为解决电镀砂轮磨削加工中容屑空间不足的问题,采用点胶微粘接的方法制备了磨料有序排布的电镀砂轮,分析了磨料粘接效果和镀层力学性能。通过SEM分析了磨料/镀层/导电胶的结合界面,并进行了干磨削试验。研究结果表明,直径约为磨料粒径40%的胶点可粘接住磨料,单个胶点上粘接多颗磨料的占比小于6%;双脉冲电镀工艺制备的镀层显微硬度大于500HV,表层残余应力小于100MPa,磨料/镀层/导电胶之间的界面贴合紧密,无明显缺陷;砂轮在磨削时没有出现磨料脱落现象。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of severe plastic deformation processing and the changes in microstructure resulting therefrom on the corrosion resistance of an Al–Mg–Si alloy. The alloy was processed using incremental equal channel angular pressing, which caused a reduction in grain size from 15 to 0.9 µm. The grain refinement was accompanied by an increase in the number of grain boundaries and dislocations, and by changes in grain orientation. However, there was no change in the size and number of intermetallic particles, which presumably resulted in a constant number of galvanic couplings. Electrochemical experiments revealed only slight differences between the samples before and after processing. Higher potential transients/oscillations upon immersion and increased corrosion currents in the vicinity of corrosion potential point to slightly higher reactivity of the most refined material. This indicates that intermetallic particles are the most crucial microstructural elements in terms of corrosion resistance. Their impact exceeds that of grain boundaries, in particular, at the stage of corrosion initiation. The development of corrosion attack is controlled more by the microstructure of the matrix as the grain refinement resulted in a less pronounced corrosion attack in comparison with the coarse-grained sample.  相似文献

The corrosion resistance of aluminium surfaces is closely linked to the surface state after a grinding process. For years, iron-containing abrasive materials were suspected to lead to increased corrosion susceptibility after processing of aluminium surfaces. To prove a possible correlation between the iron content of an abrasive and the corrosion behaviour of aluminium components, scientific investigations and experimentally practical corrosion tests are necessary. For the current investigation, specimens of a technical Al-Si alloy from the same batch were used. The test specimens were mechanically ground with various resin-bonded model abrasives containing different iron contents. The performed corrosion tests did not reveal a negative influence of the different iron-containing abrasives on the corrosion behaviour of the Al–Si alloy. However, the most sensitive measuring method (electrochemical noise) showed differences in the surface activity depending on the type of abrasive.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A method of ultrafine macro-homogeneous composite powder – B4C–ZrO2 production using a planetary mill was developed. From the macro-homogeneous composite high-density ceramics, B4C–ZrB2 was produced by the method of reactive sintering (in situ) at 2000°C under the pressure of 41–42?MPa. The effect of ZrO2 grain size and of its distribution in the matrix on the consolidation parameters, and the microstructure of the obtained ceramics was studied.  相似文献

The constrained groove pressing-cross route process was implemented on a commercially annealed AA5052 alloy at room temperature, with up to two passes (strain of ~4.64) along the rolling direction and transverse direction. The results showed the formation of an ultrafine-grained structure with an average sub-grain/cell size in the 300–500?nm range. The indentation hardness and tensile strength increased significantly, up to ~75 and 105%, respectively, and became more homogenous with a uniform and isotropic trend, as compared to the annealed alloy. According to the Hall–Petch and Taylor models used, grain refinement and increasing dislocation density were proposed as the main strengthening mechanisms. Fractographic studies revealed a ductile-fracture behaviour, with a dimpled structure proportional to the UFG structure.  相似文献

针对微结构聚合物元器件的批量化生产与制造效率低等问题,采用精密修整成V形尖端的金刚石砂轮,在自润滑性和脱模性良好的钛硅碳陶瓷模芯表面加工制造出形状精度可控的V沟槽阵列结构,然后利用微注塑成形工艺将模芯表面的V沟槽阵列结构一次成形复制到聚合物表面,高效注塑成形制造出倒V形阵列结构的聚合物工件。分析了微模芯的表面加工质量与形状精度,研究了熔体温度、注射速度、保压压力、保压时间等微注塑成形工艺参数对微结构聚合物注塑成形角度偏差和填充率的影响。实验结果表明:通过微细磨削加工技术和微注塑成形工艺可以高效率、高精度地制造出规则整齐的微结构注塑工件,注射速度对微成形角度偏差的影响最大,保压压力对微成形填充率的影响最大,微结构模芯的微细磨削形状精度值为4.05 μm,微成形的最小角度偏差和最大填充率分别为1.47°和99.30%。  相似文献

Taper grinding experiments were conducted in this paper to investigate the continuous and complete ductile-brittle transition process of two kinds of amorphous glass: high purity fused silica (HPFS) which is silica rich glass and soda-lime silica glass (SLSG) which is low silica glass. The grinding force, ground surface morphology, surface roughness, and subsurface damage depth induced during different stages of taper grinding were all analyzed. A mathematical model describing the cutting force of a grit and micro-crack length was established to clarify the ductile-brittle transition mechanisms of isotropic material. The model revealed that material removal mechanisms and grinding force were mainly determined by the crack equivalent length in front of the grit and its equivalent cutting force. The ground surface roughness and subsurface damage depth were mainly affected by the cutting force of the grit and length of cracks behind it. The ductile machinability of SLSG was better than that of HPFS due to the bonding of metallic atoms in SLSG with nonbridging oxygens, as well as their packing into free volume in SiO2 network.  相似文献

针对精密磨床转台静压轴承性能仿真数据与其回转精度实测数据不一致的问题,为提高转台静压轴承的设计水平,提出了静压轴承的强健化设计方法。该方法考虑了轴承结构参数在轴承全生命周期内的变化,分析了半径间隙、油腔尺寸、节流比及润滑油黏度在设计、加工、装配和服役4个阶段的变化规律,重点研究了半径间隙在各阶段对轴承性能造成的影响,给出了转台静压轴承的强健化设计流程。通过一个径向轴承的设计实例对该强健化设计方法进行了说明,并将设计结果与传统设计进行了对比。对比的指标是轴承在4个阶段的刚度、承载力和温升,这3个指标对轴承回转精度有直接影响。研究表明:进行强健化设计后,在生命周期内静压轴承的刚度和承载力的变化量为10%~27%,温度的变化量为0.5%~1.6%,较传统设计更能保证转台回转精度的稳定。  相似文献
