在La0.5-xCexBa0.5CoO3中,系统研究了Ce对La替代效应。Ce的掺入首先产生了电荷转移效应。材料高温磁化率测量表明,每个Ce原子向Co的3d壳层转移2.86个电子,结果随Ce掺入量增加,材料磁矩成线性下降。另外,随Ce含量增加,材料居里温度单调下降,这是由于稀土离子的尺寸效应。在所研究的温度范围内,所有材料的导电机理都属于极化子的变程跳跃导电。由于电荷转移效应,使材料电阻率随Ce掺入量增加而迅速加大。当La全部被Ce替代后,室温下材的电阻率提高了五个数量级以上。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.5Sr0.5Mn1-xCoxO3(x=0.1~0.5)的系列样品,通过XRD、SEM和VSM对样品进行了表征.结果表明:随着Co3 离子掺杂量的增加,样品的结构由正交晶系向单斜晶系转变,这种现象的产生是由于Co3 离子半径(r=0.754nm)与Mn3 离子半径(r=0.68nm)不匹配造成的.样品形貌为均匀的球形,平均直径50nm左右.样品的居里温度和居里温度附近的磁熵变随Co3 掺杂量的增加先下降后升高,这是由于参加双交换作用的离子数目减少和结构畸变导致的.  相似文献

研究了Mn元素掺杂及热处理工艺对超磁致伸缩材料Tb0.5Dy0.5(Fe1-x)1.91(x=0~0.15)合金温度性能的影响,实验结果表明Mn掺杂对该材料居里温度影响较大,随Mn掺杂量的增加居里温度降低:在无预压应力时,Mn掺杂提高了合金的低温、低场磁致伸缩应变性能;热处理工艺对进一步提高磁致伸缩性能无明显作用。  相似文献

采用直流四探针法和两端子电子阻塞电极交流阻抗谱研究了GNP法制备La0.6Sr0.4Co1-yFeyO3陶瓷的电子-离子混合导电性能.在室温-900℃范围内,La0.6Sr0.4CoO3的电子电导率随温度的升高而单调降低,其它样品的电子电导率随温度的升高在600℃附近达到最大值.La0.6Sr0.4Co1-yFeyO3陶瓷的氧离子电导率随温度的升高而增加.在相同温度下,随着Co/Fe比例的增加,La0.6Sr0.4Co1-yFeyO3陶瓷的电子电导率和氧离子电导率增加,电子导电活化能和离子导电活化能降低.氧离子迁移数随温度的升高而增加,随Co/Fe比例的增加而降低.  相似文献

用固相合成法制备La3+掺杂Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5 Cr0.5)2O4尖晶石体系红外辐射材料,并通过DTA-TG、XRD和IRE-2型红外辐射测试等方法研究了材料的结构特征与红外辐射性能的关系,结果表明:随着La3+含量的增加,La3+以不同的形式进入Co0.5Ni0.5(Fe0.5 Cr0.5)2O4体系中,当La2O3掺杂浓度为5%(质量分数)时,样品的法向全波段辐射率达到0.91.  相似文献

采用离子束溅射法在氧化钇稳定的氧化锆(YSZ)和SiO2衬底上溅射<薄膜,测试了不同工艺制备的La0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ薄膜样品的XRD谱和电导率。分析了薄膜表面微结构以及电学性能。结果表明:在YSZ衬底上生长的La0.5Sr0.5CoO3-δ薄膜随着热处理温度的升高取向增强,当薄膜经过750℃热处理后结晶度最好;各样品直流电导率在低温段的Arrhenius曲线近似为直线,表明材料的导电行为符合小极化子导电机制;交流电导率在低频段(<100kHz)电导率主要是靠晶界导电贡献的,而在高频区(>100kHz),样品对交流电响应更加明显,电导率主要是靠晶粒导电贡献的。  相似文献

使用金属氧化物La2O3,NiO,CuO和Co2O3作为原料,固相反应法能够合成出具有K2NiF4型结构单一相的、且晶粒尺寸在35~50nm范围的La2Ni0.5M0.5O4 δ(M=Co,Cu)粉料,用XRD、SEM和直流四极探针电导测试法研究了合成La2Ni0.5M0.5O4 δ(M=Co,Cu)粉料的煅烧工艺条件和掺杂元素对电性能的影响以及粉料的颗粒形貌.随着煅烧温度的升高和保温时间的延长,晶粒尺寸在不断长大;合成的粉料在1300℃烧结5h后所有样品的电导率在空气条件下于100~800℃范围内都在增加.掺杂C0或Cu后的材料La2NiO4 δ的电导率均有增加,但掺杂Co后材料电导率要大于掺杂Cu的电导率.为此确定La2Ni0.5M0.5O4 δ(M=Co,Cu)类粉料固相法合成的适宜煅烧条件为1400℃下保温时间14h.  相似文献

