高温高压模拟井筒的设计

根据教育部"石油天然气装备"重点实验室的建设要求,设计了能模拟3000 m井下工况的高温高压模拟井筒.该装置通过泵和电加热器循环加热井筒内的液压油.使其基本达到预期温度;用加压泵循环加压至设定压力,再由循环泵和盘管保持设定温度,实现井下温度和压力环境.根据设计条件采用第三强度理论确定模拟井筒的壁厚,进而确定井筒的结构方案;同时进行了系统热平衡计算,根据循环装置的设计使用要求选定了电加热器的功率.     

采用高速高精度磨削的优点

分析高速高精度磨削工艺,提出其可以提高工件表面质量和加工精度及磨削效率,且操作简便,成本低.     

Energy dissipation of materials at high pressure and high temperature

We report an experimental method to study the anelastic properties of materials at high pressure and high temperature. The multianvil high pressure deformation device, used to apply a cyclic loading force onto the sample, can reach 15 GPa and 2000 K. A synchrotron x-ray radiation source provides time resolved images of the sample and reference material. The images yield stress and strain as a function of time; stresses are derived from the reference material, and strains from the sample. This method has been tested by applying a sinusoidal stress at megahertz to hertz frequency on a San Carlos olivine specimen at 5 GPa and up to 2000 K. Strain as small as 10(-5) can be resolved. We have obtained experimental results which exhibit resolvable attenuation factor (Q(-1)) and shear modulus (M) at deep Earth conditions. These results are in quantitative agreement with previously reported lower pressure data and suggest that temperature and grain size have dominating effect on these properties.

基于精密冷锻和人造金刚石合成等高负载条件下材料加工工艺对模具强度、刚度提出的高要求,深入分析了传统年轮式预应力模具的结构与存在的问题,介绍了钢带缠绕预应力模具的特点与技术优势,阐述了钢带缠绕预应力模具设计的基本原理与方法,研制了钢带缠绕预应力模具制造专用设备,提出了缠绕张力的产生原理与控制方案.     

Development of a high resolution and high dispersion Thomson parabola

Here, we report on the development of a novel high resolution and high dispersion Thomson parabola for simultaneously resolving protons and low-Z ions of more than 100 MeV/nucleon necessary to explore novel laser ion acceleration schemes. High electric and magnetic fields enable energy resolutions of ΔE∕E < 5% at 100 MeV/nucleon and impede premature merging of different ion species at low energies on the detector plane. First results from laser driven ion acceleration experiments performed at the Trident Laser Facility demonstrate high resolution and superior species and charge state separation of this novel Thomson parabola for ion energies of more than 30 MeV/nucleon.

Thermoelastic effects in brushes with high current and high sliding speeds

Experimental results in the literature indicate that electric brushes may deform thermally, leading to point contact with the slip ring at high current levels. The present work provides theoretical support for these observations and a quantitative statement showing how operating variables influence this behavior. The analysis is restricted to a two-dimensional model of the brush with isotropic and constant material properties. The most unexpected result is that for steady current flow cooling of the exterior of the brush increases the tendency to deform unfavorably.     

A fully stabilized Brillouin spectrometer with high contrast and high resolution

Using a triple-pass plane and a confocal Fabry-Pérot interferometers in tandem, we have constructed a Brillouin spectrometer with a frequency resolution of 10(8) and a contrast of more than 10(10). Our system is controlled and fully stabilized by a desktop calculator, allowing efficient data collection for very long integration times.
