钨钽铌粗精矿碱分解试验研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对难分解钨钽铌粗精矿的冶炼问题,采用了高压碱分解工艺,成功地实现了钨钽铌精矿中钨难分解的问题。研究针对江西某大型钨、钽铌矿床矿石重选矿泥,经选矿试验获得的钨钽铌粗精矿,探讨了NaOH加入量、Na3PO4·12H2O加入量、液固比、分解温度、分解压力、分解时间对钨分解率的影响。结果表明,NaOH加入量为理论量的1.70倍,Na3PO4·12H2O加入量为理论量的1.26倍,液固比为3,分解温度200℃,分解压力1.5 MPa,分解时间5 h,钨的分解率能达到99.84%,分解渣中WO3含量为0.16%。 相似文献

The effect of niobium addition on the microstructure of cast AISI H13 hot work tool steel was evaluated by using EDX analyzer attached to the scanning electron microscope. The volume percent of eutectic area and eutectic cell size and also volume percent of different carbides of new steel, which is heat treated under different conditions, are also determined. The results show that the a niobium addition modifies the cast structure of Nb-alloyed hot work tool steel, and reduces the size and volume of eutectic cells, and increases the maximum hardness of the steel. 相似文献

Solid-solution thin films, Mo1−x Nbx N, with B1 (NaCl) structure have been deposited on substrates at 450°C by reactive sputtering of composite targets with Mo and Nb metals in an equimolar Ar and N2 gas mixture. The lattice parameter of the solid solution increased linearly with an increase of Nb content, x . The superconducting transition temperature, T c , of the Mo-rich films ( x ≦ 0.12) was around 6 K, which was lower than that expected from theoretical prediction. The residual resistivity ratio, r =ρ(300 K)/ρ(20 K), of the films varied with x , and a minimum value of r was observed in the vicinity of x = 0.5. 相似文献

Niobium (Nb) and Tantalum (Ta) are used to increase materials' mechanical resistance and produce lighter alloys. Worldwide Nb production reached 78 000 t in 2020. The reduced ore offer justifies the recycling of these metals from tin slag, contributing to the circular economy. Nb2O5 and Ta2O5 extraction either from the primary source or the tin slag is an industrial challenge. Nb and Ta dissolution processes already implemented are fluoride leaching, sulphuric leaching, alkaline leaching, and alkaline roasting. The fluoride process raises environmental concerns about waste control. The sulphuric method can be managed to have higher Nb and Ta extraction in a less aggressive process, if some changes are implemented, such as increasing the number of extraction steps, decreasing the pulp density, or increasing the temperature; however, the efficiency of this methodology must be tested for tin slag. The alkaline method seems to be more selective to Nb and Ta by reactants and temperature control. Despite those well-established Nb and Ta treatments, they must be adapted to recover Nb and Ta from slag. The slag has low Nb and Ta content, while high Si and Ca concentrations exist in the matrix. This paper brings the main methods used to extract the Nb and Ta from the primary resources and an overview of Nb and Ta recovery from the slag. This investigation comes as a tool to guide the development of new methods to recover Nb and Ta from low-grade sources such as tin slag. 相似文献

低品位钨钽铌粗精矿碱分解液的碱性萃取清洁生产工艺有着较好的产业前景。研究了影响钨萃取效果的萃取剂浓度、极性改质剂浓度、振荡时间、振荡温度等因素。试验采用N263萃取方法分离富集钨,在料液[OH-]浓度为44.1 g·L-1,WO3浓度为132.43 g·L-1,温度为25℃,振荡时间8 min,萃取有机相组成为62%N263(500 g·L-1)+15%仲辛醇+23%磺化煤油,相比O/A=2/1的条件下,测得有机相中WO3饱和容量为122.63 g·L-1。在此条件下,经过4级逆流萃取后,萃余液中WO3浓度可降至0.35 g·L-1以下,钨萃取率达到99.7%以上。 相似文献

The mechanical performances such as tensile strength and blast property of metal lined SiC/SiC composite cladding tubes were investigated. Nb or Ta was selected as liner material, and the SiC/SiC composite layer was fabricated by winding and different precursor impregnation and pyrolysis (PIP) processes. The tensile strengths of different tube samples were measured at room temperature (RT) and 1200 °C, respectively. The blast property was investigated through the maximum water pressure of tubes. And the fracture microstructures were observed by SEM. The highest tensile strength at RT was 150.7 MPa. The blast strength was enhanced with the PIP process increasing from 1 to 4 cycles and the tube of 4 PIP cycles had the highest water pressure of 34.7 MPa. Compared with the metal tubes, the multi-layer structure improved tensile and blast properties significantly. The different processes such as PIP cycles and pyrolytic carbon (PyC) coating were important factors to enhance the mechanical performances of SiC/SiC-based tubes. However, the retention rate of tensile strength was only 18.5% at 1200 °C. 相似文献
