Because of its ability to change optical absorption dynamically by applied electric field, nickel oxide (NiO) is a promising anodic material in smart windows, which can improve energy conversion efficiency in construction buildings. Although many works have achieved high electrochromic performance with different method. The underlying mechanism is still not fully investigated. In this article, we prepared the NiO films with large specific surface area and high stability by electron beam evaporation. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were employed to figure out the surface morphology and composition of as-deposited films. Afterwards, the electrochemical properties and optical performance of the prepared NiO films were investigated. On this basis, the origin of surface charge was fully analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and diffusion coefficient test. These experimental and theoretical results firmly confirm that both the surface reaction and capacitive effect bring about the excellent EC performance in NiO films. These results not only provide clear evidence about electrochemical kinetics in NiO films, but also offer some useful guidelines for the design of EC materials with higher performance and longer stability.  相似文献

Zwitterionic hydrogels have been explored for applications in electrochemical devices very recently due to their high water retention ability and interesting electrochemical properties. The use of zwitterionic hydrogels in devices requires them tough and recoverable or healable from fatigue damage. Herein, a double network zwitterionic hydrogel contains a reversible noncovalent interaction crosslinked polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) first network, together with a covalent/noncovalent hybrid crosslinked acrylamide and sulfobetaine methacrylate copolymer (P(AM-co-SBMA)) second network, was fabricated by a simple two-steps methods of copolymerization and freezing/thawing. The reversible hydrogen bonds, crystalline domain, and electrostatic interactions in the double networks work as sacrificial bonds to dissipate energy and toughen the materials when hydrogel deforms. The broken bonds can reform upon unloading endowing the recovery of hydrogels' properties with the assistance of the elastic covalent network. The optimal hydrogels are highly stretchable (fracture strain 970%), tough (fracture toughness 693 kJ m−3), rapidly recoverable (65% toughness recovery and 75% stiffness recovery after resting 5 min at room temperature) and with widely tunable mechanical properties by multibond crosslinking. Meanwhile, the zwitterionic counterions of SBMA moieties endow the tough and recoverable hydrogels extremely high intrinsic ionic conductivities (7.49 S m−1) at room temperature. This work not only provides a simple strategy for fabricating tough and recoverable zwitterionic hydrogels but also demonstrates multifunctional properties of the zwitterionic hydrogels, which possess a great potential to fulfill flexible devices applications. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Recently, deep learning, especially convolutional neural networks, has achieved the remarkable results in natural image classification and segmentation. At the same time, in the field of medical image segmentation, researchers use deep learning techniques for tasks such as tumor segmentation, cell segmentation, and organ segmentation. Automatic tumor segmentation plays an important role in radiotherapy and clinical practice and is the basis for the implementation of follow-up treatment programs. This paper reviews the tumor segmentation methods based on deep learning in recent years. We first introduce the common medical image types and the evaluation criteria of segmentation results in tumor segmentation. Then, we review the tumor segmentation methods based on deep learning from technique view and tumor view, respectively. The technique view reviews the researches from the architecture of the deep learning and the tumor view reviews from the type of tumors.

在惰性气氛保护下,对炭黑样品进行不同温度下的热处理,得到具有不同石墨化度的炭黑样品。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热重分析仪(TG)、以及拉曼分析仪(Raman)等对其进行了结构表征,结果表明随着碳化温度的升高,炭黑样品的石墨化程度显著增大,尤其在经过2 800℃高温热处理的炭黑样品中出现了中空的石墨化结构,有望成为具有较大吸附性能的橡塑弹性体材料的较好补强剂。  相似文献

讨论了地源热泵地热换热器竖直U型埋管钻孔内的二维稳态传热模型。基于钻孔内的温度场的二维解析解,得出钻孔热阻表达式。分析了影响钻孔热阻的几个相关因素,通过与一维简化模型得到的钻孔热阻相比较,认为采用二维模型可以为工程设计提供更准确可靠的热阻数据。  相似文献
