针对玻璃幕墙在风荷载作用下变形量测方法不能解决全场、复杂节点变形的问题,提出一种基于三维数字照相变形量测技术的光学方法。通过使用双摄像机的三维数字照相量测技术,测定玻璃幕墙在不同风荷载作用下的应变和挠度,然后通过与传统方法应变片和百分表测量以及有限元数值模拟所得的数据进行比较,来验证三维数字量测方法在玻璃幕墙变形量测的可行性。试验结果表明:在相同的风荷载作用下,通过3种方法所测得的应变-位置和挠度-位置的比较,说明三维数字照相量测试验测量得到的玻璃幕墙表面变形数据是准确的,数字照相量测方法可以应用于玻璃幕墙表面变形量测。 相似文献

起、下管杆作业是修井作业的主要工艺之一,在下管杆作业前必须对管杆进行测量,以满足设计要求。传统的管杆测长主要是靠人工用米尺来完成,而这种测量方法容易发生测量数据不准,测长和计算耗时费力等现象。针对这种情况,研制开发了井下作业管杆自动测长系统。该系统采用安装在井口护板内的位移传感器传递测长启动信号,钢丝绳上的测长传感器进行测长,满足了井下采油作业测长的工艺要求,降低了操作者的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。 相似文献

在陀螺经纬仪校准过程中,需要将陀螺经纬仪中心与天文定向时的观测中心对中,此对中精度直接影响其寻北精度的测量结果。本文设计了一种基于两个平行光管的双目标精确对中方法,经实验验证,该方法可实现被检陀螺经纬仪中心与天文定向时的观测中心的高精度对中,成功提高了陀螺经纬仪校准的准确性;为配合该方法的使用,设计了陀螺经纬仪对中调整机构,该机构可以实现陀螺经纬仪水平二维位移调整和高低姿态调整,通过姿态调整,可以与天文定向时的观测中心高精度对心,提高测量精度,并满足不同型号陀螺经纬仪校准需求。 相似文献

We have developed a Doppler lidar system using the edge technique and have made atmospheric lidar wind measurements. Line-of-sight wind profiles with a vertical resolution of 22 m have a standard deviation of 0.40 m /s for a ten-shot average. Day and night lidar measurements of the vector wind have been made for altitudes from 200 to 2000 m. We validated the lidar measurements by comparing them with independent rawinsonde and pilot balloon measurements of wind speed and direction. Good agreement was obtained. The instrumental noise for these data is 0.11 m /s for a 500-shot average, which is in good agreement with the observed minimum value of the standard deviation for the atmospheric measurements. The average standard deviation over 30 mins varied from 1.16 to 0.25 m /s for day and night, respectively. High spatial and temporal resolution lidar profiles of line-of-sight winds clearly show wind shear and turbulent features at the 1 -2-m /s level with a high signal-to-noise ratio and demonstrate the potential of the edge-technique lidar for studying turbulent processes and atmospheric dynamics. 相似文献

action plan. However, the technologies of the digital continuity guarantee are still lacked.
At first, this paper analyzes the requirements of digital continuity guarantee for electronic
record based on data quality theory, then points out the necessity of data quality
guarantee for electronic record. Moreover, we convert the digital continuity guarantee of
electronic record to ensure the consistency, completeness and timeliness of electronic
record, and construct the first technology framework of the digital continuity guarantee
for electronic record. Finally, the temporal functional dependencies technology is utilized
to build the first integration method to insure the consistency, completeness and

Reliability of a structure with random strength is investigated assuming that the occurrences of random stresses are governed by a non-homogeneous Poisson process. Here calculations are carried out based on the observation that the failure corresponds to the occurence of the first record stress (new high in the sequence of stresses) relative to the random strength of the component. Energy monitoring systems calculate actual energy use, estimate energy needs at normal operation, track energy metrics, and highlight issues related to energy efficiency of process plants. Analysis of key energy indicators (KEIs) allows the comparison of process efficiency at different operating regimes. Based on the extracted knowledge realistic targets of KEIs can be determined. The performance of data-driven targeting models depends on how effective the operating regimes are characterized. Till now this modeling task is performed manually based on heuristic and subjective evaluation of the operation. A goal-oriented time-series segmentation technique has been developed to automate the selection of proper data used for the identification of targeting models. With the proposed novel segmentation algorithm targeting-models for different operating regions can be automatically determined. The concept of the resulted energy monitoring system is demonstrated at Heavy Naphtha Hydrotreater and CCR Reforming Units of MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas Company. 相似文献
