目前国内分析天然气组成分析方法大都是气相色谱法,气相色谱法分析天然气组成需要使用国家标准物质。本文调查了国内天然气标准物质配置情况发现,天然气标准物质配置采用称量法进行,并且有严格的配置程序和注意事项。国内具备天然气标准物质配置能力的单位有9家单位,其中只有中国计量科学研究院能配置国家一级标准物质,其他单位只能配置国家二级标准物质。中国测试技术研究院可以配置最全组分的天然气标准物质。 相似文献

本文通过分析ISO、IEC、ITU三大国际标准组织涉及专利的标准历年分布情况,发现在三大组织中,涉及专利的标准数量最多的是ITU,增长速度最快的是IEC,标准中纳入专利的情况还是较多地出现在信息技术和高新技术领域中;首次对我国国家标准中涉及专利的情况进行了梳理和分析,从采标和自主制定国家标准的角度分析了我国国家标准中纳入专利的情况及其发展趋势,提出了完善我国标准中专利信息搜集的建议。 相似文献

Development of an Instrument to Measure Perspectives of Engineering Education Among College Students
The number of engineering students has been declining for decades and attracting qualified students has become an urgent task for engineering schools in The United States. Perspectives students hold towards engineering play an important role in their college major selection. An effective standardized instrument measuring general perspectives about engineering among college students is designed in this project and survey development, instrument administration, and factor analysis are presented. The statistical analysis reveals that college students in general agree that engineering is beneficial to the society; however, they tend to believe that it takes too much effort to gain an engineering degree and that engineering is a demanding career. Further, they are neutral about the personal benefits of pursuing a degree in engineering, and finally, they do not feel that studying engineering or making engineering as their profession is particularly interesting. These findings provide a good explanation to the declining enrollment and increasing dropout rates in engineering schools in the United States. 相似文献

A computer-based SpaceStation© simulation program written to introduce first-year college students to concepts in biological systems engineering was tested in two freshman engineering courses. The program modeled the interactions among a human crew, fish, microbes, and plants in a closed environment with fixed amounts of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water. Students were asked to rebalance the system after a significant percentage of the crew left or entered the station. The experience gained through working with the simulation helped the students discuss interactions within the system. The simulation and related discussion about the project were well-received by students. Presentations made by the students demonstrated creative involvement, awareness of interactions in biological systems, and increased awareness of the profession. The simulation developed only introductory levels of design skill in the students. 相似文献

This study was concerned with a comparative evaluation of students who used procedural guidelines (developed to help them cope with new technology) and those who did not. Typographic students from six colleges were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (who used the procedural guidelines) or to the control group (who were not exposed to the guidelines). All the students carried out the same design task. Each student's completed design was assessed by independent designers and compositors, who were unaware of the research intention or methodology or the particular students they were assessing. The students' work was evaluated in terms of 10 criteria variables by the designer and 10 different criteria variables by the compositor. In addition, the students were asked to fill in a 20 item self report user satisfaction questionnaire on how they felt about the design task. Data were also collected in respect to timekeeping, students' background and demographics, the particular courses they were following, etc. The data were analysed by t-tests for significant differences between the means and standard deviations of the experimental and control groups. 相似文献

The use of aims and objectives in the design of an engineering education are reviewed, together with the approaches to learning adopted by students. Characteristics of degree courses which inhibit students achieving these aims and objectives are described. The mismatch between the aims in teaching and the reality of what students learn is then addressed. A problem-based learning course is described as a possible method of developing both higher level cognitive and personal and interpersonal skills, and the implications of such an approach are discussed. Details of the prerequisite courses are also presented. The Department of Auxiliary Services of the University of Miami had been the recipient of numerous anecdotal complaints by resident students regarding the service of the laundry system offered at the residential on-campus dormitories (students often complained about nonworking and/or busy machines). In this paper we present a holistic systems approach that utilizes total quality management and quantitative decision-making tools in a seamless fashion to improve the students' satisfaction and perception related to the laundry system. At the same time, other departmental important objectives, such as the implementation of an ongoing in-house procedure that supports its continuous-improvement program, are taken into account. Using the participation in peer reviewed publications of all doctoral students in Quebec over the 2000–2007 period, this paper
provides the first large scale analysis of their research effort. It shows that PhD students contribute to about a third of
the publication output of the province, with doctoral students in the natural and medical sciences being present in a higher
proportion of papers published than their colleagues of the social sciences and humanities. Collaboration is an important
component of this socialization: disciplines in which student collaboration is higher are also those in which doctoral students
are the most involved in peer-reviewed publications. In terms of scientific impact, papers co-signed by doctorate students
obtain significantly lower citation rates than other Quebec papers, except in natural sciences and engineering. Finally, this
paper shows that involving doctoral students in publications is positively linked with degree completion and ulterior career
