高效率地使用工程车辆是工程项目管理中节约成本的有效方法,无人监管环境下工程车辆的工况识别,是实现工程车辆高效率使用的有效手段。目前以GPS等技术为核心的车辆智能管理系统未对工程车辆进行工况识别,提出一种基于GRU循环神经网络的工程车辆工况识别方法,通过对工程车辆在不同工况下产生的音频信号进行分析,从中提取Mel倒谱系数作为主要特征,构建GRU循环神经网络模型进行训练和识别。实验结果表明,该方法可以实现对工程车辆工况的有效识别。  相似文献

The Markov model and the PEM electrolyzer system model for directly coupled photovoltaic are combined to construct an efficient and reliable working condition that fits the fluctuation characteristics of solar energy. The working condition is designed through genetic algorithm so that the average coupling efficiency of the system can reach 98.8%. Then, the durability and recovery test are conducted on the basis of the constructed conditions. It is found that the attenuation rate at the current density of 1A/cm2 under the photovoltaic fluctuating condition reached 7.8mV/h, which is twice that under the constant current condition. The charge transfer impedance (Rct) is the main factor leading to the degradation. It is proved by the recovery experiment that the increase of Rct is related to the pollution of metal ions. After pickling to remove some metal ions, Rct can be significantly reduced by 46.8% and 65.2%, respectively. After the durability test, the voltammetric charges under the photovoltaic fluctuating condition and the constant current condition are reduced by 48.3% and 19.1% It indicates that the photovoltaic fluctuation condition will accelerate the attenuation of the effective reaction area of MEA, which is irreversible even after pickling. It can be observed from the SEM images that the catalyst layer of MEA has more obvious peeling under the photovoltaic fluctuation condition, which is not conducive to material transmission and destroys the transmission channel of ions and electrons. This result can provide a reliable reference for the coupling design of PEM electrolyzer and renewable energy in the future.  相似文献

It is believed that promoting the fraction of ferroelectric orthorhombic phase (o-phase) through O-poor growth conditions can increase the spontaneous polarization of HfO2 and (Hf,Zr)O2 thin films. However, the first-principles calculations show that the growth may be limited by the easy formation of point defects in the orthorhombic and tetragonal phases of HfO2, ZrO2, and (Hf,Zr)O2. Their dominant defects, O interstitial (Oi) under O-rich conditions and O vacancy (VO) under O-poor condition, have low formation energies and quite high density (1016–1019 cm−3 for 800–1400 K growth temperature). Especially, Oi has negative formation energy in tetragonal HfO2 under O-rich condition, causing non-stoichiometry and limiting the crystalline-seed formation during o-phase growth. High-density defects can cause disordering of dipole moments and increase leakage current, both diminishing the polarization. These results explain the experimental puzzle that the measured polarization is much lower than the ideal value even in O-poor thin films and highlight that controlling defects is as important as promoting the o-phase fraction for enhancing ferroelectricity. The O-intermediate condition (average of O-rich and O-poor conditions) and low growth temperature are proposed for fabricating HfO2 and (Hf,Zr)O2 with fewer defects, lower leakage current, and stronger ferroelectricity, which challenges the belief that O-poor condition is optimal.  相似文献

This paper proposes an event-triggered distributed receding horizon control (DRHC) approach for the formation and tracking problems of homogeneous multi-agent systems. For each agent, an event-triggering condition, based on assumed predictive information of the neighbours, is derived from stability analysis. Considering the uncertain deviation between the assumed and true predictive information, we design a time-varying compatibility constraint for the individual optimization problem. In the event-triggered DRHC algorithm, each agent solves the optimization problem and communicates with its neighbours only when the event-triggering condition is satisfied, so the communication and computation burden are reduced. Moreover, guarantees for the recursive feasibility and asymptotic stability of the overall system are proved. A simulation example is provided to illustrate effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

根据地震数据、地质资料和地震属性,开展了南川地区五峰组-龙马溪组下部页岩的地震品质因子Q平面上分布与页岩气保存条件评价研究。针对南川地区页岩气开发中的断裂破碎带,提出了一种获取稳定品质因子Q比例及界限的工作流程和相应的迭代算法。研究表明,地震品质因子Q比例的分布可以快速、直观识别出断裂破碎带的内幕特征与不同类型页岩分布区。其中,断裂破碎带页岩区的品质因子Q比例总体上偏小,大多低于0.2,局部超过0.5,平面上分布杂乱、碎斑状;页岩呈北东向展布的条带,被断裂所撕裂、破碎,保存条件较差。稳定分布的页岩区的品质因子Q比例是较高的,超过0.7,平面变化稳定,没有突变现象,保存条件好。微裂缝发育的页岩区的品质因子Q比例具有渐变的趋势性,品质因子Q比例的分布从该页岩区的边部0.7向中部有规律地减小至0.1,保存条件最佳。实践证明,高产气井大多位于稳定分布的页岩区或内部微裂隙发育的稳定页岩区,地震品质因子Q比例研究方法对页岩气保存评价与开发井优化部署是一个实用工具。  相似文献

