建立蜂王浆中9种磺胺类药物残留的固相萃取-高效液相色谱紫外分析方法。蜂王浆样品中的磺胺类药物残留用乙腈涡旋提取,提取液旋转浓缩近干后,用硫酸钠水溶液溶解,再经Oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,洗脱液经氮气吹干后,用乙腈和磷酸溶解,用高效液相色谱分析,采用外标法定量。该方法的检测限为10μg/kg~15μg/kg,回收率在79.4%~84.3%之间,能满足目前蜂王浆中磺胺类药物残留测定要求。  相似文献

建立蜂王浆中八种磺胺类药物残留的固相萃取-高效液相色谱荧光分析方法。蜂王浆样品中的磺胺类药物残留用含沉淀剂的乙酸乙酯提取,提取液旋转浓缩近干后,用磷酸缓冲溶液溶解,再经OasisHLB固相萃取柱净化,洗脱液经氮气吹干后,用盐酸和乙酸钠溶解,样液经荧光胺衍生后,用高效液相色谱分析,采用外标法定量。该方法的检测限为10~50μg/kg,回收率在62.3%~74.8%之间,能满足目前蜂王浆中磺胺类药物残留测定要求。  相似文献

目的建立全自动固相萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定蜂蛹粉中链霉素及双氢链霉素含量的分析方法。方法样品经磷酸缓冲溶液提取,高氯酸沉淀蛋白后,采用watersHLB固相萃取小柱净化,以Protemix WCX色谱柱进行色谱分离,多反应监测模式测定,外标法定量。结果结果表明2种化合物在10~200μg/kg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg。空白蜂蛹粉样品的3水平加标回收率为80.6%~93.5%,相对标准偏差为4.7%~8.8%。结论该方法适用于蜂蛹粉中链霉素和双氢链霉素残留的检测。  相似文献

研究采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定玉米中吡虫啉的残留。样品中吡虫啉经乙腈提取,采用刚活化后弗罗里硅土对其进一步净化提纯,洗脱液为丙酮;将洗脱液用氮吹浓缩、定容、过滤后,供液相色谱测定;采用安捷伦XDB-C18(250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,柱温40℃,甲醇-乙腈-水(10∶10∶80)为流动相,检测波长270nm;该方法的检测限为0.2μg/mL,线性范围0.2~5μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9993,回收率达84.2%。结果表明,该分析方法不仅操作简便,分析周期短,而且方法准确度高,色谱分离效果好。  相似文献

建立茶叶中多菌灵残留的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。该方法中样品经0.2 mol/L盐酸甲醇溶液(1∶1,υ/υ)超声提取,MCX固相萃取柱净化,以ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(3.0 mm×50 mm,1.8μm)分离,流动相为0.1%甲酸水和乙腈(梯度洗脱),电喷雾正离子MRM模式检测。该方法的检出限为1.0μg/kg,线性范围0.5μg/L~3 000μg/L,加标回收率为85.0%~96.0%,相对标准偏差为3.71%。  相似文献

建立一种快速、有效的高效液相色谱法测定运动食品中纳他霉素残留的方法。样品经甲醇提取后,采用HLB固相萃取小柱进行净化和富集。采用Waters RP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)分离,以甲醇∶水∶乙酸(体积比)=60∶35∶5作为流动相,用PDA检测器检测,外标法峰面积定量。结果表明,纳他霉素标准在0.50μg/m L~10.00μg/m L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r2为0.9999,检出限为10.0μg/kg,定量限为30.0μg/kg,加标回收率达到84.6%~90.5%。该方法具有前处理简单、净化效果好、灵敏度高和检测速度快的优点,适用于运动食品中纳他霉素残留的分离和定量检测。  相似文献

本文建立了一种简单、快速测定鱼肉制品中链霉素、双氢链霉素、卡那霉素的固相萃取净化-液相色谱串联质谱的分析方法。样品经庚烷磺酸钠和磷酸盐缓冲溶液提取,C18固相萃取柱净化后,在ACQUITYUPLC BEH HILIC C18色谱柱上以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,采用HPLC-MS/MS选择反应监测(SRM)模式测定进行定性、定量分析,质谱采集模式为电喷雾正离子监测模式。结果表明:在5.0~100μg/kg范围内,峰面积与浓度线性良好,相关系数均大于0.9992;方法的检出限(LOD)为2.5μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为5.0μg/kg,检测结果的相对标准偏差为1.16%~7.35%(n=6),平均加标回收率达到77.4%~107.3%。该方法具有较高的重现性和选择性,适用于鱼肉制品中链霉素、双氢链霉素、卡那霉素的残留分析检测。  相似文献

目的采用Supelco ENVI-Carb柱净化双壳类水产品中的麻痹性贝类毒素(PSP),建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法检测双壳类水产品中的PSP,为水产品中的PSP检测提供方法依据。方法选用色谱柱TSK-GEL Amide-80(2.0 mm×250 mm,5μm),以2 mmol/L甲酸铵-50 mmol/L甲酸水和95%乙腈水(含2 mmol/L甲酸铵-50 mmol/L甲酸)为流动相,采用梯度洗脱进行分离。样品用1%乙酸溶液进行提取,上清液加入氨水后(pH=4.0)经Supelco ENVI-Carb柱净化,将洗脱液抽干收集,上机测定。多重反应监测(MRM)模式检测。结果PSP的线性范围为8.1~705.0μg/kg,检出限为10~35μg/kg,回收率在47.0%~91.3%之间。结论本方法提取效果好、基质效应小,适用于双壳类水产品中麻痹性贝类毒素的痕量检测。  相似文献

改进了食品中碱性橙检测的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用甲醇提取,Cleanea Alumina N固相萃取柱净化黄鱼和豆制品中的碱性橙,以XDB-C18(5μm,150mm×4.6mm)色谱柱进行分离,检测波长为452nm,以甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相梯度洗脱.碱性橙的检测线性范围为0.006~100μg/mL,最低检出浓度为0.005mg/L,RSD为3.06%.加标回收率为90.2%~97.5%.  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
