With the goal to produce a hard and tough coating intended for tribological applications, CrAlN/TiSiN nanolayer coating was prepared by alternative deposition of CrAlN and TiSiN layers. In the first part of the article, a detailed study of phase composition, microstructure, and layer structure of CrAlN/TiSiN coating is presented. In the second part, its mechanical properties, fracture and tribological behavior are compared to the nanocomposite TiSiN coating. An industrial magnetron sputtering unit was used for coating deposition. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy were used for compositional and microstructural analysis. Mechanical properties and fracture behavior were studied by instrumented indentation and focused ion beam techniques. Tribological properties were evaluated by ball-on-disk test in a linear reciprocal mode. A complex layer structure was found in the nanolayer coating. The TiSiN layers were epitaxially stabilized inside the coating which led to formation of dislocations at interfaces, to introduction of disturbances in the coating growth, and as a result, to development of fine-grained columnar microstructure. Indentation load required for the onset of fracture was twice lower for the nanolayer CrAlN/TiSiN, compared to the nanocomposite TiSiN coating. This agrees very well with their mechanical properties, with H3/E2 being twice higher for the TiSiN coating. However, the nanolayer coating experienced less severe damage, which had a strong impact on tribological behavior. A magnitude of order lower wear rate and four times lower steady state friction coefficient were found for the nanolayer coating.  相似文献

Lead zirconate-titanate PbZr0.70Ti0.30O3 ceramics doped with bismuth oxide has been investigated. Dielectric and optical measurements were performed to check the dopant influence on phase transitions and pre-transitional effects. Vehicle‐to‐grid presents a mechanism to meet the key requirements of an electric power system, using electric vehicles (EVs) when they are parked. The most economic ancillary service is that of frequency regulation, which imposes some constraints regarding the period and duration of time the vehicles have to be connected to the grid. The majority of research explores the profitability of the aggregator, while the perspective of the EV fleet owner, in terms of their need for usage of their fleet, remains neglected. In this paper, the optimal allocation of available vehicles on a day‐ahead basis using queuing theory and fuzzy multi‐criteria methodology has been determined. The proposed methodology is illustrated on the daily scheduling of EVs in an electricity distribution company.  相似文献

In this paper, an approximation of the optimal compressor function using the quadratic spline functions with 2L?=?8 segments is described. Since the quadratic spline with 2L?=?8 segments provides better approximation of the optimal compression function than quadratic spline with 2L?=?4 segments, capitalizing on the benefits of the obtained spline approximation, quantizer designing process is firstly performed for the so assumed number of segments and the Laplacian source of a unit variance. Then, to enhance the usability of the proposed model, the switched quantization technique is applied and a beneficial analysis is derived, providing insight in the robustness of the proposed quantizer performances with respect to the mismatch in designed for and applied to variances. Reached quality has been compared to another model from the literature, and it has been shown that the proposed model outperforms the previous model by almost 1.3?dB.  相似文献

Based on Eringen’s model of nonlocal anisotropic elasticity, new solutions for the stress fields of screw dislocations in anisotropic materials are derived. In the theory of nonlocal anisotropic elasticity the anisotropy is twofold. The anisotropic material behavior is not only included in the anisotropy of the elastic stiffness properties, but also in the anisotropy of the nonlocality which is expressed by the anisotropy of the length scale parameters, which is incorporated in the anisotropy of the nonlocal kernel function. Particularly, a new two-dimensional anisotropic kernel which is the Green function of a linear differential operator with three length scale parameters is derived analytically. New solutions for the stresses of straight screw dislocations in anisotropic (monoclinic and hexagonal) materials are found. The stresses do not have singularities and possess interesting features of anisotropy, which are presented and discussed.  相似文献

