浅谈东深供水改造工程的设计监理工作

施工图阶段设计监理工作的内容归纳起来主要是对设计质量进行控制.依据<水利建设工程招标、施工图阶段设计监理试行规定>,其具体工作内容仅限于设计成果的合法性和安全性,没有充分发挥设计监理作用,对施工图阶段设计质量的理解是不全面的.施工图阶段的设计质量不仅仅是提交合法和安全的图纸,而且图纸的提交时限性、可实施性及经济性也应是考核设计质量的重要组成部分,为此东深供水改造工程的设计监理工作内容确定为"五项控制"和"两项权利",全面地对施工图阶段的设计质量进行控制.     

Damage Development in Gray Cast Iron under Static Deformation

The authors discuss the results of experimental investigation of structural degradation of gray cast iron at various stages of static tensile deformation. Analysis of the deformation process has revealed that damageability of a material under loading can be assessed by both a special strain parameter and scatter of hardness characteristics or a ratio of the modulus deviation to the current value of the elastic modulus. A correlation between these parameters has been established.     

Nonlinear Propagation of Coupling Optical Pulse under Compton Scattering in Laser Medium

After considering Kerr nonlinear effect,group velocity dispersion of host and gain distribution of active particle in laser amplifying medium,a basic equation describing propagation of the coupling optical pulse under the multi-photon nonlinear Compton scattering in the laser amplifying medium has been deduced. Besides,the profile and power spectrum of a picosecond-level super-Gaussian coupling pulse in the laser amplifying medium have been discussed when its central frequency coincides with the gain peak frequency of the laser amplifying medium.     

Scheduling Algorithms for Packet-Oriented MAC Protocols in Wireless Multimedia Systems

Future generation wireless multimediacommunications will require efficient Medium AccessControl (MAC) protocols able to guarantee suitable Qualityof Service (QoS) levels for different traffic classes whileachieving a high utilization of radio resources. This paperproposes a new scheduling technique to be adopted at the MAClevel in wireless access systems, named Dynamic Scheduling-Time DivisionDuplexing (DS-TDD), that efficiently managesvideo, voice, Web and background traffics. A theoretical approachis proposed in this paper to evaluate the DS-TDD performance withvoice and Web traffics. Simulation results have permitted tohighlight the following promising characteristics of the DS-TDDscheme: (i) a high capacity of real-time traffics isattained with a QoS insensitive to Web and background trafficloads; (ii) a high throughput can be guaranteed whilepreserving the QoS levels of the different traffic classes;(iii) heavier downlink traffic loads do not modify the QoSof uplink traffics. Finally, extensive comparisons with differentscheduling schemes proposed in the literature have permitted tohighlight the better performanceof DS-TDD.

Al、Mo含量对铸造钛合金力学性能的影响

运用正交实验 ,考察了Al、Mo含量对Ti Al Mo 1Zr系铸造钛合金力学性能的影响。试验结果表明 :随Al、Mo含量提高 ,铸造合金的强度增加 ,塑性和冲击韧性降低 ,但Al、Mo的交互作用却使合金塑性提高 ,强度和冲击韧性降低     

复混肥料中钾含量的测定

根据作者多年工作经验，详细介绍了复混肥料中钾合量的到定，且与标准GB／T8574—1988进行了逐一比较。     

MIP汽油性质及其深度加氢脱硫性能的研究

分析了我国典型炼油厂FCC汽油硫含量和烯烃含量的变化情况,将MIP汽油[采用多产异构烷烃FCC工艺(Maximizing Iso-Paraffins)生产的汽油],与常规FCC汽油的性质进行了比较,介绍了用OCT-M技术(FCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术)对MIP汽油进行深度加氢脱硫的研究情况,包括加工方案的比较、反应压力的影响.结果表明,OCT-M FCC汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术可以将烯烃体积分数为31%的MIP汽油的硫质量分数由664 μg/g降低到50 μg/g以下,研究法辛烷值损失0.7～1.7,OCT-M技术能够为我国炼油厂由MIP汽油生产符合欧Ⅳ标准的清洁汽油提供灵活、经济的技术解决方案.
