连续铸挤(CASTEX)是一种先进的挤压工艺,可以将液态铝及铝合金直接挤压成型,省去了熔炼后的铸锭、铸锭再加热等工序,极大的节省了能源,而且由于变形温度较高,变形抗力较少,进一步降低了能耗,是一种短流程、低能耗的先进加工工艺。首次探讨了利用连续铸挤技术生产大尺寸型材的方法,进一步拓展了连续铸挤工艺的应用范围。  相似文献

本文根据国外铸挤机的工艺反设备技术,论证了有关铸挤机的新工艺,新结构的探索,目的在于促进我国挤压行业的兴旺发展和新技术的开发。铸挤机是世界冶金界的一项最新的科学技术,目前只有英、美、日等三国掌握,并能设计制造铸挤设备。铸挤机以液态金属、粉粒状和切屑为原料,可以挤出管、棒、型、线、带材,具有许多优点和很好的经济效益。它的发明及设备的开发,是有色金属挤压工艺的一大突破。  相似文献

利用有限元法研究了连续铸挤工艺中液态金属的动态凝固过程 ,数值计算和实测结果表明,摩擦热和变形热对铝材连续铸挤凝固区的温度场有较大影响,采用等价比热法处理凝固潜热问题是切实可行的,通过速度场与温度场的耦合计算,得到了凝固区的温度场分布情况。  相似文献

研究了液态金属挤压铸挂成形的概念和双金属挤压铸挂成形工艺过程,在45号钢坯上铸挂铅锡青铜并观察了试样的挤压铸挂成形效果.结果表明,液态金属挤压铸挂成形是利用铸造与挤压相结合的铸挂工艺,铸挂熔(结)合面在凝固和少量塑性变形的综合作用下实现了较好的凝固贴合与机械嵌合,使一种金属以一定的厚度牢固均匀地涂覆在另一种金属上;分析了液态金属挤压铸挂成形过程与重力铸挂成形过程相比所具有的特点.  相似文献

New innovative machine tool concepts like parallel kinematics require the development process to be continuously supported by simulation. Otherwise it will be impossible to exploit their full potential due to the complexity of the kinematic and dynamic behavior. Nevertheless, machine tool manufacturers often refrain from employing simulation tools because of the high effort and expenses expected for the introduction of this technology. It is against this backdrop that the paper presents a method to support the development process of parallel kinematic machine tools with a minimum of effort. An analysis of the development process identifies the machine characteristics that have to be determined for each stage. A simulation method is developed based on these results and on the requirements for a seamless integration of the simulation techniques into the different stages of the process. It is implemented and tested by the example of a parallel kinematic machine tool that has already been successfully introduced in industry.  相似文献

Refi ll friction stir spot welding, also known as friction spot welding(FSpW), is a solid-state welding process suitable for spot joining of lightweight materials. Through the eff orts of improving joint quality for similar and dissimilar materials, for example, aluminum and magnesium, this joining technology is well developed. The joining mechanism and process characteristics of FSpW have been widely studied. However, the application of FSpW in industry has not been entirely successful. In this review article, the research of similar and dissimilar material joints, such as, Al/Cu, Al/Ti, Al/Mg and Al/Steel, is summarized. The microstructural features and mechanical properties of the joints, welding tool and the application development are discussed in detail.  相似文献

A novel face machining technology has been achieved by combining milling and grinding into one operation. The system's ability to control these distinct metal removal processes independently provides a high degree of process agility in terms of metal removal rate, surface finish and part flatness. A physics based model of the combined process has been developed to aid process development. It provides force and deflection values resulting from the unique excitation of milling and grinding together with the dynamics of the machine, fixture and part. The simulations are presently being validated using a prototype machine based on this machining technology.  相似文献

微铣削加工技术在精密三维微小零件制造中的应用,引发了微细制造领域的重大技术变革,其区别于MEMS技术和超精密加工技术,是利用传统铣削加工方式并针对微米和中间尺度微小零件进行高效率、高精度微细制造的有效途径,具有加工材料的多样性和能实现三维曲面加工的独特优势.论文通过综合国内外大量文献,对微铣床设备研发、微铣削表面形貌、表面粗糙度与微毛刺及微铣刀具磨损等进行讨论,指出微铣削加工相关技术研究存在的不足并对该领域的发展提出自己的观点.  相似文献

New product development of machine tools is always costly and risky for machine tools manufacturers; nevertheless, there have been few academic studies on the product development process of machine tools. Successful product developments were found to be related to perceived superior skills and resources within the objective of machine tools manufacturers. In this study, in order to establish the product development methodology for machine tools, the success factors in new product development have been identified based on the results of the interview and questionnaire investigations with experienced engineers in Japanese machine tools manufacturers. Based on the findings of this study, a structured method for identifying the success factors in new product development has been proposed.  相似文献

Lost foam casting(LFC)technology has been widely applied to cast iron and cast steel.However,the development of LFC for Al and Mg alloys was relatively slower than that for cast iron and cast steel.The application of LFC to Al and Mg alloys needs more effort,especially in China.In this paper,the development history of LFC is reviewed,and the application situations of LFC to Al and Mg alloys are mainly discussed.Meanwhile,the key problems of LFC for Al and Mg alloys are also pointed out.Finally,the prospects for LFC technology are discussed,and some special new LFC technologies are introduced for casting Al and Mg alloys.In future,the development trends of green LFC technology mainly focus on the special new LFC methods,metal material,coating,heat treatment,new foam materials as well as purification technology of tail gas,etc.  相似文献