This article presents a novel control scheme for achieving optimal power balancing and congestion management in electrical power systems via nodal prices. We develop a dynamic controller that guarantees economically optimal steady-state operation while respecting all line flow constraints in steady-state. The goal of this article is to apply the regional atmospheric numerical weather prediction Eta model and describe its performance in validation of the wind forecasts for wind power plants. Wind power generation depends on wind speed. Wind speed is converted into power through characteristic curve of a wind turbine. The forecasting of wind speed and wind power has the same principle.Two sets of Eta model forecasts are made: one with a coarse resolution of 22 km, and another with a nested grid of 3.5 km, centered on the Nasudden power plants, (18.22°E, 57.07°N; 3 m) at island Gotland, Sweden. The coarse resolution forecasts were used for the boundary conditions of the nested runs. Verification is made for the nested grid model, for summers of 1996–1999, with a total number of 19 536 pairs of forecast and observed winds. The Eta model is compared against the wind observed at the nearest surface station and against the wind turbine tower 10 m wind. As a separate effort, the Eta model wind is compared against the wind from tower observations at a number of levels (38, 54, 75 and 96 m).Four common measures of accuracy relative to observations - mean difference (bias), mean absolute difference, root mean square difference and correlation coefficient are evaluated. In addition, scatter plots of the observed and predicted pairs at 10 and 96 m are generated. Average overall results of the Eta model 10 m wind fits to tower observations are: mean difference (bias) of 0.48 m/s, mean absolute difference of 1.14 m/s, root mean square difference of 1.38 m/s, and the correlation coefficient of 0.79. Average values for the upper tower observation levels are the mean difference (bias) of 0.40 m/s; mean absolute difference of 1.46 m/s; root mean square difference of 1.84 m/s and the correlation coefficient of 0.80.  相似文献

This paper presents a real-time architecture for visual servoing of robot manipulators using nonlinear based predictive control. In order to increase the robustness of the control algorithm, image moments were chosen to be the visual features which describe the objects from the image. A visual predictive architecture is designed to solve tasks addressed to robot manipulators with an eye-in-hand configuration. An implementation of the proposed architecture is done so that the capabilities of a 6 d.o.f robot manipulator are extended. The results of different experiments conducted with two types of image moments based controllers (proportional and predictive with reference trajectory) are presented and discussed.  相似文献

Magnesia supported Au, Ag, and Au–Ag nanostructured catalysts were prepared, characterized, and used to synthesize few-layer graphene–metal nanoparticle (Gr–MeNP) composites. The catalysts have a mezoporous structure and a mixture of MgO and MgO·H2O as support. The gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are uniformly dispersed on the surface of the Au/MgO catalysts, and have a uniform round shape with a medium size of ~8 nm. On the other hand, the silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) present on the Ag/MgO catalyst have an irregular shape, larger diameters, and less uniform dispersion. The Au–Ag/MgO catalyst contains large Au–Ag bimetallic particles of ~20–30 nm surrounded by small (5 nm) AuNPs. Following the RF-CCVD process and the dissolution of the magnesia support, relative large, few-layer, wrinkled graphene sheets decorated with metal nanoparticles (MeNPs) are observed. Graphene–gold (Gr–Au) and graphene–silver (Gr–Ag) composites had 4–7 graphitic layers with a relatively large area and similar crystallinity for samples prepared in similar experimental conditions. Graphene–gold–silver composites (Gr–Au–Ag) presented graphitic rectangles with round, bent edges, higher crystallinity, and a higher number of layers (8–14). The MeNPs are encased in the graphitic layers of all the different samples. Their size, shape, and distribution depend on the nature of the catalyst. The AuNPs were uniformly distributed, had a size of about 15 nm, and a round shape similar to those from Au/MgO catalyst. In Gr–Ag, the AgNPs have a round shape, very different from that of the Ag/MgO catalyst, large size distribution and are not uniformly distributed on the surface. Agglomerations of AgNPs together with large areas of pristine few-layer graphene were observed. In Gr–Au–Ag composites, almost exclusively large bimetallic particles of about 25–30 nm, situated at the edge of graphene rectangles have been found.  相似文献