采用传统的干压成型法制备了Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-K0.5Bi0.5TiO3无铅压电陶瓷,研究了不同K0.5Bi0.5TiO3含量对Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-K0.5Bi0.5TiO3陶瓷的微观结构与电性能的影响规律.结果表明,Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-K0.5Bi0.5TiO3无铅压电陶瓷随K0.5Bi0.5TiO3含量增加,晶格常数增大,密度减小,晶粒尺寸减小,压电常数先增大后减小,介电常数增大,介电损耗增加,机械品质因数下降,而居里温度不断升高,在200℃附近存在由铁电相向反铁电相转变的一个相变点,组分为0.84 Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-0.16 K0.5Bi0.5TiO3的陶瓷位于准同型相界附近,具有最佳的压电性能.  相似文献

用传统的固相反应烧结法制备了(1-xmol%)BaTiO3-xmol%(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3(BBNTx)高温无铅正温度系数电阻( positive temperature coefficient of resistivity, PTCR)陶瓷。X射线衍射表明所有的BBNTx陶瓷形成了单一的四方钙钛矿结构。SEM分析结果显示随着BNT含量的增加, 陶瓷晶粒尺寸减小。空气中烧结的0.2mol% Nb掺杂的BBNT1陶瓷, 室温电阻率为~102 Ω·cm, 电阻突跳为~4.5个数量级, 居里温度为~150℃。氮气中烧结的0.3mol% Nb掺杂的BBNTx(10≤x≤60)陶瓷, 同样具有明显的PTCR效应, 居里温度在180~235℃之间。随着BNT含量的增加, 材料的室温电阻率增大, 同时陶瓷的电阻突跳比下降。  相似文献

Structure,magnetic properties and magnetostriction of Sm0.9Pr0.1(Fe1-xCox)2 compounds have been investi-gated by means of X-ray diffraction,a.c. initial susceptibility, extracting sample magnetometer,Mossbauer spec-troscopy and standard strain gauge techniques.The lattice parameter a of the MgCu2-type Laves compounds Sm0.9Pr0.1(Fe1-xCox)2 decreases nonlinearly with increasing Co concentration,deviating from the Vegardˊs law.Curie temperature Tc increases initially from 668 K for x=0 to 694 K for x=0.2 and then decreases to 200 K for x=1.0.The saturation magnetization Ms at temperatures 1.5K, 77K and 300K have the same variation tendency as the composition dependence of Curie temperature,in consistence with rigid-band model.The easy magnetization direction(EMD) od Sm0.9Pr0.1(Fe1-xCox)2 lies along [111] direction in the range x≤0.6,and changes to [110] for x=0.8 ,while Sm0.9Pr0.1(Fe1-xCox)2 stays in the paramagnetic state at room temperature.The composition dependence of the average hyperfine field,Hhf,demonstrates a similar variation tendency as that of the saturation magnetiza-tion Ms and Curie temperature Tc .The spontaneous magnetostricton λ111 increases with increasing Co content.The saturation magnetostriction λs decreases monotonically with increasing x,which is caused by the increase of magnetostriction constant λ100 with opposite sign to that of λ111.A two-sublattice model has been proposed to understand the intermediate region between the [111]and [110] spin configurations ,which can also be used to explain the temperature dependence of magnetization.  相似文献

采用固相法获得了Mn改性的Na0.5Bi2.5Nb2O9(NBN+xmol%MnCO3,0≤x≤10.0)铋层状压电陶瓷,并系统地研究了Mn(掺杂)对NBN基陶瓷显微结构与电性能的影响.结果表明,所有获得的样品都是居里点在700℃以上的单一相铁电体.加入Mn显著地提高了NBN系列陶瓷的机械品质因素Qm,明显改善了陶瓷的压电与机电性能.当MnCO3掺杂量为8.0mol%时,陶瓷获得最佳电性能:tanδ=0.749%,d33=20 pC/N,Qm=3120,kp=12.37%,kt=21.09%,Pr=7.01μC/cm2.NBN+xmol%MnCO3(x=8.0)陶瓷经700℃退极化处理后,其d33保持为原来的75%(~15 pC/N),表明该材料在高温领域下具有良好的应用前景.  相似文献

Structural, magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of sol-gel prepared, nanocrystalline oxides Pr(1-x)A(x)Mn(1-y)Co(y)O3 (A = Ca, Sr) (x = 0.3; y = 0.5) (cubic, space group Fm3m) have been studied. From the X-ray data, the crystallite size of Pro.7Ca0.3Mn0.5Co0,503 and Pr0.7Sr0.3Mn0.5Co0.5O3 samples is found to be approximately 24 nm and approximately15 nm respectively. High resolution transmission electron microscopy image shows average particle size of approximately 34 nm and approximately 20 nm. Magnetization measurements indicate a Curie temperature of approximately 153 K and approximately172 K in applied magnetic field of 100 Oe for Pr0.7Ca0.3Mn0.5Co0.5O3 and Pr0.7Sr0.3Mn0.5Co0.O3 compounds. The magnetization versus applied magnetic field curves obtained at temperatures below 150 K show significant hysteresis and magnetization is not saturated even in a field of 7 T. The magnetocaloric effect is calculated from M versus H data obtained at various temperatures. Magnetic entropy change shows a maximum near T(c) for both the samples and is of the order approximately 2.5 J/kg/K.  相似文献

