本文设计、分析和加工了一种单层双频超材料结构,该结构由3层构成,表层和底层由金属铜板组成,中间层为有损耗的介质基板FR-4.通过仿真优化表明,该结构在谐振频率5.32 GHz和9.77 GHz处吸波率分别达到95%和94.2%.实测数据显示在谐振频率5.15 GHz和9.45 GHz处的反射系数分别为-14 dB和-13 dB,实现了电磁波的双频强吸收.此外由于该结构具有正交对称性,因此具有极化不敏感特性,又经仿真得到该结构具有宽入射角特性.结果表明,该超材料吸波器在特定频段电磁功能器件领域具有潜在的应用价值.  相似文献

基于干涉理论,利用低介电材料全介质谐振表面(All-dielectric resonance surface,ADRS)设计并制备了一种新型二元结构超材料吸波体(Binary-structural metamaterial absorber,BMA)。优化后的BMA分别在13. 332 GHz、16. 722 GHz和17. 34 GHz处有强吸收。通过阻抗分析、能量损耗分布及场分析的方法解释了BMA的谐振与吸波机理,并研究了ADRS结构参数对吸波性能的影响。分析表明,BMA的三频谐振来源于ADRS的电谐振响应; ADRS的结构决定谐振峰处磁场分布,进而影响吸波性能。仿真结果与实测结果吻合较好。本工作提出的采用低介电材料ADRS代替传统金属谐振表面及难以制备的高介电常数ADRS,极大地简化了超材料吸波体的设计。  相似文献

根据阻抗匹配原理和电磁波传播规律,以中空多孔聚丙烯腈(PAN)碳纤维为主要吸收剂,分别添加以炭黑、碳纤维和羰基铁粉为吸收剂的匹配层,制备了双层轻质雷达吸波材料,并考察了其吸波性能.结果表明,双层结构设计和不同吸收剂的复合对提高材料的吸波性能起着重要的作用.以羰基铁粉作吸收剂的匹配层比以炭黑和碳纤维作吸收剂的匹配层对提高以中空多孔碳纤维吸波材料的吸波性能更为显著.所制备的材料在厚度为2.90mm,密度为1.28g/cm3时,在4~18GHz频率范围内反射率≤-8dB的带宽为11.42GHz,反射率≤-10dB的带宽为10.90GHz.  相似文献

本文提出一种以EPS空心球为基体材料的谐振型吸波材料.由电磁波理论,推导出包覆碳粉的EPS空心球的谐振频率和谐振波长,并对这种吸波材料的吸波性能进行了实验研究.经测试,碳粉最佳体积含量为4%,EPS空心球最优粒度为2mm.在测试频段内,低频(2.4~3.85GHz)吸收达到40dB,高频(8~12.5GHz)在45dB以上.最后对这种谐振型吸收材料的阻燃性进行了测试,达到美国UL94V-1级标准.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备锂锌铁氧体(Li0.435Zn0.195Fe2.37O4,LZFO),界面聚合法制备纯聚苯胺(PANI)和PANI纳米纤维/LZFO复合材料。通过SEM、XRD、FTIR和矢量网络分析(PNA)等对材料的物相、结构和吸波性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:制备出的样品分别为PANI、LZFO和不同配比的PANI纳米纤维/LZFO复合材料。在2~18 GHz范围内,PANI纳米纤维/LZFO复合材料的电磁波反射率<-10 dB的波段有2个,吸波性能较纯PANI和LZFO有了很大提高,并且拓宽了吸波频带,当PANI纳米纤维/LZFO复合材料中PANI纳米纤维的质量分数为10%,其综合吸波性能最佳,电磁波反射率<-10 dB的波段分别为2.5~5.5 GHz波段和14.5~16.5 GHz波段,最大吸收峰可达到-33.8 dB。而PANI和LZFO在电磁波反射率<-10 dB的波段只有1个。因此通过PANI纳米纤维接枝铁氧体,可调节电磁参数,提高材料的吸波性能。   相似文献

研究了电路模拟结构材质、电路模拟结构尺寸、介质层电磁参数等对电阻渐变型和"陷阱"式结构吸波复合材料的吸波性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过合理的结构设计,在其它条件相同的情况下含电路模拟结构电阻渐变吸波复合材料的吸波性能在8~18 GHz范围内有3~5 dB的提高;含电路模拟结构"陷阱"式吸波复合材料在厚度≤4 mm条件下,实现了吸波性能在8~18 GHz频率范围内吸收率≥12 dB。在提高吸波复合材料吸波性能的同时,电路模拟结构的引入使复合材料力学性能有一定的提高,有利于实现吸波复合材料的吸波/承载一体化。   相似文献

