基于机器视觉的轮胎表面缺陷检测系统的研究与应用

在传统的轮胎表面缺陷依靠人工检测,存在劳动强度高、受人的主观影响大以及效率低下的问题。针对这一现象,研究了一种基于机器视觉的轮胎表面缺陷3D检测系统。该系统依靠机器视觉系统获取检测轮胎的表面图像,然后创建3D模型、判定缺陷类型,最终实现实时自动预警,为轮胎生产商提供一种自动化检测方案。系统集成了先进的技术、软件和工具,配套的信息管控系统可以对轮胎型号和生产数据进行采集、存储、分析,以便在生产过程中实现更高效、更可靠的质量控制,具有较高的实际应用推广价值。     

聚酯帘线的发展趋势

从聚酯的结构设计、帘线浸胶工艺和在轮胎中的应用3个方面阐述聚酯结构特点与产品性能的关系。聚酯帘线行业应该密切关注汽车行业的发展态势,把握市场先机,进一步发展壮大;在新能源汽车逆势增长的形势下,高性能聚酯帘线需求量较大,帘线企业应拓展高性能聚酯帘线在轮胎冠带层、带束层和胎体等部件中的应用,同时联合轮胎企业开发特种聚酯材料和混纺材料等新产品。     

矿用无人卡车国内外研究现状及关键技术

分析了国内外露天矿山用卡车无人驾驶技术发展现状,详细介绍了露天矿山卡车无人驾驶关键技术;通过分析对比前装线控和后装线控两种技术路线的优缺点以及超声波雷达、毫米波雷达、激光雷达、4D光场智能感知系统、红外传感器、视觉传感器等环境感知技术的优缺点;提出多传感器高度融合将是露天矿山卡车实现全天候环境感知的发展方向。通过分析对比惯性导航系统、GNSS差分定位技术、车联网定位技术、电子地图定位技术、视觉传感器等定位导航技术的差异,指出多定位技术融合是露天矿山无人驾驶卡车定位方式的必然选择。结合露天煤矿的生产实际,提出将现有的无人驾驶各种技术算法与露天矿山标准作业流程有机融合是实现卡车无人驾驶的必由之路。最后指出无人驾驶卡车应用5G技术是露天矿山安全生产的关键和核心,是无人驾驶的必备技术。     

Mining fleet management systems: a review of models and algorithms

The objective of this paper is to review and document the mine fleet management systems’ models and algorithms. The purpose is to understand the algorithms behind the fleet management systems and the proposed academic solutions in this area to identify any gaps in the current literature and to open up opportunities to establish research questions that need to be addressed in an integrated simulation and optimisation operational planning research framework. In this paper, we review industrial fleet management systems and the main academic algorithms behind such systems. The fleet management systems are divided into three subsequently related problems to review: shortest path, production optimisation and real-time dispatching. Finally, the limitations of current algorithms for fleet management systems are documented in terms of mining practice feasibility and optimality of the solution on large-scale problems. The results of this literature review enable us to evaluate the logical links between major components of an integrated simulation and optimisation operational planning framework with current theory of fleet management systems.     

用轴向气胎式离合器,制动器改造旧飞剪

水浴法加温液氧泵

1　故障现象一次 ,我们用KL -1 5型制氧制氮车开机制氮 ,给一只容积为 40升、最高工作压力为1 4 7MPa的气瓶灌充氮气 ,当气瓶充气压力升高到一定值时不再上升。反复开泵 ,压力基本不变。液氧泵停止时 ,出口压力无明显下降。经分析判断导致气瓶压力升高到一定值时不再上升的原因是由于液氧泵被冻结所致。2　排除方法首先关闭液氧泵。拧开制冷机氢气放气阀 ,使压力下降到 1 0MPa。开大放气阀 ,使二级压力保持在 0 3 5MPa左右。调整正流空气调节阀 ,调节好中部温度。关闭液氮进液氧泵阀和气氮出液氧泵阀。戴棉布手套 ,拆开液氮进口接头、…

后装压缩式垃圾车集自动装填与压缩、密封运输和自卸为一体, 自动化程度高,如在结构减重、推出板有限元分析、液压系统优化、绿色设计及密封优化等方面进行设计优化和改进,将直接使车辆的装载量、密封性、环保性、稳定性、作业可靠性及行驶安全性得以提高.     

Thermoplastic elastomeric composition based on maleic anhydride–grafted ground rubber tire

Ground rubber tire (GRT) powder was maleated in an internal mixer using maleic anhydride and dicumyl peroxide at 160°C. Maleated GRT was characterized by using X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, wettability, and differential scanning calorimetry. The physical properties of the dynamically vulcanized 60 : 40, rubber : plastic composition based on acrylated high‐density polyethylene as the plastic phase and ethylene propylene diene rubber containing maleated GRT as the rubber phase were found to be greater than the corresponding composition containing nonmaleated GRT.
