研究了(Fe100-xCox)73 5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9(x=0、50)纳米晶软磁合金的高频磁特性.结果表明,用Co部分置换Fe后,仍可形成纳米晶结构,并且可以显著提高合金的高频特性.与典型的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶软磁合金相比,其复数磁导率实部μ略有下降,但表征损耗的复数磁导率虚部μ"却大幅度降低,从而可显著提高软磁材料的截止使用频率fr及品质因数Q,本文初步探讨了在Fe73 5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金基础上,用Co置换Fe而使高频特性得到改善的机理.  相似文献

研究了460~640℃等温退火后纳米晶(FexCo1-x)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9(x=0.5,1)合金的初始磁导率麒随温度变化。与双相纳米晶Fe73.5Nb3Si13.5B9合金相比,(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金室温下的磁导率降低,但晶化相和非晶相居里温度明显升高,并显著提高了合金在高温下的软磁性能。初步探讨了改善纳米晶合金高温磁性的机理。  相似文献

研究了460~580℃等温退火(30min)后纳米晶(Fe0.5 Co0.5)73.5 Cu1Mo3Si13.5B9合金高温软磁性能.结果表明,在Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si13.5B9纳米晶合金中用Co取代部分Fe仍可形成双相纳米晶结构,并且可显著提高合金的高温特性.与Fe73.5Cu1Mo3Si13.5B9纳米晶软磁合金相比,其室温μi略有下降,但表征高温磁稳定性的居里温度明显提高,同时磁导率在高温下衰减变缓,从而拓宽了纳米晶软磁材料的高温使用范围.文中初步探讨了用Co取代部分Fe后使高温特性得到改善的机理.  相似文献

研究了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶合金在0.1mol/L的NaCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,及对其软磁性能的影响。实验结果表明,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶合金经0.1mol/L的NaCl溶液腐蚀后溶液中有橙色沉淀物产生,XRD测试表明铁基纳米晶合金腐蚀后仍保留非晶纳米晶双相结构;铁基纳米晶合金有效磁导率μe随腐蚀时间的增加而降低,腐蚀30d后在频率为50Hz、1、100kHz时其有效磁导率μe较腐蚀前分别下降35.9%、35.3%、27.6%,矫顽力Hc由腐蚀前的0.7097A/m增加到1.117A/m,增加了57.4%,磁滞损耗Pu由腐蚀前的1.819J/m3增加到2.994J/m3,增加了64.6%,腐蚀后铁基纳米晶合金软磁性能有所下降。  相似文献

研究了含Co的Finemet型(Fe..5Co0.5)73.5Nb3Si13.5B9Cu1和(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Nb2V1Si13.5B9Cu1合金在不同温度纳米晶化后的磁性.结果表明,用V部分替代Nb对淬态(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Nb2V1Si13.5B9Cu1非晶合金的居里温度没有明显的影响,但是形成(Fe0.5Co0.5)7a.5Nb2V1Si13.589Cu1纳米晶合金使剩余非晶中Co的含量降低,导致初始磁导率在高温下快速衰减;用V部分替代Nb使(Fe0.5Co0.5)73.5Nb2ViSi13.5B9Cu1纳米晶合金中的晶体相含有更多的Co,增大了材料的饱和磁感应强度B8并显著提高了初始磁导率.  相似文献

用XRD测定了退火Fe73.5Cu1M3Si13.5B9(M=Nb,Mo)合金中晶化相--α-Fe(Si)和非晶相的结构,讨论了添加元素M=Nb,Mo对Fe73.5Cu1m3Si13.5B9合金起始磁导率影响的原因,结果表明,添加Nb的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金其α-Fe(Si)的尺寸小,Si含量高,且非晶相的铁磁性强,从而获得了较高的起始磁导率。  相似文献

利用模压成型法制备了Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶粉体/丁基橡胶和Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5 B9纳米晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜,采用4284A阻抗分析仪在20~50℃测试温度范围内研究了复合薄膜的压磁性能.结果表明,复合薄膜在<0.09MPa微应力、低于200kHz测试频率下压磁性能最好;升高测试温度使复合薄膜的压磁性能增加,非晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜在40℃时压磁性能最好,纳米晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜在50℃时压磁性能最好;在相同条件下,非晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜的压磁性能优于纳米晶粉体/丁基橡胶复合薄膜.  相似文献

