采用9种荧光增白剂对棉布进行处理,探讨了增白剂结构、架桥剂和增白剂商品中的添加剂对棉热转印产品白度的影响.研究表明:增白剂分子结构中的羟基基团越多,增白剂耐热性能越差,棉热转印产品的白度越低;增白剂商品中的添加剂对其耐热性能影响不大;架桥剂能显著提升增白剂的增白效果和耐热性能,使棉热转印产品白度得以提高. 相似文献

在碱性条件下,用双氧水对白绒进行漂白,并在漂白过程中加入羊绒保护剂,以改善漂白后羊绒纤维的性能。通过单因素试验,重点分析了白绒漂白过程中各助剂用量对漂白效果的影响,以漂白后纤维的白度、碱溶解度等指标来评价各因素对漂白效果的影响,得出白绒漂白的最优工艺为:双氧水70%(omf),氧化稳定剂25%(omf),羊绒保护剂4%(omf),氨水1%(omf),浴比1︰20,55℃,85 min。普通白绒的白度为48.73%,碱溶解度为12.35%,单纤维强力为4.96 c N,经上述工艺漂白后的白度为66.52%,碱溶解度为13.83%。 相似文献

Simple formulas are proposed for predicting the Munsell value of colors with the same tone (the same values for whiteness‐blackness, perceived lightness, and chroma irrespective of hue). The formulas can be used for any tone. In other words, the method can determine the Munsell value with the same perceived lightness at any specified chroma irrespective of hue. The chromatic strength (CS) function is only used for the derivations. The formulas are very simple, and can be used not only in the colorimetry but also in the color design field. The concept described in this study is that a common CS function can be used for transforming each of the three color attributes (hue, lightness, and chroma) from their uniform color space metric to their corresponding color appearance space attribute. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article describes a new perceived whiteness index, C/V index, which focuses on the brightness‐enhancement effect of color components included in the spectral reflectance factor distribution of approximate white objects or in the spectral power distribution of illuminations. The index is developed on the basis of a color vision model. The perceived whiteness of 18 approximate white samples was evaluated, and then a predictability of the index was compared with 17 types of existing whiteness indices. As a result, the C/V index was one of the indices indicating the best predicting performance. The aforementioned findings show that the C/V index is effective in evaluating the perceived whiteness of approximate white objects and the brightness‐enhancement effect of color components is an important factor in determining the perceived whiteness. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A kind of enhancing mechanism of structural whiteness dependence on amorphous photonic crystal (APC) structure is introduced in this paper. In the glaze system composed of albite, kaolin, talc, calcite, quartz, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, the APC structure will be produced by using quartz as a variable to induce the phase separation. Under different polarities between Ti, Zn etc. and Siion, the separated spheres with the core-shell structure can be obtained and then make up opal-like APCs in the glaze layer. In addition to inner and outer layers of core-shell spheres, the calculated results of refractive indices clearly show the great difference between the particles and the matrix. As a result of different refractive indices, the multiple scatting of visible light plays a key rote in the structural whiteness. However, due to the decrease of the cationic content, APCs with the reverse opal structure would be formed in the interface between glaze and body. 为考察不同热处理对籼米籽粒及其半干粉品质的影响,采用不同条件热处理籼米籽粒,分析米粒表观裂缝增加程度与其内部水分的关系,并进行半干法制粉(含水率为30%),测定不同热处理对大米粉微生物、破损淀粉及白度的影响。结果表明,热处理后的米粒,表观裂缝开始明显增加时米粒内部水分均小于8%;3种热处理(60℃90 min,120℃15min及180℃1min)后的大米调制粉微生物被有效抑制,且超高温短时(120℃15min,180℃1min)抑菌效果优于低温长时(60℃90min),破损淀粉、白度及糊化特性与干磨粉差异显著(P0.05),更接近湿磨粉。通过测定米粒内部水分可判断米粒表观裂缝增加的程度,且热处理大米籽粒进行半干法制粉其粉质特性与湿磨粉相当。 相似文献