为制备大掺量磷石膏基复合胶凝材料,在确定主要水化产物类型的基础上,通过计算临界钙矾石膨胀破坏的边界条件,确定各组分最佳掺量范围,研究其对复合胶凝材料力学性能、干缩性能的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试方法研究水化产物的组成及发展规律。研究结果表明:通过理论配料计算,矿粉掺量为50%(质量分数)时,最大磷石膏掺量为26.3%(质量分数),最小熟料掺量为23.6%(质量分数)。最佳配比组28 d胶砂抗压强度为45.2 MPa,线膨胀率小于0.04%;对比组28 d抗压强度仅有36.4 MPa,线膨胀率远大于0.04%。XRD、SEM表征结果表明,磷石膏基复合胶凝材料的水化产物主要是钙矾石(AFt)和水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶,氢氧化钙几乎反应完全;对比组钙矾石生成量远大于最佳配料组,微观结构存在大量裂缝。这说明理论配料计算可以有效用于磷石膏基复合胶凝材料的配比优化。  相似文献

Practically, before being fed to the treatment plant, food waste (FW) is stored for up to a week in a storage tank under ambient temperature condition, which would have an impact on the bioenergy yield. In the present work, FW was stored at different temperatures (5 °C, 20 °C, and 35 °C) for 0 d, 1 d, and 2 d, and it was used as a feedstock for mesophilic H2 fermentation. H2 production curves were divided by three groups, finally attaining 1.7–1.8 mol H2/mol hexoseadded, 1.4–1.5 mol H2/mol hexoseadded, and 1.2 mol H2/mol hexoseadded, achieved from the (fresh, FW stored at 5 °C), (FW stored at 20 °C, and 35 °C for 1 d), and (FW stored at 35 °C for 2 d), respectively. The different performance was attributed to the growth of indigenous lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Weissella during storage under high temperature condition. In addition, it was found that the activity of homoacetogenic reaction (R17, 4H2 + CO2 → Acetate) calculated by establishing metabolic flux balance was different depending on the H2 production performance. The flux of R17 ranged 0.03–0.06 under low H2 yield achieved conditions, while it increased to 0.10–0.17 those showing low H2 yields.  相似文献

采用数值模拟软测量技术,在保证锅炉燃烧稳定和炉内温度较高水平的条件下,预测300 MW等级锅炉在实际运行中可降低到25%负荷稳定燃烧,并经过现场低负荷稳燃实验对结果进行验证。针对一次风速调整、磨煤机投运方式调整和配风方式及运行氧量调整三种方式对低负荷稳燃能力的影响进行分析,结果表明:在降负荷过程中调平一次风速偏差并适当降低一次风速,投运相邻层燃烧器,关小周界风,适当降低二次风量的同时适当降低运行氧量有利于提高低负荷稳燃特性。  相似文献

针对轴承振动实时状态监控的需要,从符号动力学角度提出了符号聚合近似与Lempel-ziv复杂度(SAX-LZC)融合的振动监控参数。首先,以Logistic映射和Duffing方程为对象,从理论角度验证了SAX-LZC对动力学结构表征的准确性,并验证了该指标的抗噪能力和计算效率;其次,将SAX-LZC指标与信息熵、样本熵、多分段Lempel-ziv复杂度等动力学参数性能进行了综合对比;最后,从实验角度对轴承早期微弱异常进行了监测,并对轴承典型故障进行了特征提取。理论研究结果表明,SAX-LZC具有动力学结构表征准确、抗噪能力好、计算高效简洁等优点,克服了常规动力学参数工程应用能力弱的问题。实验研究结果表明,SAX-LZC对早期微弱异常有准确的监测,对不同种类故障具有较好的区分度,弥补了时域和频域对轴承微弱故障表征能力不足的缺陷,是一种轴承振动实时状态监控与故障特征提取的有效参数。  相似文献

Abstract

Transverse vibration of a circular cross sectional micro-rod subjected to a new kind of boundary constraints with elastic torsional springs is presented based on nonlocal elasticity. A nonlocal strengthening beam model is utilized and the effect of temperature changing is taken into consideration. The variational method and Hamilton’s principle are applied to derive the governing equation of motion and corresponding boundary conditions. A higher-order partial differential equation that is a typical characteristic of nonlocal strengthening model is developed, and the boundary conditions contain not only classical conditions but also non-classical higher-order conditions. Unlike previous studies which were only concerned with some conventional boundary constraints, we consider more general boundary conditions named elastic torsional spring supports. Such boundary conditions are between the simply supported and clamped ones, and they are closer to the actual constraints of existing engineering structures. Natural frequencies of micro-rods with new boundary constraints are determined via an eigenvalue method and compared with other results in the literature. It is shown that the nonlocal scale factor, thermal parameter, rigidity parameter and torsional spring coefficient play significant roles in free vibration of micro-rods. The research can provide a reference for a large class of boundary conditions ranging from simply supported to clamped micro-rods.  相似文献
