可用于高密度高速度领域的一种新型两端静态存储单元的设计

A vertical two-terminal silicon PNPN diode is presented for use in a high-density memory cell. The device design for high-speed operations was studied with experiments and calibrated simulations, which proves that the proposed memory cell can be operated at nanosecond range. The static and dynamic power dissipations were also studied, which indicated the availability of the proposed memory cell for VLS1 applications. Moreover, the memory cell is compatible with CMOS process, has little impact from process variation, and has good reliability.     

防焊退洗返工浅述

针对PCB制程中防焊退洗出现的品质问题,从退洗原因、退洗设备构成、退洗物料配制、工艺参数选取等方面,结合实际工作中的生产跟进分析,制定完善的控制方法,预防及保证返工产品性能满足客户需求,减少PCB的报废。     

浅谈防焊显影不净

针对防焊出现的显影不净问题,通过实际的生产跟进分析验证,找出造成显影不净的主要因素：无尘房的温湿度、油墨本身的性能、油墨在产线（开油到显影的停放时间）。为解决此类问题提供思路。     

飞秒激光加工光波导的工艺与传输特性研究

利用飞秒激光横向直写方式加工光波导,采用散射光测量法分析了光波导的传输损耗。为了提高光波导的传输性能,分析了不同数值孔径的聚焦物镜、加工速度和加工能量对光波导传输损耗的影响。实验结果表明,聚焦物镜数值孔径为0.25,激光功率为6 m W,加工速度在45~60μm/s时,飞秒激光加工的光波导具有较好的传输性能,其传输损耗低于-0.2 d B/cm。     

高效测调分层注水工艺技术在吐哈油田的应用

吐哈油田开发20年，采油进入高含水阶段。作为水驱油田，今天的水就是明天的油，“注好水、注够水”从而做到精细化注水一直是吐哈油田公司贯彻的方针。而高效测试技术在吐哈油田中的应用，更加有效保证了油田分注井数据测量的进行，大大提高了注水井调配的工作效率。本文先是对高效测调技术进行了概述，又详细阐述了常规分层测试中存在的不足和问题，最后分别从高效测试技术的工艺原理、高效测试技术的优势、高效测试技术的配套工艺三部分进行了分析介绍。     

Kinematics and dynamics analysis of a three-degree-of-freedom parallel manipulator

Kinematics and dynamics analyses were performed for a spatial 3-revolute joint-revolute joint-clylindric pair（3-RRC） parallel manipulator.This 3-RRC parallel manipulator is composed of a moving platform,a base platform,and three revolute joint-revolute joint-column pair chains which connect the moving platform and the base platform.Firstly,kinematics analysis for 3-RRC parallel manipulator was conducted.Next,on the basis of Lagrange formula,a simply-structured dynamic model of 3-RRC parallel manipulator was derived.Finally,through a calculation example,the variation of motorial parameters of this 3-RRC parallel manipulator,equivalent moment of inertia,driving force/torque and energy consumption was discussed.The research findings have important significance for research and engineering projects such as analyzing dynamic features,mechanism optimization design and control of 3-RRC parallel manipulator.     

鼻咽癌放疗后大出血的急诊栓塞治疗

目的 探讨经导管动脉急症栓塞治疗鼻咽癌放疗后口鼻腔大出血的临床疗效及安全性.方法 15例鼻咽癌放疗后口鼻腔大出血患者,经后鼻腔填塞、药物治疗等措施无效,在出血1～4 h后行颈内、颈外动脉造影,根据造影结果 ,选用明胶海绵、不锈钢圈栓塞出血责任动脉.结果 15例患者均在1.5 h内完成栓塞治疗,成功率100%(15/15),栓塞后出血停止,有效率100%(15/15).术后发生轻度面瘫2例,患侧面部疼痛1例,均在术后1周左右自行缓解、消失,无严重的栓塞后并发症发生.结论 经导管动脉急症栓塞是救治鼻咽癌放疗后口鼻腔大出血的一种有效、安全、简便的方法 .     

广东省工程爆破行业尘肺病防治工作研讨会在广州召开

2009年10月21日，公安部治安管理局委托中国工程爆破协会在北京召开《爆破作业分级管理办法》座谈会，邀请爆破行业20个不同类型的、有代表性的爆破作业施工单位的领导、专家对最新一稿的《爆破作业分级管理办法》进行座谈讨论，为该《办法》在发布前再次征求意见。
