Nondestructive evaluation methods provide additional information about the material fatigue behavior and enhance the comprehension of damage evolution thanks to relationship between microstructure and physical properties. This paper deals with optical and ultrasonic investigations of structural steel specimens tested for low-cycle fatigue. The development of persistent slip bands observed on the surface with an optical microscope was quantified using a previously trained neural network and fractal analysis. A surface damage parameter was defined as the ratio of total area of detected slip bands to the area of observed surface. Relationships between the rate of change and critical value of the damage parameter, the strain range, and the fatigue life were established. A single square relationship between relative number of cycles and ratio of the surface damage parameter to its critical value was obtained. Acoustic birefringence was measured by the echo method. The effect of the strain range on the rate of change in acoustic birefringence was investigated. A single linear relationship between relative number of cycles and change in acoustic birefringence was established. An algorithm for predicting the material remaining life, combining optical and ultrasonic data, was proposed. 相似文献

A series of samarium (Sm) doped hydroxyapatites containing strontium (Sr) with controllable and adjustable luminescence were designed and prepared via chemical hydrolysis co-precipitation method. The effects of doping concentration of Sm on the structure, composition, photoluminescence (PL), energy transfer, substitute site, fluoresce lifetime and luminescence color of samples were investigated. It is shown that the introduction of Sr ions induces the structure and composition change for Sm doped samples. The typical transitions of Sm3+ at 564, 601, 648 and 707 nm due to 4G5/2→6HJ/2 (J = 5, 7, 9 and 11) transition under the excitation of 404 nm were detected. The PL intensity is affected by the Sr/Ca ratio and Sm concentration, and the optimal concentration of Sm is 0.8 mol% when Sr/Ca ratio equals 7/3. The non-radiative transitions and energy transfer of Sm ions are the main reason for the quenching, and the interactions among ions are ascribed to dipole–dipole type by theoretical calculation. Besides, the ratio of PL intensity between 601 and 648 nm (rO/R = I601 nm/I648 nm) indicates the symmetry and substitution process of Sm ions to Ca/Sr ions. The fluorescence lifetime (τ) decreases with the concentration of Sm increasing, which is the result of the decrease of distance and the enhanced interaction between Sm ions. The CIE chromaticity coordinates and luminescence color of samples are in the orange-red region and have close relation with the concentration of Sm. Furthermore, the cytotoxicity evaluation and confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) observation of samples via cells indicate the good biocompatibility and safe use of this kind of bio-based luminescent materials for their potential efficient fluorescence labeling and detection. 相似文献

基岩地球化学方法广泛应用于地质找矿与生产实践,是开展深部找矿预测最直接的方法和手段。通过对玲珑金矿田井下含矿断裂和招平断裂的基岩剖面地球化学特征进行系统研究,得出以下认识:玲珑金矿田原生晕最佳指示元素组合为Au、Ag、Bi、As和Co,且Au-Ag、Au-Bi、Au-As及Au-Co元素之间呈较好的幂指数正相关。根据玲珑金矿田已探明矿脉最佳指示元素组合的统计结果,结合招平断裂基岩剖面地球化学测量结果,发现招平断裂在地表有2处金矿化异常,推测其为矿致异常,反映出该地段具有较好的找矿潜力,特别是前花园村东1021剖面中异常找矿潜力更大。 相似文献

56Fe(n,p)56Mn通常作为标准反应来监测中子场通量,该反应截面数据的准确性直接影响到活化法测量结果的精确度,进而影响到实验待测物理量的精度。本文开展了56Fe(n,p)56Mn反应截面实验测量数据评价工作与协方差计算工作,首先系统分析EXFOR中现有的56Fe(n,p)56Mn反应截面实验测量数据,对实验数据进行了归纳总结分析,并从中子源、测量方法、探测器类型等方面对56Fe(n,p)56Mn直接测量实验数据进行评价。然后,拟合给出适用入射中子能量区间为295~35 MeV的激发曲线。随后,针对评价中重点推荐的实验数据开展了关联协方差矩阵的计算工作。最后,使用核反应计算程序TALYS对56Fe(n,p)56Mn激发曲线进行了调参计算并和评价数据进行了比较分析。该工作拓展了现有的中子活化反应截面实验数据的评价方法,结果提高了35 MeV以下中子诱发56Fe(n,p)56Mn反应的评价数据精度。 相似文献

在用于构建深度学习模型的深度学习框架中,算子的正确计算对于深度学习模型的正确预测至关重要.然而,已有的深度学习框架缺陷检测方法只能通过比较和推测的方式找到不同深度学习框架之间计算结果相差较大的算子,而且无法检测深度学习模型在训练过程中产生的计算错误,具有很大的局限性.针对此问题,本文设计并实现了基于元算子的深度学习框架缺陷检测方法,通过将不同深度学习框架中算子的共性计算逻辑抽象为“元算子”,支持在不改变模型代码的前提下绑定元算子的具体实现,从而可以细粒度地对比同一模型使用不同深度学习框架的运算结果,进而发现缺陷.本文的方法同时支持训练过程和推断过程的缺陷检测,还可以对计算错误的定位进行验证.本文验证了元算子计算的准确性,并评估其运算性能;收集了深度学习框架中已知有错误计算的算子,并将本文方法应用在包含这些算子的深度学习模型上,验证了本文缺陷检测方法的有效性. 相似文献

Software is a central component in the modern world and vastly affects the environment’s sustainability. The demand for energy and resource requirements is rising when producing hardware and software units. Literature study reveals that many studies focused on green hardware; however, limited efforts were made in the greenness of software products. Green software products are necessary to solve the issues and problems related to the long-term use of software, especially from a sustainability perspective. Without a proper mechanism for measuring the greenness of a particular software product executed in a specific environment, the mentioned benefits will not be attained. Currently, there are not enough works to address this problem, and the green status of software products is uncertain and unsure. This paper aims to identify the green measurements based on sustainable dimensions in a software product. The second objective is to reveal the relationships between the elements and measurements through empirical study. The study is conducted in two phases. The first phase is the theoretical phase, where the main components, measurements and practices that influence the sustainability of a software product are identified. The second phase is the empirical study that involved 103 respondents in Malaysia investigating current practices of green software in the industrial environment and further identifying the main sustainability dimensions and measurements and their impact on achieving green software products. This study has revealed seven green measurements of software product: Productivity, Usability, Cost Reduction, Employee Support, Energy Efficiency, Resource Efficiency and Tool Support. The relationships are statistically significant, with a significance level of less than 0.01 (p = 0.000). Thus, the hypothesised relationships were all accepted.