研究了过渡金属元素(Zr,Nb,Mo)和Cu元素对Fe78Si9B13合金系非晶形成能力、热稳定性和磁性的影响;在Fe74Cu1Nb3Si13B9合金的基础上,通过逐步提高Fe含量,利用单辊甩带法制备Fe(76+x)Cu1Nb3Si(11-x)B9(x=0,2,4)和Fe(79+x)Cu1Nb2Si(6-x)B12(x=0,2,4)非晶/纳米晶合金薄带;利用XRD、DSC、TEM和VSM研究了高Fe含量Fe-Cu-Nb-Si-B系非晶/纳米晶合金的微观结构和磁性,并通过添加Nb元素优化了高Fe含量合金的磁性。研究结果表明:Zr和Nb元素的添加能明显提高Fe78Si9B13合金的非晶形成能力和热稳定性;高Fe含量的Fe-Cu-Nb-Si-B系纳米晶合金为典型的非晶/纳米晶双相结构,合金的饱和磁化强度Ms180 emu/g,且合金的矫顽力Hc在2Oe-9Oe之间,具有良好的软磁性能;Nb元素能显著细化Fe-Cu-Nb-Si-B系合金晶粒尺寸,从而能显著降低合金的矫顽力,改善合金的软磁性能;当Fe含量在80%-83%(原子百分比,下同)之间时,合金具有良好的软磁性能,但当Fe含量达到85%时,会有Fe2B、Fe3B相析出,从而显著恶化其软磁性能。  相似文献

研究了激波对以非晶(Fe0.99MO0.1)78B13Si9,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金的作用,发现激波可使多层非晶合金晶化。晶化主相α-Fe的晶粒尺寸,晶格常数比单纯退火晶化、激波处理后退火的小。这是由于再结晶和形成不同固溶体(缺位式固溶体和替代式固溶体)引起的。并讨论了压力和温度在非晶激波晶化中的作用。  相似文献

Nanocomposites of FeCo and TiO2 with wide range of metal volume fractions (MVFs) were prepared by co-sputtering. High resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis reveals that the microstructure of the nanocomposites depends on the MVF which determines the particle size and separation. FeCo nanoparticles are amorphous at lower MVF whereas crystallites are present at higher MVF. Likewise, the magnetic characteristics of these films depend on the MVF. At low MVF, composite films exhibit superparamagnetism whereas at high MVF, coalescence of crystalline nanoparticles results in the opening up of hysteresis loop. These composite films show a considerable room temperature tunnel magnetoresistance and being proportional to the square of the normalized magnetization (M/M s)2.  相似文献

Spin valve like AF/Fe/Cu/Fe (AF = Fe50Mn50 and Ir50Mn50) multilayer systems have been prepared by molecular beam epitaxy. Thin tracer layers enriched in the 57Fe isotope were artificially grown at the AF/Fe and Fe/Cu interfaces and the interfacial atomic diffusion was observed via 57Fe conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy. The results show that the atomic interdiffusion at all involved interfaces is lower in the IrMn based structures as compared to the FeMn based ones.  相似文献

Interaction of bromine ions with water clusters that have absorbed the molecules of oxygen and ozone is studied using a molecular-dynamics simulation of flexible molecules. The cases of location of Br ions on the surface and in the bulk of the cluster are described. Water clusters with ozone molecules remain stable during their interaction with the Br ions, while oxygen molecules are found to evaporate from the cluster when Br ions appear in its bulk. In the presence of Br ions, the infrared spectra of systems with O3 molecules are observed to be intensified. The intensities of the IR spectra with O2 molecules may both increase and decrease depending on the arrangement of the Br ions. The Raman spectra are sensitive to the appearance of Br ions only for systems that contain oxygen molecules. As a result of interaction with the Br ions, the power of IR radiation emitted by the clusters can not only increase, but also decrease.  相似文献

This work investigates the alloying reaction undergone by Al50Fe50 powder mixtures submitted to mechanical processing by ball milling. The transformation kinetics was studied by quantitative X-ray diffraction. Experimental evidences indicate that Al gradually dissolves in Fe, finally forming a crystalline solid solution. A phenomenological model was developed to describe the observed kinetics with reference to the number of collisions and to the fraction of powder effectively processed at individual collisions. It is shown that only about 5 μg of powders are involved in the Al dissolution processes at collision. It is also shown that a Al30Fe70 solid solution already forms at the first impact via local dissolution processes.  相似文献