为改善LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2正极材料的电化学性能,采用自制的磷酸铁纳米悬浮液,通过共沉淀法在LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2正极材料表面包覆纳米磷酸铁。应用XRD,TG-DTA,TEM等手段表征制备的磷酸铁的结构,形貌和液相状态;通过XRD,SEM,EDS,TEM,ICP,恒流充放电、循环伏安、交流阻抗表征制备的包覆材料的结构、形貌及电化学性能。研究烧结温度和包覆量对LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2正极材料电化学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理温度为400℃,2%(质量分数,下同)磷酸铁包覆能显著地改善LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2正极材料的循环性能和倍率性能。循环伏安和交流阻抗结果显示,包覆磷酸铁后改善了LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2正极材料的可逆性和动力学性能。ICP测试结果表明,磷酸铁包覆层能够有效地降低电解液对正极材料的溶解与侵蚀,稳定其层状结构,从而提高正极材料的电化学性能。  相似文献

The thermomechanical analysis (TMA) of Cu 0.5 Tl 0.5 Ba 2 Ca 2 x R x Cu 3 O 10 δ,where R=Pr and La,with 0.0≤x≤0.15,was carried out in temperature range from 450 to 1145 K.The samples were prepared by singlestep solid state reaction technique.The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The superconductivity of the prepared samples was investigated by electrical resistivity measurement.The results showed that low substitution content enhanced the (Cu 0.5 Tl 0.5)1223 phase formation,while the higher substitution content degraded this phase.The higher superconducting transition temperatures T c were found to be 114 K and 109 K at x= 0.025 for Pr-and La-substitutions,respectively.The average linear thermal expansion coefficient increased as x increased,while the shrinkage temperature decreased as x increased.Those results were emphasized by porosity and Vickers microhardness calculations.Debye temperature θ D was calculated from the linear thermal expansion coefficient data and correlated to T c to estimate the electron-phonon coupling λ ep.  相似文献

采用传统陶瓷烧结工艺制备了(1-x)(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-xLiNbO3无铅压电陶瓷,研究了陶瓷的结构、烧结特性及电性能特征.制备的(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-LiNbO3陶瓷为单一的钙钦矿结构,室温下其相结构随LiNbO3含量增加逐渐由正交相向四方相转变,显微结构也由于LiNbO3含量的不同而表现出很大差异.与(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3陶瓷相比,(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-LiNbO3陶瓷的烧结温度降低,烧结特性得到改善.(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-LiNbO3陶瓷表现出优越的压电性能,其中0.94(K0.5Na0.5)NbO3—0.06LiNbO3(x=0.06)陶瓷的压电常数d33达到205pC/N,机电耦合系数kp为40.3%,kt达到49.8%.  相似文献

PrCo5-based nanograin Pr=CO100-x (x=14-22) alloys with high coercivity were synthesized by mechanical alloying and subsequent annealing. The crystallization, phase components and magnetic properties of the alloys were investigated systematically. The main phase of the alloy for x=14 is Pr2CO17 with rhombohedral Th2Zn17-type. The amount of the Pr2CO17 phase decreases with increasing Pr content, and a nearly single phase PrCo5 with hexagonal CaCu5-type is formed in Pr18Co81 alloy. Further increase in the Pr content leads to the formation of another magnetically hard Pr2Co7 phase with its Curie temperature about 350℃. Remanences decrease monotonously with increasing Pr content, whereas the coercivities increase, reaching a maximum of 2040 kA/m (25.6 kOe) in Pr19CO81 powders milled for 5 h and annealed at 973 K for 2 min, and then decrease for higher Pr content. The high coercivity is attributed to the high anisotropy field of the PrCo~ phase and its nanoscale grain size.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 ferrite was synthesized by polyacrylamide gel method. The electromagnetic and microwave absorption properties of the ferrite were investigated. The results indicated that calcining temperature of the ferrite had a significant influence on the effective properties of the ferrite. When the calcining temperature was 500, 600 and 700℃, the average size of particles was 10, 30 and 80 nm, respectively. The dielectric loss (ε″) and magnetic loss (μ″) of the ferrite was around 0.65 and 0.29 at 8.2 GHz, respectively. Microwave absorption properties of the ferrites were simultaneously influenced due to the strong correlation between reflection loss and electromagnetic parameters of the ferrite.  相似文献
