研究了中强度7A20铝合金的自然时效硬化效应及预时效处理对组织和性能的影响。采用光学显微镜和透射电镜表征了其微观组织结构,采用维氏硬度计和万能拉伸试验机测试了其硬度和力学性能。结果表明:固溶态7A20试验铝合金的自然时效硬化效应明显,12天后硬度由56 HV0.5提高到122 HV0.5,提高了117.86%。经120 ℃×10 min预时效处理后,自然时效硬化增量最低,相比于固溶态降低了16 HV0.5,有效抑制自然时效硬化效应;同时,预时效处理提升了烘烤硬化效应,烘烤硬化后屈服强度提升了166 MPa,抗拉强度提高了51 MPa,伸长率降低了7%。烘烤处理前,其晶内的强化主要来自于与基体共格的GP区,烘烤处理后为尺寸小于5 nm、弥散分布的η′强化相。  相似文献

为获得含单一钛酸盐烧绿石的玻璃陶瓷固化体,本文以Er2Ti2O7作为钛酸盐烧绿石代表,在传统的烧结法制备工艺基础上,通过热雾喷解和晶核掺入的技术改进,分别研究了烧结温度、烧结时间、玻璃与陶瓷晶核质量配比等参数对Er2Ti2O7基玻璃陶瓷固化体物相及结构的影响规律。XRD结果表明:在不同的烧结温度、烧结时间和质量配比下,均能获得含单一Er2Ti2O7烧绿石的玻璃陶瓷固化体,Er2Ti2O7前驱体在玻璃中的相稳定性好,未发生相分解,玻璃组分亦未受陶瓷相的影响而析出第二相;玻璃组分对陶瓷颗粒存在张应力作用,玻璃含量越高,Er2Ti2O7的晶胞常数越大;提高烧结温度和烧结时间均有利于增强固化体中Er2Ti2O7的结构有序性,但烧结温度效果强于烧结时间。SEM结果表明:Er2Ti2O7在玻璃基体上呈四方形生长,与玻璃界面清晰,相容性好。固化体的物性测试结果表明,玻璃组分占比将直接影响固化体的表观孔隙率和致密度。根据以上结果可知,新工艺制备的样品具有相纯度高、烧绿石相与玻璃相容性好、两相比例可调等优点,较好地解决了钛酸盐烧绿石在玻璃基体中易发生相分解的问题。  相似文献

B and N co-doped anatase, rutile, and brookite TiO2 (abbreviated as BN-Ana, BN-Rut, and BN-Bro) were successfully synthesized. The apparent color of as-obtain BN-Ana, BN-Rut and BN-Bro was red, cyan and yellow-green, respectively. The mechanisms of various coloring were concluded as the different band gap configurations and the formation of covalent B-N bonding. The nitridation time expressed less effect on changing the color. On the contrary, nitridation temperature enabled the distinct color changes by altering the brightness. Lower temperature, fewer doping concentration, and brighter apparent color, vice versa. Through tuning the brightness, a gradient of yellow-orange-red was achieved in the case of BN-Ana, as well the transitions of grey-to-cyan and white-to-pale-yellow were achieved in BN-Rut and BN-Bro, respectively. This research proposed a method for the synthesis of color-full titania pigment without the addition of other toxic transition metal elements.  相似文献

为了研究液雾索特直径(D_(32))对爆炸参数的影响,以庚烷为对象,控制液雾总浓度不变(80 g·m~(-3)),改变液雾粒径,数值模拟了爆炸容器内庚烷(C_7H_(16))液雾粒径对爆炸参数的影响。结果表明:庚烷液雾场索特直径D_(32)为0~18.1μm时,最大爆炸压力p_(max)随D_(32)增加逐渐减小,最大值为1.01 MPa,最小值为0.9015 MPa。最大爆炸压力上升速率随D_(32)增大整体呈下降趋势,在0处达到最大值0.37571 MPa·ms~(-1),在18.1μm处达到最小值0.18439 MPa·ms~(-1),但在6.81~12μm发生反向突变,在10.1μm处达到极大值0.34217 MPa·ms~(-1),随后恢复下降趋势。液雾的径向火焰传播速度在径向距离15 cm附近突然增加,在16 cm之后剧烈下降。最大火焰速度随液雾场D_(32)不同而变化,D_(32)=10.1,12.9,18.1,6.81,0μm条件下液雾场的最大火焰速度依次降低,最大值为5.714 m·s~(-1),其后依次为1.737,1.36,1.34,1.27 m·s~(-1)。  相似文献

We herein report a novel carbon-coated coprecipitation method to synthesize non-agglomerating submicron/nano-β-Yb2Si2O7 powders. Yb(C2H3O2)3·4H2O and silica sol (alkaline) were chosen as the ytterbium source and silicon source, respectively. A carbon surface layer is processed using sucrose as carbon source to hinder the contact and sintering of β-Yb2Si2O7 particles during heat treatment under a protective atmosphere, and then the carbon layer could be completely removed by inletting air at 900°C during cooling process. The as-synthesized Yb2Si2O7 powders demonstrate an average size of 271 nm with a narrow distribution of 142–531 nm. The results show that the carbon layer could successfully solve the severe agglomeration or sintering of nanometer β-Yb2Si2O7 particles during the calcination process. The as-developed carbon-coated coprecipitation technique is an effective method to fabricate high purity submicron/nano-Yb2Si2O7 powders.  相似文献

The regulation of cell volume is an essential function that is coupled to a variety of physiological processes such as receptor recycling, excitability and contraction, cell proliferation, migration, and programmed cell death. Under stress, cells undergo emergency swelling and respond to such a phenomenon with a regulatory volume decrease (RVD) where they release cellular ions, and other osmolytes as well as a concomitant loss of water. The link between P-glycoprotein, a transmembrane transporter, and cell volume regulation is controversial, and changes in cells volume are measured using microscopy or electrophysiology. For instance, by using the patch-clamp method, our team demonstrated that chloride currents activated in the RVD were more intense and rapid in a breast cancer cell line overexpressing the P-glycoprotein (P-gp). The Cell Lab Quanta SC is a flow cytometry system that simultaneously measures electronic volume, side scatter and three fluorescent colors; altogether this provides unsurpassed population resolution and accurate cell counting. Therefore, here we propose a novel method to follow cellular volume. By using the Coulter-type channel of the cytometer Cell Lab Quanta SC MPL (multi-platform loading), we demonstrated a role for the P-gp during different osmotic treatments, but also a differential activity of the P-gp through the cell cycle. Altogether, our data strongly suggests a role of P-gp in cell volume regulation.  相似文献

Barium cerate (BaCeO3) is one of the possible additions to bulk YBa2Cu3O7 single-grain superconductors to suppress the growth of Y2BaCuO5 (Y211) particles. This paper investigates the synthesis of barium cerate powder and its use in YBa2Cu3O7 bulk superconductors. Crystalline barium cerate was synthesized by solid-state reaction, by co-precipitation of oxalates and by sol-gel method. Final calcination was held in air or in vacuum. It is shown that the most efficient in refining Y211 is nanocrystalline barium cerate prepared by sol-gel method calcined in vacuum. The effective refinement of Y211 particles occurred over the entire interval of nanocrystalline BaCeO3 addition from 0.38 to 1.90 wt%. The optimal concentration of nanosize barium cerate was determined, microstructure and superconducting properties were characterized. The effect of Y211 content on trapped field in YBCO bulks with addition of nanocrystalline barium cerate is shown.  相似文献