The photoinduced changes in the surface morphology of As50Se50 chalcogenide glass films are observed using atomic force microscopy. The thin film samples, on single crystal silicon or a microscope glass slide as substrate, were exposed to laser light of wavelength λ=632 or 685 nm. The results show nucleation and gradual growth of micrometer size pyramids that grow with laser irradiation, ultimately covering 15% of exposed area in 20 min. The rate of growth of a given pyramid slows down with time until it ceases to grow on reaching a height of several 100 nm. The maximum height of these faceted pyramids is 1 μm, sometimes even larger than the film thickness, which cannot be understood from the reported photoinduced expansion. A photoinduced oxidation is suspected, in which As atoms in the surface layer move to the sites of pyramids. These observations raise new questions about the impact of ambient atmosphere on photodarkening and other photoinduced effects in chalcogenide glasses.  相似文献

对物理法制备的再生铜合金粉末进一步合金化,通过机械合金化(MA)结合放电等离子烧结(SPS)的方法制备了(Fe_(40)Ni_(40)Mn_(20))_(50)Cu_(50),(Fe_(38)Ni_(38)Ni_(38)Mn_(19)Al_(5))_(50)Cu_(50),(Fe_(36)Ni_(36)Mn_(18)Al_(10))50 Cu_(50)和(Fe_(32)Ni_(32)Mn_(16)Al_(20))_(50)Cu_(50)四种中熵合金块体,并研究了Al元素的含量对中熵合金微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在高能球磨60 h之后合金粉末完成合金化,四种中熵合金粉末均形成单一FCC相的过饱和固溶体且有微量WC杂质。经SPS烧结后,(Fe_(40)Ni_(40)Mn_(20))_(50)Cu_(50),(Fe_(38)Ni_(38)Mn_(19)Al_(5))_(50)Cu_(50)和(Fe_(36)Ni_(36)Mn_(18)Al_(10))50 Cu_(50)形成了由富Cu的FCC1相和富Fe-Ni的FCC2相组成的双相FCC结构,并具有超细晶+微米晶的多尺度结构;而(Fe_(32)Ni_(32)Mn_(16)Al_(20))_(50)Cu_(50)由富Cu的FCC主相和少量富Fe-Mn的FCC2相及富Ni-Al的BCC相(B2)组成。随着Al含量的提高,四种中熵合金的塑性逐渐降低,而强度和硬度逐渐提高。(Fe_(40)Ni_(40)Mn_(20))_(50)Cu_(50)合金的压缩屈服强度、抗压强度和维氏硬度分别为878 MPa,1257 MPa和248.5HV。与(Fe_(40)Ni_(40)Mn_(20))_(50)Cu_(50)相比,(Fe_(32)Ni_(32)Mn_(16)Al_(20))_(50)Cu_(50)的压缩屈服强度和硬度分别提高了50.1%和50.4%,断裂应变由19.55%下降至8.31%。  相似文献

The influence of near bandgap laser irradiation on the structure of the As50Se50 thin film has been investigated by synchrotron radiation photoelectron spectroscopy. The As 3d and Se 3d photoemission peaks of the irradiated sample show significant differences in shapes and positions in comparison with those obtained for non-irradiated amorphous film. The experimental data processing and quantifications are performed analyzing As 3d and Se 3d core-level components obtained by curve fitting. The relative contribution of the As and Se atoms in different chemical states to the whole As 3d and Se 3d signal, its structural origins as well as their relation to the As50Se50 nanolayers structure before and after laser irradiation is analyzed and discussed in detail.  相似文献

Magnetic single crystals garnets Ca3 X2 Ge3 O12 with X = Mn3+ or Fe3+ containing Ca2+ and Ge4+ are of great interest due to the rise of an antifer-romagnetic order in one definite octahedral site. The optimal conditions for obtaining single magnetic-sublattice garnets of large size (1 cm in diameter) have been analyzed. Two groups of solvents have been tested: Bi2 O3 or PbO based flux. The best results were obtained with PbO flux and starting composition : % Moles 44 PbO 1b 35 GeO2 1b 15 CaO 1b 6 X2 O3.  相似文献