以苯胺(ANI)、羰基铁粉(CIP)和甲基丙烯酸甲脂(MMA)等为原料,采用化学氧化法和原位复合技术制备了掺杂态聚苯胺(PANI)、羰基铁粉/聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂(CIP/PMMA)和羰基铁粉/聚甲基丙烯酸甲脂/聚苯胺(CIP/PMMA/PANI)吸波剂,用XRD、SEM、TEM表征了吸波剂的结构与形貌,通过矢量网络分析仪测定吸波剂的电磁参数表明CIP/PMMA/PANI复合吸波剂既有电损耗又有磁损耗。在2~18 GHz频段内,材料厚度为1.0 mm时,计算出其最小反射率达-11.26 dB,反射率小于-10 dB的带宽为9.2 GHz、小于-8 dB的带宽达14 GHz,计算结果表明该复合吸波剂具有良好的宽频吸波性能。   相似文献

为获得吸波性能良好的吸波材料,将电阻型吸波剂碳纤维和磁损耗型吸波剂FeSiAl片状磁粉复合,以石蜡为基体,利用模压法制备出复合材料。采用激光粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对单一吸波剂进行了测试分析。结果发现,片状FeSiAl磁粉的粒度在数十到几百微米之间;碳纤维表面留有活性物质,截面处能看到皮芯结构;XRD衍射图谱中,FeSiAl呈现出bcc结构。对复合吸波材料的电磁参数进行测量对比,结果表明,FeSiAl片状磁粉在1~3GHz内的最佳反射率达到-40.7dB,有效吸收频带宽度约为0.5GHz;当加入长度等于4mm,含量为0.4%(质量分数)的碳纤维时,碳纤维/铁硅铝复合材料吸波性能最佳,其反射率为-49.6dB,有效吸收频带宽度为1.0GHz;FeSiAl片状磁粉平行于吸波片表面排列时,材料的反射率减小,吸波性能增强。  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Permeable crystalline materialcan permeate into pores and cracks of concrete and catalyze the reaction between Ca(OH) 2and unhydrated cement to generate a great quantity needle non-soluble crystals, which can stop up the pores and cracks of concrete, and increase the impermeability of concrete. This paper reported the results of a study conducted to evaluate steel reinforcement corrosion of concrete specimens uncoated and coated with permeable crystalline material as well as mixed with the permeable crystalline material. The properties evaluated for corrosion test were water impermeability, water absorption, compressive strength and potential. The results of water impermeability, water absorption, compressive strength clearly showed that the permeable crystalline material could prohibit water, any soluble salts and moisture from penetrating the concrete to cause corrosion, leaking, and other problems, and it did increase the compressive strength, which was favorable for protection of corrosion of reinforcing steel. Moreover, it was concluded from the potential-time curve that the steel reinforcement of uncoated specimen was in the state of activation whereas that of other specimens coated and mixed with the permeable crystalline material was in the state of inactivation. Above all, it was indicated that the permeable crystalline materialis very effective to protect the steel reinforcement of concrete from corrosion.  相似文献

Quality Study of Honeycomb Core Shaping Without Wax Stabilization   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Sandwich panels utilizing honeycomb cores result in lightweight, high-strength units that are very rigid. Indeed, they give honeycomb panels the best strength-to-weight ratio of any construction type available. Conventionally, the wax is poured into the cell of the core to strengthen the structure and prevent the core from being crushed during milling. Much time and labor is required to wax, mill, and clean the cores. In this study, the process of pouring wax into the core was skipped. In other words, the cutter directly milled the core. Experiments showed that the compressive strength of the core produced without wax stabilization was only 3% lower than that of cores produced using the traditional method. In addition, the drum peel strengths of cores produced without wax stabilization were 38.4% higher than cores produced using the traditional method, in which residual wax seriously polluted the adhesive. It was also found that eliminating the wax process can reduce costs.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

Polylactic acid (PLA) is one of the most widely used open source fused filament fabrication materials due to its ease of extrusion, biodegradability, and mechanical strength. The mechanical strength of PLA largely depends on the proper growth of its semi-crystalline structure, which can be severely impaired by a low rate of crystallization, particularly in open source printers. This can be further aggravated by the non-uniform thermal distribution of heat that causes improper curing among the extruded beads of the printing material. As a result, PLA printed on open source printers does not achieve the best mechanical properties. This research, for the first time, proposes an additive-free solution implemented through a detailed set of experimentation to improve the curing rate through in-process temperature variations to cure the joints among the beads. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy is used to confirm the improvements in the bead joints. This work is conducted in two phases of experiments. In the first phase, a full factorial ANOVA is used to investigate various process parameters and the important variables are used in the second phase to print test specimens in four different sets.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. ABSTRACT

The production of iron in Biscay (Basque Country, Spain) has been a hallmark of this territory of the North of the Iberian Peninsula throughout its history. The Archaeology team of the Basque Country Mining Museum has spent 13 years, so far, studying the origins of this activity through the evidences left at the old pre-hydraulic iron production workshops known as mountainside ironworks (ferrerías de monte) or haizeolak. It has catalogued 170 archaeometallurgical sites of this type in Biscay, and the archeological excavation of some of them has led to the knowledge of the different stages of the production process that took place in these workshops. The team has also experimentally reproduced the work carried out in a mountainside ironworks from the High Middle Ages, and it has currently started the characterization process of this type of activity through the study of the collected materials.  相似文献
