为全面推广金枪鱼产品,发展我国远洋渔业,农业部曾于2006年发布水产行业标准SC/T 3117-2006《生食金枪鱼》。随着生食金枪鱼加工业的不断发展,SC/T 3117-2006《生食金枪鱼》规定的部分指标已不符合产业实际,为有效规范生食金枪鱼产品的生产和保障产品质量,2016年农业部下达任务由中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所承担生食金枪鱼标准的修订工作。本研究在介绍新标准SC/T 3117-2006《生食金枪鱼》基本框架的基础上,阐述了中心温度、一氧化碳和挥发性盐基氮等主要技术指标的确立依据,还对比了标准修订前后的主要变化内容。本研究将为质量监管部门和生食金枪鱼生产企业正确理解和执行标准提供理论依据和技术参考。 相似文献

BackgroundAquatic products processing industry (APPI) in China has been developing for several decades and is becoming a pillar sector in China's fisheries industry. There are some problems in the development of this industry, such as significantly lower-than-world-average APP ratio, improper regional structures, weakly development in freshwater products processing, and lower profit margin from processing.Scope and approachThis study aims to provide a whole picture of China's aquatic products processing (APP) Industry. It also describes an overview of the development of aquatic product industry and evolutions of policies and regulation in China.Key findings and conclusionsThe findings indicated China's Aquatic product industry has progressed significantly in the past decades. The total products of the APPI gradually increased from 0.6 million tons in 1978 to 20 million tons in 2014. The ratio between aquatic products processing output and aquatic products output rose from 0.13 in 1996 to 0.32 in 2014, and the number of processing firms substantially increased during this period. Since 2004, the quality of the APPI gradually improved, and the APPI value-added rate increased from 29.76% in 2004 to 37.28% in 2014.Some remarkable issues still exist in the process of APPI. Further policies need to focus on better industrial development planning, favorable tax for intensive processing sectors, as well as reinforced R&D and policy supports. 相似文献

Abstract Lack of employment and earning opportunities, and the rapidly growing cities and slums are the most threatening unsolved problems of developing countries. Processing of agricultural commodities could, under certain conditions, counteract both rural exodus and unemployment. However, transfer of techniques from industrialized countries to Third World countries hampers development instead of being a tool for development. Adapting processing methods to the skills and knowledge of people in developing countries, and adapting products to their environment and their prevailing conditions, is a prerequisite for rural industrialization and thereby making life in rural areas possible and attractive. Small‐scale industrialization which starts with traditional techniques and which develops these techniques to suit changing needs, will also create jobs and income in other sectors of the home economy, for example, in the building trade, wood and metal industry, tool and equipment manufacturing industry, transport, banking, etc. 相似文献

This review presents innovative food processing techniques and their role in promoting sustainable food industry. These techniques (such as microwave, ultrasound, pulse electric field, instant controlled pressure drop, supercritical fluid processing) in the frontiers of food processing, food chemistry, and food microbiology, are not new and were already used for > 30 years by academia and industry. We will pay special attention to the strategies and the tools available to make preservation, transformation and extraction greener and present them as success stories for research, education and at industrial scale. The design of green and sustainable processes is currently a hot research topic in food industry. Herein we aimed to describe a multifaceted strategy (innovative technologies, process intensification, bio-refinery concept) to apply this concept at research, educational, and industrial level.Industrial relevanceGreen Food Processing could be a new concept to meet the challenges of the 21st century, to protect both the environment and consumers, and in the meantime enhance competition of industries to be more ecologic, economic and innovative. This green approach should be the result of a whole chain of values in both senses of the term: economic and responsible, starting from the production and harvesting of food raw materials, processes of preservation, transformation, and extraction together with formulation and marketing. 相似文献

近年来,图像处理技术在纺织领域的应用逐渐增多,研究的重点主要集中在织物表面特性的分析、组织结构的自动分析、成品及半成品性能检测等多个方面,一些研究成果正在逐步走向工业应用,为纺织测试分析的自动化提供了有力工具。但是由于纺织品结构的复杂性和生产中多种因素引起的不确定性,使一些研究很难形成通用性成果。随着研究的深入,用于纺织领域的图像处理方法也在不断发展,图像处理的应用成果正在逐渐彰显,相信不久的将来,必定会为纺织业的发展做出更大的贡献。 相似文献
