早餐对于国民健康有至关重要的意义,随着早餐种类愈加丰富,消费者如何选购健康、安全的早餐愈加困难。基于扎根理论,分析早餐市场混乱的深层原因,并探索通过食育来培养消费者食品安全意识的途径,以减少食品安全事件的发生。运用NVivo11软件对33个食品事件进行归纳分析,研究结果表明早餐市场混乱的浅层原因为食品安全法律体系不完善,深层原因为消费者食品安全意识薄弱,可通过社会规制从根本规范早餐市场:鼓励经营者诚信经营,进而合法经营;通过食育中的饮食教育提升国民食品安全意识,促进食品市场的有序性。 相似文献

Anaesthetic information displays have been shown to influence anaesthesiologists’ situation awareness. In study 1 an object
display was compared with the traditional display currently used. Twelve anaesthesiologists (residents and faculty members)
participated in a simulator evaluation of the displays. Reaction times for detection of critical events and situation awareness
were measured. The object display improved situation awareness for one of four test scenarios. Low-level situation awareness
was higher with the traditional display, and medium-level situation awareness was higher with the new display. In study 2,
an integrated 3D display was compared to the traditional display. Twelve students participated in the evaluation. The new
3D display helped the observers to see changes more rapidly. In one scenario, situation awareness was higher with the new
display than with the traditional display. In summary, during 63% of the simulated scenarios, reliable differences were found
in favour of the new displays. Thus, by introducing integrated graphical displays in the operating room, anaesthesiologists’

Squire (see record 2002-00340-003) contended that delay eyeblink conditioning is independent of awareness. The authors of the present article consider these arguments, highlight several problems in the new studies described by the commentators, and conclude that there is still little evidence for unconscious conditioning in either subliminal autonomic conditioning or eyeblink conditioning. The most parsimonious account of existing data is that a single learning process gives rise to both awareness and conditioned responding. Further progress in evaluating the possibility of unconscious conditioning would be facilitated by the development of more completely specified and testable dual-process models. Identification of a 1st target stimulus in a rapid serial visual presentation sequence leads to transient impairment in report for a 2nd target; this is known as the attentional blink (AB). This AB impairment was substantially alleviated for emotionally significant target words. AB sparing was not attributable to a variety of nonaffective stimulus factors that could result in augmented distinctiveness. Arousal value, not the valence of stimulus events, was found to be responsible for AB sparing. These results suggest that arousal is associated with decreased attentional prerequisites for awareness, enabling emotional significance to shape perceptual experience. The authors investigated the experiences related to becoming psychotherapists for 5 counseling psychology doctoral trainees in their first prepracticum course. Qualitative analyses of weekly journals indicated that trainees discussed challenges related to becoming psychotherapists (e.g., being self-critical, having troubling reactions to clients, learning to use helping skills), gains made during the semester related to becoming psychotherapists (e.g., using helping skills more effectively, becoming less self-critical, being able to connect with clients), as well as experiences in supervision and activities that helped them cope with their anxieties. Results are discussed in 5 broad areas: feelings about self in role of psychotherapist, awareness of reactions to clients, learning and using helping skills, reactions to supervision, and experiences that fostered growth. This article describes the relationship between reading, phonological awareness abilities (PA), and intelligence in a group of 16 individuals with Williams syndrome (WS) and in a group of 16 typically developing children, matched for mental age. The individuals with WS were impaired in passage comprehension, in some areas of PA investigated (syllable deletion and rhyme detection), and in nonword reading accuracy, a measure of grapheme-phoneme conversion. This latter finding is relevant, considering that in Italy regular print-to-sound correspondence is the most practiced teaching routine in the early phases of learning to read.
