采用热压法制备了羰基铁/聚苯乙烯复合材料。复合材料的结构、形貌和电磁性能分别采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和HP8510网络分析仪进行了研究。结果表明,随着羰基铁粉含量的增加,羰基铁/聚苯乙烯复合材料的复介电常数的实部ε′和虚部ε″、复磁导率的实部μ′和虚部μ″都呈现逐渐增大的趋势。羰基铁粉含量为75%(质量分数)的羰基铁/聚苯乙烯复合材料具有最好的电磁波吸收性能,其最小反射率在14GHz为-15dB,-10dB带宽达4.1GHz。  相似文献

利用磁控溅射法对空心玻璃微球表面镀Al。研究了由镀Al空心玻璃微球FeCo合金/环氧树脂制成的复合材料在2~18GHz频段范围内的电磁特性, 利用模型计算了所制备样品的微波反射率。结果表明, 在镀Al空心玻璃微球和FeCo合金粉末总体积分数一定的条件下, 随着镀Al空心玻璃微球与FeCo 合金体积比的增加, 复合材料介电常数实部ε′减小, 虚部ε″ 变化不明显; 磁导率的实部μ′ 和虚部μ″ 均减小; 反射率峰值向高频方向移动。 当 镀Al空心玻璃微球与FeCo合金体积比2∶1时, 涂层厚度为2mm, 吸收峰值达到-29.69dB, 其面密度仅为3.71kg/m2, 吸收率小于-10dB的带宽达到2.4GHz。由此可见, 通过改变镀Al空心玻璃微球与FeCo合金的体积比, 可以调节电磁参数, 提高材料的吸波性能。   相似文献

对用Co2 + 、Ti4 + 置换Fe3 + 的BaMnZn -W型铁氧体的制备和微波吸收性能进行了分析研究 ,发现涂层厚为 1.0 6mm在 7.0~ 12 .0GHz频率范围内有 3个损耗吸收峰 ,峰值最高达 3 4dB以上 ;同时测量了复数磁导率 μ~( =μ′ -jμ″) ,复介电常数ε~( =ε′ -jε″) ,求出了磁损耗角正切tgδm 和介电损耗角正切tgδe,初步分析了 3个损耗吸收峰可能产生的机制。比较了在相同工艺条件下 ,随Co2 + 、Ti4 + 含量增加 ,铁氧体的吸收频率特性和涂层厚度的关系。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Li0.35Zn0.3Fe2.35O4粉体,采用HP8722ES矢量网络分析仪测量了样品在2~18GHz频率范围的复介电常数εr(εr=ε′-jε″)和复磁导率μr(μr=μ′-jμ″).采用传输线理论公式,对材料的吸波性能进行了模拟.结果表明,随着匹配厚度d的增加,吸波性能增强.当d=4mm时,材料的吸波曲线出现双吸收峰;d=5mm时,材料的吸收峰值位于4.4GHz,反射率为-19.96dB,-10dB吸收带为2.8~9.0GHz,带宽为6.2GHz.吸波材料在低频区有良好的吸波性能.  相似文献

以十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)为乳化剂和掺杂剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,采用乳液聚合的方法合成了导电聚苯胺包覆磁性四氧化三铁的核-壳纳米复合材料,其粒径在120nm左右。利用3cm波导式测量线法分别研究了聚合反应中Fe3O4的含量、DBSA和APS与苯胺的相对含量对复合材料的介电常数(ε′,ε″)和磁导率(μ′,μ″)的影响。结果表明,Fe2O3的加入能够在提高复合材料磁损耗的同时,提高其介电损耗,μ″和ε″分别提高到0.72和9.62,扩展高频时的吸收频带,通过调整聚合反应中Fe3O4、DBSA和APS的相对含量可以调节材料的电磁参数,设计多层的梯度吸波结构,从而满足阻抗匹配定律和对入射电磁波实现最大限度的吸收。  相似文献

讨论了纤雏长度与热压保温时间对含量为25%(体积分数)的短切SiCf增强LAS玻璃陶瓷复合材料介电性能的影响.在8~12GHz频率范围内,介电性能测试结果表明,随纤维长度由2mm增加到4mm,复合材料的复介电常数实部ε′增大,而其虚部ε″及介电损耗tgδ减小.当保温时间由10min延长到20min时,复合材料的ε′增大,而其ε″与tgδ均减小;且保温20min时,其ε′、ε″与tgδ均已接近适合损耗微波能量的数值.复合材料有望成为电损耗型宽带微波损耗材料.  相似文献

采用陶瓷工艺制备Co2Z(Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2Fe23.4O41)六角铁氧体,通过二次球磨掺杂少量BST(BaSrTiO3)铁电材料。研究BST掺杂对Z型铁氧体的烧结温度、相结构、晶粒生长及其在频率1MHz~1GHz的动态相对复介电常数(ε′=ε″r—iε″r)和相对复磁导率(μ=μ′r—iμ″)的影响。结果表明:在BST掺杂量为Co2Z一次预烧料重量比的0~1.5%内.随BST含量增加,形成在Z型六角结构相生长同时,伴生M相六角结构和钙钛矿结构的多相结构;六角结构晶粒明显长大,材料密度增加;μr和εr增大;铁磁共振和铁电共振频率点移向低频。当BST掺杂量为1.5%、频率1MHz时.μ′=28,ε′=100,相对于纯相Co2Z材料μ′r和ε′,明显提高。  相似文献

