Nowadays, transition metal sulfide (TMS), especially for spinel crystal structure (AxB3-xS4), have been proved to be a promising electromagnetic (EM) absorber if been used to deal with the severe electromagnetic pollution. However, EM performance degradation and absorption layer thickness-decreasing at present remains a big challenge, owning to the poor EM attenuation ability. To overcome this barrier, herein we reported a NixCo3-xS4 (x = 0, 0.3, 0.6, 1.0) absorber with hollow sphere structure to realize a good EM performance with a thinner matched thickness (<1.5 mm). The average sizes of these NixCo3-xS4 distributed in 450–550 nm. The dielectric loss ability (ε'') can be boosted by tuning the molar ratio of Ni/Co, which attributes to EM performance. Additionally, hollow structure would lead to the electromagnetic multi-reflection, also benefited to EM performance. The results demonstrated that the maximum qualified absorption bandwidth (fE) of 3.8 GHz can be achieved for the Ni0·3Co2·7S4 sample when specimen thickness only equals to 1.3 mm.  相似文献

In vitro digestion models are widely used to study the structural changes, digestion and release of food components under simulated gastrointestinal conditions. As compared to the in vivo digestion tests, the in vitro digestion reflects the digestion and utilisation of food after ingestion and has the advantages of being time consuming, inexpensive, reproducible and free from moral and ethical restrictions. This study reviewed the current research studies on the in vitro simulated digestion of polysaccharides conducted in the last 5 years and focused on the oral, gastric and intestinal digestion models, with the aim of providing a basis for the further testing of changes in the content, structure and active ingredients of polysaccharides before and after digestion.  相似文献

对标管理方法在电力行业应用普遍,但传统火电机组对标方法由于指标覆盖面窄、数据利用不充分等原因而存在明显的局限性。对此,本文提出了燃煤发电机组稳定性对标评价的方法,确立了以过热蒸汽系统、再热蒸汽系统、冷端系统、烟风系统以及燃烧系统为主的系统集合,并用层次分析法根据各系统的特点进行了权重分配计算。筛选了各分系统的特征参数子集,根据重要程度进行了评级,最终形成燃煤机组综合对标评价体系。以某电力公司14台机组为例,计算了机组运行稳定性指标,对各机组的稳定性进行了评价,采用综合对标法进行排名。计算结果表明:本文所研究的综合对标法有着效率高、评价全面、结果清晰等特点,该方法在多台机组的应用中效果良好,有效地反映了各机组的稳定性运行情况,对提升燃煤机组生产管理水平起到了积极作用。  相似文献

MgAl2-2xMn2xO4 (MAMO) with x = 0-0.12 was synthesized in a single-phase form by solid-state reaction. XRD analysis showed that the samples had the cubic center structure of the Fd-3 m space group. Electrical properties of the samples were studied over the temperature range of 300 K∼1073 K. The results showed that the DC conductivity (σDC) increased from 10−11S/cm at 300 K (MAMO, x = 0) to 10-3S/cm at 1073 K (MAMO, x = 0.12). The equivalent circuit of the complex impedance spectra suggested that the relaxation of charge carriers was of non-Debye type. The conduction was mainly caused by grain boundaries and the capacitance was mainly attributed to polarization. The complex permittivity values (ε’ and ε’’) were increased by two orders of magnitude with the increase in Mn content and temperature over the measured frequency range (1 Hz-1 MHz). Therefore, doping with Mn could be applied to modify the electrical properties of MAMO at high temperature.  相似文献

随着图规模的急剧增长,对动态图进行实时处理的需求日益增加。大多现有的算法针对静态图划分是有效的,直接用其处理动态图会带来较大的通信开销。针对该问题,提出一种基于GN算法的动态图划分方法。首先收集一段时间内加入动态图中的顶点;然后,利用GN算法对这些新加入的顶点进行预划分,产生若干个内部联系紧密的社区;最后,将预划分产生的社区结果插入到已经划分好的当前图中。实验从交叉边数和负载均衡度两方面将该方法与传统流式划分方法进行比较,结果表明, 在公开数据集上,该方法的交叉边数降低了13%,负载均衡度减少了42.3%。由此可见,该方法的划分质量明显优于传统的流式划分方法。  相似文献

The Mn-modified 0.75BiFeO3-0.25BaTiO3 (75BFBTMn) piezoelectric ceramic possesses a high depolarization temperature of 500 °C and a large piezoelectric coefficient of 110 pC/N, showing the potential for high temperature piezoelectric sensors. However, 75BFBTMn ceramic usually suffers dielectric degradation and abrupt drop of piezoelectric coefficient in the range of 300 °C to 500 °C. Combined the high-energy synchrotron X-ray diffraction analysis with Backscatter-SEM results, it is demonstrated that the electrical thermal instability is owing to the existence of chemical inhomogeneity. The Air-annealing treatment is able to decrease the volume fraction of pseudo-cubic phase and the lattice distortion, removes the chemical inhomogeneity in the grain and free Bi2O3 at grain boundary, and then eliminates dielectric anomalies and piezoelectric degradation with temperature. These results indicate that air-annealing is a simple but effective method to eliminate the chemical inhomogeneity in 75BFBTMn ceramics, thereby improving the property thermal stability for high temperature piezoelectric sensor applications.  相似文献

In this work, a two-step solid-state reaction method is used to prepare the 0.55 Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.135PbZrO3-0.315PbTiO3/xSnO2 (PNN-PZT/xSnO2) ceramics. The influences of SnO2 on the crystalline structure, electromechanical properties, and temperature stability of PNN-PZT ceramics were studied in detail. The results demonstrate that the Sn4+ ions are successfully introduced into the PNN-PZT crystalline lattice and substitute B-site Ni2+ and Zr4+. The x = 0.0025 ceramic with the coexistence of rhombohedral, tetragonal, and pseudocubic phases exhibits the optimized comprehensive properties: the quasi-static piezoelectric constant d33, large-signal d33*, electromechanical coupling coefficients kp and kt, free dielectric constant εr, and mechanical quality factor Qm are 1123 pC/N, 1250 p.m./V, 0.63, 0.54, 9529, and 57, respectively. Meanwhile, the Curie temperature for this composition is 103 °C, almost maintaining the same level as the PNN-PZT matrix. After annealing at 75 °C, the retained d33 of x = 0.0025 ceramic is as high as 975 pC/N, superior to the PNN-PZT matrix (retained d33 ≈ 873 pC/N). Our results provide a promising piezoelectric material for board bandwidth, high sensitivity, and miniaturized medical ultrasonic transducers applications.  相似文献

The chemical and structural stability of two commercial multicomponent silicate glasses (SCN and G6) in contact with yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) was investigated after exposure times of up to 40,000 h in air at 800 °C. With exposure time, interfacial layers develop at the SCN-YSZ and G6-YSZ interfaces, which were characterized in detail using both quantitative chemical analysis and atomic-resolution imaging. At the SCN-YSZ interface, a Ca-Ba-Si-O reaction phase was found to grow by diffusion control. In G6-YSZ, Raman spectroscopy and electron microscopy revealed a disorganized interfacial reaction later between G6 and YSZ, and the occurrence of cubic to tetragonal to monoclinic phase transformations in YSZ. This microstructural evolution is discussed in terms of devitrification resistance of glass and diffusion processes at interfaces.  相似文献
