运用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对多道次(1~4道次)不同挤压路径(A、Ba、Bc、C)工件间推挤式等通道转角大应变技术进行了模拟,并进行了实验研究,重点分析了加工道次、挤压路径对应变大小、接触应变区尺寸(体积)、应变均匀性的影响规律。结果表明,随着挤压道次的增加,应变大小稳步增加且受挤压路径的影响较小,接触区(端部应变区)在Bc路径下其尺寸(体积)最小。4道次后工件的应变均匀性以Bc路径最佳,但是应变均匀性总体上都随挤压道次的增加而降低。  相似文献

等通道转角挤压(Equal Channel Angular Pressing,ECAP)是一种制备超细晶材料的新工艺.工艺路径的选择对试样的应变分布均匀性有重要的影响.利用非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc对等通道转角多道次挤压过程进行了模拟计算.通过对ECAP中试样沿A路径和C路径6道次挤压的模拟,获得了A路径和C路径等效应变分布规律.结果表明,试样沿C路径的等效应变要比沿A路径更均匀,但C路径对试样端部等效应变的累积效果不如A路径;试样沿A、C两种路径每道次最大挤压力逐渐增加,大小基本相同.  相似文献

试验研究了经过不同道次和路径等通道转角挤压的Mg-1Zn-2Nd合金的硬度及其在不同应变速率和试验温度下的力学性能,观察分析了等通道转角挤压Mg-1Zn-2Nd合金的拉伸断口形貌。结果表明,等通道转角挤压Mg-1Zn-2Nd合金在不同试验温度下的伸长率和屈服强度与挤压道次和路径以及所采用的应变速率密切相关;而且经过不同道次和路径等通道转角挤压的Mg-1Zn-2Nd合金在拉伸加载条件下呈现典型的韧性断裂特征,采用4道次路径C等通道转角挤压的Mg-Zn-Nd合金在300℃时的伸长率最大为381.8%。  相似文献

分别采用转角为100°、110°、120°的三个凹模,在A、Ba、Bc、C四种路径下进行等通道转角挤压实验.实验发现,当模具温度为380℃时,AZ91镁合金通过等通道转角挤压工艺可以挤压出宏观外形完整无裂纹产生的试样;经过几个道次的等通道挤压后,材料中就有大量的超细晶粒出现;当模具角度为100度时,以C路径进行挤压,随变形道次的增加,其细化过程稳定,细化效果最好;经过4次挤压晶粒平均直径可达到3μm.  相似文献

利用数值模拟和实验研究方法分析圆形纯铜挤压件多道次等通道转角挤压(ECAP)工艺,发现多道次挤压获得的挤压件形变充分,形变分布较为均匀。通过分析挤压件截面的等效应变值与分布,发现模具的内角对挤压后材料等效应变值的影响较大,当内角为90°时,材料单次挤压的等效应变值达1.40,是内角为135°时的2.3倍,但材料的均匀性相对较差;挤压路径和通道形状对挤压后材料的形变均匀性至关重要,Bc路径和圆形通道效果最佳,不易形成应力集中等现象;挤压次数增加,材料的累积应变值和均匀性显著提高。实验中,挤压后棒材的横截面与表面的显微硬度值分别由原始的99HV上升至145HV和148HV,变化趋势与有限元模拟结果吻合。  相似文献

对2A12铝合金进行了等通道挤压工艺研究,进行了组织观察,分析了晶粒细化效果。试验表明:在320℃下,对2A12铝合金棒材进行等通道转角挤压,可以获得宏观外形完整无裂纹的试样;经过不同道次的等通道挤压后,晶内、晶界出现大量的Al2Cu、Al2CuMg弥散相;以Bc、C路径进行挤压,随变形道次的增加,基体得到细化,且过程稳定,细化效果好。  相似文献

工业纯钛在120°模具中的多道次ECAP室温变形组织与性能   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
在室温,采用通道夹角为120°的变形模具对工业纯钛(Commemial Pure Titanium,CP-Ti)以Bc方式实施四道次ECAP(EqualChannel Angular Pressing)挤压变形,成功获得表面光滑无裂纹的变形试样.文中主要研究了工业纯钛在室温下进行ECAP多道次变形的组织结构演变,并测试了变形试样的力学性能.微观结构显示工业纯钛在室温下进行多道次ECAP变形时,只在前两道次产生了大量的变形孪晶,且随道次增加变形孪晶逐渐消失.最终获得的试样晶粒平均尺寸由最初的约28μm细化到约250 nm,试样断裂强度和显微硬度分别提高到773和2486 MPa,而试样仍保持较好的延伸率(可达16.8%).  相似文献

为了优化室温下等通道转角挤压纯钛工件的几何形状,采用三维有限元软件模拟了纯钛工件的变形行为。通过对比分析工件形状和尺寸对损伤因子、挤压力以及剪切带处应变速率分布等参数的影响,获得了工件最佳几何形状。仿真结果表明,方条形工件的损伤因子大于圆棒型工件,且高于纯钛材料的临界损伤因子,表明方条形工件不利于变形,易产生表面裂纹。3D模拟结果表明,直径为15 mm的圆棒型工件具有最小的损伤因子,适中的挤压载荷以及相对均匀的应变分布。依据仿真结果提供的最佳工件,即直径为15 mm的圆棒型工件,室温下成功挤压出直径15 mm的纯钛圆棒。挤压后样品截面上硬度分布均匀,与3D仿真所预示的均匀应变分布相一致。  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The effect of short-time aging in the temperature range between 400 and 1000 °C on the pitting corrosion behavior and mechanical property of a novel lean duplex stainless steel(LDSS) 2002 was investigated through the potentiostatic critical pitting temperature(CPT) tests and the Charpy impact tests. Both the pitting corrosion resistance and the toughness of aged specimens degraded due to the precipitation of detrimental secondary phases and the most significant reduction of CPT and impact energy emerged at 650 °C concurrently. The CPT of LDSS 2002 specimen aged at 650 °C decreased by 28 °C, and the impact energy dropped from 69 to 29 J/cm~2 compared with the solution-annealed sample. Transmission electron microscopy characterization showed that the main precipitates in LDSS 2002 were Cr_2N and M_(23)C_6 along the ferrite–austenite grain boundaries.  相似文献

The invention provides a method of making a mold which can reduce SOx generation rate while preventing decrease in hardening rate in the case of using sulfuric acid for a hardener composition. The method has a mixture step in which fire-resistant particles, a hardener composition and a binder composition are mixed to obtain a composition for a mold. The development of computer controlled continuous rolling process calls for a mathematical expression that can express the inequality condition of "constant flow". Tension is the link of the continuous rolling process. From the condition of dynamic equilibrium, a differential equation of tension is given out. On the basis of the physical rules established from the industrial practice and experimental studies, the law of volume constancy, the linear relation of forward slip and tension, the state equation of continuous rolling, the formula of dynamic tension, and the formula of static tension have been obtained. These formulae reflect the functional relations between tensions, thickness, roll velocity, and time in the continuous rolling process. It is implied that the continuous rolling process is a gradually steady, controllable, and measurable dynamic system. An assumption of predicting the thickness of a steel plate using these tension formulae is also put forward.  相似文献
