南通市2003年食品污染状况监测与分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为系统准确地了解南通市食品污染物的污染状况和污染水平,从而提出相应的预防方法及改进措施。2003年在严格的质量控制下,按照统一的方法对南通市6县2区共8类食品进行了有关食品污染物的污染状况监测。监测指标为铅、镉、甲胺磷。178份样品中有2份铅超标,均为乳类,合格率为98.88%;动物肾脏、鱼、虾中的镉含量高于CAC标准,合格率分别为27.27%、62.5%、71.4%;蔬菜中甲胺磷的平均检出率为15%,检出率最高的为小白菜(30%)。监测结果提示动物肾脏镉污染严重,应寻找污染源,进一步研究干预措施,从根本上阻断镉在食物链中的迁移。 相似文献

Forests are the chief resource for the collection and exploration of biological materials. The past few decades have witnessed a large scale deforestation in India due to substantial pressures generated by population growth, leading to demand for more land for agriculture, urbanization and industrial activities, in addition to increased demand for fuel wood and timber. This has resulted in the loss of soil cover, habitat destruction, environmental degradation and ecological imbalance. This scenario has created a progressive awareness for the conservation and restoration of habitats and, thus, the declaration of many forest areas into protected zones, such as national parks, biosphere reserves, etc., including the protection of some marine areas, by both the National and State Governments. Normally, permission for biological collecting is not granted in these protected areas. In India, forests are a State subject and grant for collection permission is vested with the State Forest Departments. In the absence of any rules, regulations and guidelines, either from National or State Governments, forest authorities impose their terms and conditions, which are arbitrary and even contradictory at times, in the process of granting collecting permits. 以往建立在模糊C均值(fuzzyC-means, FCM)框架下利用源域虚拟簇中心作为迁移知识的迁移聚类算法容易受到离群点和噪声的干扰,且单个簇中心不足以描述簇结构。针对此问题,提出多代表点自约束的模糊迁移聚类算法,该算法引入样本代表权重机制为簇中每个样本分配代表权重来刻画簇结构,这种机制能更好的刻画簇结构,对离群点和噪声有较好的抑制作用;同时利用源域样本,重构目标域簇结构,并以此作为迁移知识进行目标域样本聚类,相对于利用单中心作为迁移知识来说,整体重构后的目标域簇结构所包含的迁移知识量更为丰富。试验结果表明。在人工数据集和真实数据集上,所提出的聚类算法相比对比算法, NMI和ARI最高提升了0.674 5和0.608 4。说明在迁移环境下,以代表点自约束作为知识迁移规则,所提出的聚类算法具有一定的聚类效果。 相似文献

目前安装网荷终端的用户可切负荷集中在10 kV以上,在紧急切负荷时把很多重要的低压400 V负荷同时切除了。为进一步减少紧急切负荷对用户生产的影响,通过对现场用户400 V负荷性质、容量、设备的调研,提出了符合现场用户特点的设备改造负荷接入方案。针对400 V负荷精细化采集、快速控制的需要,及现场实施的可行性、经济性要求,设计了针对集中式和分散式两种类型用户的400 V负荷快切方案,并完成了现场用户试点实施。通过研制一种基于面向通用对象的变电站事件通信(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)的网荷子单元,对方案进行优化改进,使其满足了紧急切负荷的动作快速性要求。 相似文献

Present study is focused on the decontamination and/or revegetation of fly ash dykes through naturally growing plants, namely Calotropis procera, Cassia tora, Chenopodium album, Sida cardifolia, Blumea lacera. The results of sequential extraction study showed that maximum amount of metals (Na, K, Fe, Mn, Cr, Pb, Ni, Cd) were associated with residual and Fe-Mn fractions. Diethylenetriamine penta acetic acid (DTPA)-triethanolamine (TEA) extraction assessed the bioavailability of the metals. The total metal accumulation in tested plants was found in the order; C. album>S. cardifolia>C. tora>C. procera>B. lacera. The maximum bioconcentration factor (BCF) was recorded in S. cardifolia for the metals (Na, Fe, Zn, Cd), in C. procera for the metals (Mn, Cu, Ni, Cr) and in C. album for the metals (Co, Pb). However, the translocation factor (TF) of most of the metals was found more in S. cardifolia followed by C. album than other plants. Among all the plants, C. album have shown high BCF and low TF values for toxic metals (Pb, Cd) and suitable for phytostabilization of these metals. Principal component analysis was used to predict translocation behavior of the metals in different parts of the plants which was found similar for the metals (Cu, Zn, Mn, Cr). All examined plants are suitable for revegetation (naturally grows on fly ash dykes) and S. cardifolia and C. album may be used for decontamination purposes. 相似文献

