电渣重熔中的脱氧热力学

 为了研究电渣重熔的脱氧制度,基于熔渣的离子分子共存理论,以模具钢和脱氧剂铝为研究对象,根据渣 金反应中各组元的质量守恒定律和热力学平衡定律,构建了电渣重熔中的脱氧热力学模型。模型结合试验得到了钢中各个合金元素的热力学平衡质量分数随脱氧剂铝添加量的变化关系,并依据模具钢的合金成分要求对脱氧剂铝的添加量进行了分析。结果表明,钢中硅、铝、锰和渣中氧化铝的平衡质量分数随着脱氧剂铝的增加呈升高的趋势,而渣中氧化硅、氧化铁、氧化锰呈降低趋势;考虑到模具钢中各个合金元素的成分要求,脱氧剂铝的添加量不宜超过1.7 kg/t(钢)。     

新型Al基复合脱氧剂脱氧效果研究

Al作为炼钢脱氧剂单独脱氧时易烧损,导致利用率较低;同时,其脱氧产物Al₂O₃熔点高,形状不规则,不易在脱氧过程中上浮排出,造成水口堵塞,恶化钢材质量.为了提高铝的脱氧效率,同时使脱氧产物Al₂O₃能快速从钢液中上浮排出,本文研究了一种以金属铝为有效脱氧组分,低熔点氧化物渣系为载体的新型复合脱氧剂.实验表明,使用该脱氧剂不仅可以保证钢液中溶解氧的质量分数在10×10-6以下,而且脱氧后钢中Al₂O₃夹杂物与纯Al脱氧相比尺寸更小、数量更少,较显著地提高了钢材的纯净度,具有良好的脱氧效果.      

LBE-LF-CSP低碳铝镇静钢脱氧工艺优化实践

针对邯钢三炼钢厂冶炼CSP低碳铝镇静钢时终点氧质量分数较高,原铝锭脱氧工艺铝吸收率低、进站Als不稳定、综合成本较高等问题,通过深入研究、分析及试验,在转炉工序采用钢砂铝脱氧剂代替铝锭优化出钢脱氧 工艺。经过9号、4号转炉1个月的生产实践,取得了良好的实用效果:转炉出钢脱氧铝吸收率及稳定性明显提高, 精炼工序负担减轻,成品Als控制水平明显提高,综合铝制品成本降低了1.13元/t。     

关于钢用铝脱氧的再认识

铝脱氧效率高而且成本较低,因此钢用铝脱氧是目前使用最广泛的脱氧广泛,但是,铝脱氧的反应产物及残留在钢中的铝常引起热钢的蠕变脆性,降低钢的高温强度。另外,氧化铝还是疲劳裂纹的形核核心,致命轴承钢、钢轨钢和车轮钢的疲劳抗力降低。鉴于铝脱氧对钢性能的损害,必须重新认识钢用铝脱氧的问题,近年来,应用复合氧剂对钢脱氧的研究表明复合脱氧剂可使钢性能得到改善。     

钛稳定超纯铁素体不锈钢硅铝复合脱氧的试验研究

 为改进超纯铁素体不锈钢的脱氧工艺,提高夹杂物控制水平,在硅钼高温电阻炉内对钛稳定超纯铁素体不锈钢的精炼过程进行了试验研究。结合热力学计算,研究了不同Si、Al含量(质量分数,下同)比值的硅铝合金的脱氧效果,以及脱氧、钛合金化和钙处理后钢中典型夹杂物的组成和形貌及粒度分布。结果表明：钢中初始氧含量相近的条件下,硅铝合金复合脱氧的钢中酸溶铝、全氧量与纯铝脱氧结果相近。硅铝复合脱氧后钢中夹杂物主要为(MgO-)Al2O3-SiO2复合脱氧产物。钛合金化后夹杂物的类型主要为Al2O3-MgO-(SiO2)-TiOx复合夹杂物和TiN。钙处理后的夹杂物主要为球形的MgO-Al2O3-CaO-SiO2-TiOx类复合氧化物。采用硅铝合金复合脱氧比纯铝脱氧钢的夹杂物的总数量、总面积和平均粒径均要小。     

硅铝钡脱氧剂试验效果及分析

脱氧是炼钢工艺中的重要环节．主要对硅铝钢脱氧剂的脱氧效果进行了分析．结果表明此种脱氧剂有良好的脱氧效果,能促进夹杂物的上浮,净化钢液。     

用硅铝铁或铝线取代铝锭脱氧

镇静钢脱氧用铝吨钢达600克以上,脱氧效率较低。采用硅铝铁取代铝锭脱氧后,由于铝的收得率提高50％,节铝1/2。转炉钢液采用铝线喂入法后,     

新型炼钢终脱氧剂问世

由本钢、本溪冶炼厂、鞍钢、首钢合作研制的炼钢终脱氧剂硅钡、硅铝钡铁合金,经过近一年的工业性试验,于7月4日通过了冶金部组织的技术鉴定。这项钡系铁合金是在硅铝铁合金基础上开发出来的一种新型炼钢终脱氧剂。其特点是: 1.代替硅铝铁合金用于镇静钢的脱氧和合金化,至少可使〔O〕降低10～20PPm。 2.硅铝钡铁合金含铝30％,工业性试验表明可节铝10～20％,这对于缓解炼钢用铝供应严重不足的局面具有重要意义。 3.对于用钡系合金脱氧所做的各项检验表明,钢的质量指标均在正常范围之内。鞍钢二炼钢厂采用硅钡铁合金取代硅钙     

硅铝钡钙复合脱氧剂在转炉炼钢中的应用

采用钢液直接定氧的方式对硅铝钡钙与硅铝铁＋硅钙两种脱氧工艺进行了比较,结果表明前一种工艺的脱氧效果明显强于后者。对使用复合脱氧剂前后钢的质量亦作了相关定量分析,结果表明部分质量检测数据得到改善。     

正确使用钙合金脱氧

针对目前小方坯连铸生产中比较普遍存在的钙合金脱氧使用问题,本文通过对钙在钢中行为的讨论,阐明钙在钢中的一些物理、化学性能,钙对钢液的净化作用;钙与硅、铝脱氧剂的相互作用等问题。从而提出正确使用钙合金脱氧的意见。
