The Harmony Search (HS) is a metaheuristic algorithm, which is inspired from the composition of music harmonies. The functionality and flexibility of HS contribute to the development of successful methodologies for different kind of scientific problems. The aim of this paper is to propose a variant of the classic HS algorithm in order to provide competitive solutions for the Team Orienteering Problem (TOP). We introduce the Similarity Hybrid Harmony Search (SHHS) algorithm as an alternative and innovative optimization method. The SHHS follows the standard procedure of HS with some modifications and includes a new strategy called “similarity process”. Two versions of the proposed method have been developed, the static version with predefined values for the parameters of the method and the dynamic one with dynamic adjustment of the parameters. The SHHS algorithm is applied to the known benchmark instances of TOP. The dynamic of the algorithm is tested through a complete solution analysis which gives the superiority of the dynamic version compared to the static one. The results of both versions of the proposed algorithm indicate the positive performance against other effective and robust optimization algorithms from the literature.  相似文献

针对云计算应用于无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)时延敏感型业务时存在的高传输时延问题,提出了一种WSN低功耗低时延路径式协同计算方法。该方法基于一种云雾网络架构开展研究,该架构利用汇聚节点组成雾计算层;在数据传输过程中基于雾计算层的计算能力分步骤完成任务计算,降低任务处理时延;由于汇聚节点计算能力较弱,时延降低将导致能耗增加,WSN工作寿命减短,为此提出能耗约束下的任务映射策略,并利用离散二进制粒子群优化(Binary Particle Swarm Optimization,BPSO)算法解决能耗约束下的时延优化问题。仿真结果表明,在相同的能耗约束下,对比其他算法,基于BPSO算法得出的映射方案能有效降低业务处理时延,满足时延敏感型业务的需求。  相似文献

Arterial spin labeling (ASL) is a relatively new MRI technique that can measure cerebral blood flow, which is of great importance for the diagnosis of dementia diseases. Besides, this valuable imaging modality does not need exogenous tracers and has no radiation, which makes it favorable for elder patients. However, ASL data does lack in many contemporary image-based dementia diseases datasets, which include popular ADNI-1/GO/2/3 datasets. In order to supplement the valuable ASL data, a new Generative adversarial network (GAN)-based model is proposed to synthesize ASL images in this study. This new model is unique, as the popular variational auto-encoder (VAE) has been utilized as the generator of the GAN-based model. Hence, a new VAE-GAN architecture is introduced in this study. In order to demonstrate its superiority, dozens of experiments have been conducted. Experimental results demonstrate that, this new VAE-GAN model is superior to other state-of-the-art ASL image synthesis methods, and the accuracy improvement after incorporating synthesized ASL images from the new model can be as high as 42.41% in dementia diagnosis tasks.  相似文献

A series of rare earth zirconates (RE2Zr2O7) high-entropy ceramics with single- and dual-phase structure were prepared. Compared with La2Zr2O7 and Yb2Zr2O7, the smaller “rattling” ions (Yb3+, Er3+, Y3+) have been incorporated into pyrochlore lattice in (La0.2Nd0.2Y0.2Er0.2Yb0.2)2Zr2O7 (LNYEY) while larger ions (La3+, Nd3+, Sm3+, Eu3+) incorporated into fluorite lattice in (La0.2Nd0.2Sm0.2Gd0.2Yb0.2)2Zr2O7 (LNSGY). Due to high-entropy lattice distortion and resonant scattering derived from smaller ions Yb3+, Er3+, and Y3+, LNYEY shows a lower glass-like thermal conductivity (1.62-1.59 W m-1 K-1, 100-600℃) than LNSGY (1.74-1.75 W m-1 K-1, 100-600℃). Moreover, LNYEY and LNSGY exhibit enhanced Vickers’ hardness (LNYEY, Hv = 11.47 ± 0.41 GPa; LNSGY, Hv = 10.96 ± 0.26 GPa) and thermal expansion coefficients (LNYEY, 10.45 × 10-6 K-1, 1000℃; LNSGY, 11.02 × 10-6 K-1, 1000℃). These results indicate that dual-phase rare-earth-zirconate high-entropy ceramics could be desirable for thermal barrier coatings.  相似文献

The traction motor is the power source of the locomotive. If the surface waviness occurs on the races of the motor bearing, it will cause abnormal vibration and noise, accelerate fatigue and wear, and seriously affect the stability and safety of the traction power transmission. In this paper, an excitation model coupling the time-varying displacement and contact stiffness excitations is adopted to investigate the effect of the surface waviness of the motor bearing on the traction motor under the excitation from the locomotive-track coupled system. The detailed mechanical power transmission path and the internal/external excitations (e.g., wheel–rail interaction, gear mesh, and internal interactions of the rolling bearing) of the locomotive are comprehensively considered to provide accurate dynamic loads for the traction motor. Effects of the wavenumber and amplitude of the surface waviness on the traction motor and its neighbor components of the locomotive are investigated. The results indicate that controlling the amplitude of the waviness and avoiding the wavenumber being an integer multiple of the number of the rollers are helpful for reducing the abnormal vibration and noise of the traction motor.
