This paper shows the wide application range (such as electrical self‐heating and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness) of composites consisting of conductive carbon black/aluminum flakes (CBA) filler and epoxy insulative matrix. The effect of CBA content on the network structure of epoxy matrix was investigated in detail. Static electrical conductivity increases linearly with the increase of filler concentration at the interface in epoxy composites. The large decrease of the conductivity as a function of the temperature is analyzed in terms of the negative temperature coefficient of conductivity (NTCC) effect. The influence of viscosity, surface energy and barrier highest energy on the NTCC behaviour in the composite is also considered. Based on these results, a new interpretation is proposed to explain the NTCC phenomena by computing the swelling force among conductive phases. The correlations of conductivity during the temperature cycling and activation energy were analyzed. The effects of dynamic ageing at various temperatures on the resistivity are reported. Current–voltage–temperature characteristics for epoxy with different contents of CBA were examined in detail. A model based on the law of energy conservation is proposed to calculate the specific heat and amount of heat dissipation. The static charge of the epoxy–CBA composites was estimated. The correlation between electromagnetic wave‐shielding effectiveness (EMS), conductivity and frequency of epoxy composites with different filler contents is also discussed. 近年来,数据中心庞大的能源开销问题引起广泛关注.虚拟化管理平台可以通过虚拟机迁移技术将虚拟机整合到更少的服务器上,从而提高数据中心能源有效性.对面向数据中心节能的虚拟机整合研究工作进行调研,并总结虚拟机整合研究存在的3个挑战.针对已有工作未考虑虚拟机等待资源调度带来的服务器资源额外开销这种现象,开展了资源调度等待开销感知的虚拟机整合研究.从理论和实验上证明了在具有实际意义的约束条件下,存在着虚拟机等待资源调度带来的服务器资源额外开销,且随着整合虚拟机数量的增长保持稳定.基于典型工作负载的实验结果表明,这个额外开销平均占据了11.7%的服务器资源开销.此外,提出了资源预留整合(MRC)算法,用于改进已有的虚拟机整合算法.算法模拟实验结果表明,MRC算法相比于常用的虚拟机整合算法FFD(first fit decreasing),明显降低了服务器资源溢出概率. 相似文献

The catalytic reforming of methane by steam is an important industrial process that produces H2, CO and CO2, thus chemically transforming natural gas, coal gas and light hydrocarbon feedstocks to synthesis gas or hydrogen fuel. Methane-steam reforming may consist of a number of reactions depending on the reforming catalyst, operating conditions and feedstock composition, The typical industrially desirable reactions are the reverse of methanation (CH4 + H2O = CO + 3H2) and the water-gas shift (CO + H2O = CO2 + H2). Both reactions are equilibrium limited and the composition of the mixture that exits the reformer is in accordance with the one calculated thermodynarmically. Removal of reaction products at the reactor exit by means of selective membrane permeation can offer improved CH4 conversions and CO2 and H2 yields, assuming the subsequent utilization of the reject streams by a second methane-steam reformer. We numerically investigated the feasibility of a system of two tubular methane-steam reformers, in series with an intermediate permselective polyimide membrane permeator, as means of improving the overall CH4 conversion and the H2, CO2 yields over conventional methane-steam reforming equilibrium reaction-separation schemes that are currently in industrial practice. The unique feature of the permselective polyimide separator is the simultaneous removal of H2 and CO2 versus CH4 and CO from the reformed streams. The utilized 6FDA-3,3', 5,5'-TMB aromatic polyimide was reportedly characterized [10] and found to exhibit superior permselective properties compared with other polyimides of the same or different dianhydride sequence. Conversion and yield of the designed reactor-membrane permeator reforming system can be maximized by optimizing the permselective properties of the membrane material and the design variables of the reactors and the permeator. Product recovery and purity in the permeate stream need to be compromised to overall enhance methane conversion and product yield. The operating variables that were varied to investigate their effect on the magnitude of conversion and yield included the inlet pressure of the first reformer, the temperature of both reformers, and the permeator dimensionless Pe' number (variation of the first two variables results to a drastic change in the composition of the reformed stream that enters into the permeator). The numerical results show that the new reformer-membrane permeator cascade process can be more effective (it can offer increased CH4 conversions and H2, CO2 yields) than conventional equilibrium methane-steam reforming reaction-separation processes currently in practice. 相似文献

Nonisothermal crystallization of poly(N‐methyldodecano‐12‐lactam) (MPA) was investigated using DSC method at cooling rates of 2–40 K/min. With increasing cooling rate, crystallization exotherms decreased in magnitude and shifted toward lower temperatures. Subsequent heating runs (10 K/min) showed an exotherm just above Tg, which increased in magnitude with the rate of preceding cooling run, corresponding to the continuation of primary crystallization interrupted as the system crossed Tg on cooling. Kinetic evaluation by the Avrami method gave values of exponent n close to 2.0, suggesting two‐dimensional crystal growth combined with heterogeneous nucleation. The Tobin method, covering the intermediate range of relative crystallinities, provided n ? 2.20, suggesting possible partial involvement of homogeneous nucleation at later stages of nonisothermal crystallization. The crystallization rate parameter k1/n showed a linear dependency on cooling rate for both methods, the Tobin values being slightly higher. The Ozawa approach failed to provide reasonable values of the kinetic exponent m of MPA. The Augis–Bennet method was used to determine the effective activation energy of the entire nonisothermal crystallization process of MPA. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为降低视觉传感网络中图像压缩感知算法的计算复杂度,提出一种基于二次规划的网络图像恢复算法。该算法将压缩感知重构中的欠定线性方程组求解问题,转化为有界约束二次规划问题,在此基础上结合阿米霍步长准则,设计一种压缩感知图像恢复算法,通过求解二次规划问题对网络图像数据进行恢复。理论分析和仿真结果表明,与传统图像压缩感知算法相比,该算法可减少约1/3的图像数据恢复运算时间,且图像重构质量提高3 dB~6 dB,有效提高了视觉传感器网络图像恢复算法的实时性。 相似文献

A model permits analysis of the influence of temperature on permeate recovery and energy consumption. The proposed model is based on the following assumptions: (1) membrane morphology is temperature-independent; (2) membrane rejection and other transport characteristics of membranes are position-independent; (3) specific water permeability of membranes was based on exponential dependence of viscosity vs. temperature; (4) temperature-dependence depembrane rejection is assumed to be linear. This allows for analyzing the influence of channel geometry, feed concentration, flow rate and temperature on permeate recovery and energy consumption. Calculated data are included. The solutionpresented can be segmented andbuilt into systems for comprehensive techno-economic evaluation of the RO-based process where temperature-dependence of process characteristics has to be considered. 相似文献
