结构,并按照运动和非运动部分将其分块和组合,形成了模型的装配视图,建立了每个分块的局部坐标系统。在此基础上模拟了车床的相关分块的运动,最后形成了一个具有立体视效果的模拟环境,为加工装备的具体加工过程虚拟化建立了设备基础。  相似文献

The present work deals with the design, implementation and assessment of a new haptic system specifically conceived for manipulative tasks in virtual environments. Such a system was designed by taking into account specific issues related to fine manipulation, such as multipoint haptics, coherence, transparency and physical representation. The haptic system described herein is integrated with a virtual environment engine for the simulation of multifinger manipulation. A preliminary evaluation of the system was conducted by comparing human performance in the manipulation of virtual objects with respect to real objects, according to the data available in the literature. The experiments confirm how the most relevant relationships among physiological and physical parameters involved in manipulation are also preserved during virtual manipulation. However, an in-depth analysis of the results shows that simulation parameters affect the level of force control during virtual manipulation and the quality of the perceived force feedback.  相似文献

To survive the cut-throat competition in the manufacturing industry, many companies have introduced digital manufacturing technology. Digital manufacturing technology not only shortens the product development cycle times but also improves the precision of engineering simulation. However, building the virtual objects needed for a digital manufacturing environment requires skilled human resources; it is also costly and time-consuming. A high precision environment with the similar resources is also needed for a high precision simulation. In this paper, we propose a method of constructing a mixed reality-based digital manufacturing environment. The method integrates real objects, such as real images, with the virtual objects of a virtual manufacturing system. This type of integration minimizes the cost of implementing virtual objects and enhances the user's sense of reality. We studied several methods and derived a general framework for the system. Finally, we developed our idea into a virtual factory layout planning system. To assign the pose and position of real objects in virtual space, we applied a circle-based tracking method which uses a safety sign instead of the planar-square-shaped marker generally used for registration. Furthermore, we developed the framework to encapsulate simulation data from legacy data and process data for visualization based on mixed reality.  相似文献

Computing power is an integrated part of our physical environment, and since our physical environment is three-dimensional, the virtual studio technology, with its unique potential for visualizing digital 3D objects and environments along with physical objects, offers an obvious path to pursue in order to envision future usage scenarios in the domain of pervasive computing.We label the work method virtual video prototyping, which grew out of a number of information systems design techniques along with approaches to visualization in the field of architecture and set design.We present a collection of virtual video prototyping cases and use them as the platform for a discussion, which pinpoint advantages and disadvantages of working with virtual video prototyping as a tool for communication, experimentation and reflection in the design process. Based on more than ten cases we have made the observations that virtual video prototypes 1) are a powerful medium of communication in development teams and for communication with industry partners and potential investors, 2) support both testing and generating ideas 3) are particular suited for addressing spatial issues and new ways of interacting. In addition practical use of virtual video prototypes has indicated the need to take into account some critical issues including a) production resources, b) hand-on experience, and c) the seductive power of virtual video prototypes.  相似文献

This paper proposes tangible interfaces and interactions for authoring 3D virtual and immersive scenes easily and intuitively in tangible augmented reality (AR) environment. It provides tangible interfaces for manipulating virtual objects in a natural and intuitive manner and supports adaptive and accurate vision-based tracking in AR environments. In particular, RFID is used to directly integrate physical objects with virtual objects and to systematically support the tangible query of the relation between physical objects and virtual ones, which can provide more intuitive tangibility and a new way of virtual object manipulation. Moreover, the proposed approach offers an easy and intuitive switching mechanism between tangible environment and virtual environment. This paper also proposes a context-adaptive marker tracking method which can remove an inconsistent problem while embedding virtual objects into physical ones in tangible AR environments. The context-adaptive tracking method not only adjusts the locations of invisible markers by interpolating the locations of existing reference markers and those of previous ones, but also removes a jumping effect of movable virtual objects when their references are changed from one marker to another. Several case studies for generating tangible virtual scenes and comparison with previous work are given to show the effectiveness and novelty of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper contributes the knowledge base in the context of applicability of simulation environment (analogous to virtual reality) in the Distributed Control Systems (DCS) domain. A simulated platform has been designed and developed considering the advanced features of DCS. The design and development of such simulation tool is considered to be generic in nature while advocating the System Level Software Tool (SLST) for DCS. The idea emphasizes that before designing a real DCS network/system for a target platform (e.g. machine, plant, automation system, etc.) the designer designs and tests a virtual DCS network containing the image such as control code, logical connectivity, control network database, event information, etc. of the target. Once the virtual design is over such image is transferred to the real DCS network/system. Not only DCS validation is achieved with such simulation-based design approach but also a considerable amount of design and installation time can be saved. Although, such ideas are not new in the engineering field but there are no SLST accommodating such features are available either in the DCS technology marketplace or in the research fields.  相似文献

通过对混杂系统典型实例即三水箱系统特性的分析,从系统安全的角度讨论了用于控制该系统离散状态切换序列的基于混杂自动机描述的贪婪型与周期型控制策略.依据此控制策略,利用VC++与Matlab的混合编程技术开发了该混杂系统的虚拟对象实验室平台.通过对三水箱系统及仿真环境参数的设置,此平台不仅可以形象地演示虚拟对象在不同初始条件下的混杂特性,而且可以实现预定的控制策略并进行仿真研究,从而为具有此类混杂特性的混杂系统的深入研究,提供了一个虚拟的实验环境.  相似文献

The construction industry has acknowledged that its current working practices are in need of substantial improvements in quality and efficiency and has identified that computer modelling techniques and the use of prefabricated components can help reduce times, costs, and minimise defects and problems of on-site construction. This paper describes a virtual environment to support the design and construction processes of buildings from prefabricated components and the simulation of their construction sequence according to a project schedule. The design environment can import a library of 3-D models of prefabricated modules that can be used to interactively design a building. Using Microsoft Project, the construction schedule of the designed building can be altered, with this information feeding back to the construction simulation environment. Within this environment the order of construction can be visualised using virtual machines. Novel aspects of the system are that it provides a single 3-D environment where the user can construct their design with minimal user interaction through automatic constraint recognition and view the real-time simulation of the construction process within the environment. This takes this area of research a step forward from other systems that only allow the planner to view the construction at certain stages, and do not provide an animated view of the construction process.  相似文献