利用直流电弧等离子法在105Pa H2 Ar混合气氛下制备了Fe,Ni及FeNi合金纳米粒子,通过XRD,TEM,XPS,VSM及TC-436(LECO LTD.)N/O分析仪等对纳米粒子结构、形貌、成分、表面状态及静态磁性能进行了表征,并通过矢量网络分析仪,利用同轴波导的方法对金属纳米粒子进行了电磁参数的测定.结果发现:在2~8GHz频率范围内,Fe,Ni,FeNi合金纳米粒子/固体石蜡复合材料的复介电常数虚部ε″在3~4,7~10,14~16GHz频段均出现三个峰值,随着Fe元素含量的增加,FeNi合金纳米粒子的复介电常数ε″损耗值成规律性的增加;复磁导率实部μ′也逐渐增大,且在2~4GHz范围出现极大值,复磁导率虚部μ″吸收峰值向高频段移动,而且当成分(质量分数/%)为Fe49.00Ni和Fe28.35Ni时,材料的吸收频带展宽.  相似文献

以铁电性的钛酸锶钡(BST)和铁磁性钇铁氧体(YIG)为原料,采用固相反应法,合成了一系列铁电/铁磁复合材料,并对铁电/铁磁复合材料(YIG/BST)的介电性能和磁性能进行了详细地研究. 结果表明:在一定温度下烧结所得的铁电/铁磁复合材料,由铁电相和铁磁相两相组成;xBST-(1-x)YIG(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0)复合材料具有良好的介电性能和磁性能, 其介电常数实部ε′与虚部ε″均随BST含量的增加而升高,且介电常数的谐振峰随着YIG含量的增加而向频率高的方向移动.磁导率实部μ′与虚部μ″均随BST含量的增加而降低. 在YIG铁氧体中加入适量的陶瓷BST构成复合材料,可以有效地改善截止频率,提高高频电磁特性.  相似文献

本文在1MHz~1800MHz频段内研究了化学组分、退火温度对BaZnCoTi-W型铁氧体材料的电磁参数的影响.研究了其复介电常数εr(ε′、ε″)和复磁导率μr(μ′、μ″)随频率的变化规律.实验研究还表明掺入Ti4 离子后,主要增大ε″且其峰值随着Ti4 离子含量增加向低频移动;掺入Co2 主要影响材料的磁导率,使μ″r-f的第二峰随着Co2 离子增加向低频移动.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. Here we present a collection of properties data extracted from the cryogenic literature and, to the extent possible, selected for reliability.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of iron in Biscay (Basque Country, Spain) has been a hallmark of this territory of the North of the Iberian Peninsula throughout its history. The Archaeology team of the Basque Country Mining Museum has spent 13 years, so far, studying the origins of this activity through the evidences left at the old pre-hydraulic iron production workshops known as mountainside ironworks (ferrerías de monte) or haizeolak. It has catalogued 170 archaeometallurgical sites of this type in Biscay, and the archeological excavation of some of them has led to the knowledge of the different stages of the production process that took place in these workshops. The team has also experimentally reproduced the work carried out in a mountainside ironworks from the High Middle Ages, and it has currently started the characterization process of this type of activity through the study of the collected materials.  相似文献

As demands about environment protection are growing up, dry cutting technology is getting more and more concerns from all over the world. Main works performed here are study on dry cutting performances and wear mechanisms of M2high-speed steel (HSS) twist drills with CrAlTiN multicomponent coatings, which was deposited using magnetron sputter ion plating system, in drilling 45 and 30CrMnSiA steel, and their comparisons to those in drilling the same steel but using monolayer CrN and commercial TiN coated drills. Drilling performances of drills are evaluated mainly through the measurements of width on outer corner flank land and the cutting forces. Results show that performances of CrAlTiN coated drills are better than those of monolayer CrN and TiN coated drills. In drilling 45 and 30CrMnSiA steel, the average tool life of the CrAlTiN coated drills are 17.2 and 11.8 times higher than those of the uncoated drills. Observing wear of the drill with scanning electronic microscope, results show that there is no crack or spallation of the CrAlTiN coatings in wear zones. Main mechanism of the wear here is adhesion.  相似文献

Arc spraying coatings are widely used in various applications, but uncommon in cast iron substrate. Different surface pretreatment technology is tested on substrates of gray cast iron. Surface roughness and residual stress were measured by TR200 and X-ray diffraction analyzer. Influence of different surface pretreatment methods ( dry blasting and fusebond) on roughness and residual stress was analyzed. The arc-sprayed coatings of wire 3Cr13 (φ2mm) on gray cast iron substrate is studied. The microstructure and interface of bonding layer were observed by SEM. The bond strength was taken by tensile test. Results show that bond strength with grit blasting is higher than fuse-bond; it is feasible to make wire 3Cr13 coating with arc spraying on cast iron substrate roughened by grit blasting.  相似文献

TiO2 ceramic coatings with thickness of 20 μm were formed on the surface of pure titanium by micro-plasma oxidation. Their micro-structures were investigated by by using X-ray diffraction and their surface images were detected by using scan electronic microscope. There were three kinds of TiO2 coatings, pure anatase type TiO2 phase, mixed phases consisted of rutile type TiO2 phase and anatase type TiO2 phase, pure rutile type TiO2 phase. The coating surface with the pure anatase type TiO2 phase is rough, while the coating surface with the pure rutile type TiO2phase is smooth. The upper coating surface with the mixed type TiO2 phases is anatase type TiO2 structure and the subsurface of the TiO2 coating is rutile type TiO2structure.  相似文献