No doubt that chlorination has been successfully used for the control of water borne infections diseases for more than a century. However identification of chlorination byproducts (CBPs) and incidences of potential health hazards created a major issue on the balancing of the toxicodynamics of the chemical species and risk from pathogenic microbes in the supply of drinking water. There have been epidemiological evidences of close relationship between its exposure and adverse outcomes particularly the cancers of vital organs in human beings. Halogenated trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs) are two major classes of disinfection byproducts (DBPs) commonly found in waters disinfected with chlorine. The total concentration of trihalomethanes and the formation of individual THM species in chlorinated water strongly depend on the composition of the raw water, on operational parameters and on the occurrence of residual chlorine in the distribution system. Attempts have been made to develop predictive models to establish the production and kinetics of THM formations. These models may be useful for operational purposes during water treatment and water quality management. It is also suggested to explore some biomarkers for determination of DBP production. Various methods have been suggested which include adsorption on activated carbons, coagulation with polymer, alum, lime or iron, sulfates, ion exchange and membrane process for the removal of DBPs. Thus in order to reduce the public health risk from these toxic compounds regulation must be inforced for the implementation of guideline values to lower the allowable concentrations or exposure. 相似文献

Aim In the present study, we investigated the biodegradation of the fibers of chitosan and its acetylated derivatives in vitro
and in vivo.
Methods A series of chitosan fibers, with acetylation degrees of 7.7%, 21.6%, 40.9%, 61.2%, 82.5% and 93.4%, were obtained by acetylating
chitosan filament with acetic anhydride, and were investigated by FT-IR analysis, elemental analysis and scanning electron
microscopy analysis.
Results The in vitro experimental data indicated that the degradation rate of chitosan fiber was strongly dependent on the degree
of acetylation, and the degradation rate increased with an enhancement of the acetylation degree of chitosan fibers. In vivo
degradation experiment evaluated by light microscopy as well as scanning electron microscopy, was studied by implanting the
fibers between the two nerve stumps of the rat sciatic nerve gap (6 months). The findings demonstrated that acetylation degree
could influence the degradation rate of chitosan fibers in vivo.
Conclusion These results suggested that acetylated chitosan (chitin) fibers were more biodegradable than chitosan and the biodegradation
rate of chitin fiber can be controlled to desirable extent by the variation of acetylation degree. 相似文献

Enterohemorrhagic E. coil (EHEC) serotype O157:H7 is one of the major pathogens, responsible for the severe disease outbreaks. EHEC causes diseases in humans through production of shiga-like toxin leading to bloody diarrhea. The toxin is encoded by stx2 gene in E. coli. The current methodology for detection of EHEC relies on fluorogenic-substrate based culture media or nucleic acid amplification based Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction assays that are either time consuming or need expensive instrumentation. In this study, the optical properties of gold nanoparticles (GNPs) have been exploited for detection of nucleic acid of Escherichia coli O157:H7. The stx2 gene representing EHEC signature has been targeted using the gold nanoparticle probes. Gold nanoparticles (GNPs) of 20 +/- 0.2 nm were synthesised by citrate reduction method and characterised by spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The GNPs were functionalised with 19 and 22 bp of thiolated single stranded DNA complementary to target highly conserved 149 bp region of stx2 gene. Transmission Electron Microscopy revealed the hybridization, aggregation and reduction in the interparticle distances of the GNP probes in the presence of target DNA. The aggregation and the spectral shift in the plasmon band observed with 10(6) copies of target DNA indicates feasibility of a simple and quick colorimetric 'spot and read' test in contrast to amplification based detection methods. 相似文献
