钢的辉光离子渗铬研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
利用辉光离子渗氮炉进行离子渗铬。研究了10、Q235、45、T8、T10、T12钢离子渗铬层的组织和结构,渗层生长动力学,渗铬温度对渗层厚度的影响,钢的含碳量对渗层及碳化物层厚度的影响,钢的含碳量、辉光放电对渗层铬浓度分布的影响并对渗铬后钢件表面应力进行了测定。结果表明辉光离子渗铬可获得良好的渗层组织并明显加速渗铬过程。 相似文献

Duhocamis(双空心阴极金属离子源)是在GSI间热阴极PIG离子源基础上,利用空心阴极圆筒取代空心阳极圆筒,磁镜场取代均匀磁场的强流金属离子源。通过系列变化空心阴极与间热阴极电源电压的弧放电试验,了解其对离子源工作及金属等离子体形成的贡献和影响。试验结果分别给出了空心阴极与间热阴极弧放电特性曲线,它们的弧压对弧流关系具有不同的弧阻抗特性;通过磁分析器对等离子体中各种离子成分比例的分析,进一步显示出空心阴极与间热阴极弧放电两者相互强化和联动的协同效应;尤其空心阴极电位从零开始变化的弧放电试验,揭示了离子源从PIG空心阳极放电向双空心阴极放电转换的过程;协同效应不仅证实空心阴极作为赖以产生金属离子的溅射电极,而且对于确立离子源工作模式与优化产生所需金属离子的放电条件至关重要。 相似文献

为了研究空心阴极真空电弧等离子体特性,通过光谱仪获得了空心阴极真空电弧的发射光谱分布,同时利用相对强度法计算了电子激发温度.结果表明,空心阴极真空电弧等离子体主要由氩离子、氩原子构成;随着放电气压的降低和焊接电流的增加,空心阴极真空电弧的离子浓度逐渐增加;在一定气体流量下,空心阴极真空电弧的电子激发温度随着焊接电流的增加而升高;在低气体流量、大焊接电流时,电子激发温度较高;随着放电气压的升高,空心阴极真空电弧的电子激发温度逐渐降低.当焊接电流较大和气体流量较低时,空心阴极真空电弧的轴线附近的氩离子谱线强度较高,并且其径向分布梯度较大. 相似文献

Titanium nitride (TiN) films were deposited on 304 stainless steel substrate by hollow cathode discharge (HCD) ion-plating
technique. The preferred orientation and microstructure were studied by x-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron
microscopy (TEM), respectively. Microhardness of the TiN film was measured and correlated to the microstructure and preferred
orientation. The results of TEM study showed that the microstructure of TiN film contains grains with nanometer scale. As
the film thickness increases, the grain size of TiN increases. The x-ray results show that TiN(111) is the major preferred
orientation of the film. The hardness of TiN film is primarily contributed from TiN(111) preferred orientation. 相似文献

The technique of glow discharges in radio frequency configuration was applied to ignite hollow cathode vacuum arc discharge. The effect of discharge parameters on the building up of hollow cathode arc discharge was investigated. The emission spectrum during the vacuum arc ignition process was measured to disclose the discharge dynamics. There exists a threshold radio frequency power (300 W), beyond which hollow cathode is in T mode discharge status while radio frequency discharge changes into the arc discharge. With the increase of the radio frequency power, the plasma temperature and electronic density increase, and the discharge mode transits more rapidly. The ignition time of hollow cathode vacuum arc discharge is less than 4 s with a radio frequency power of 700 W. 相似文献

To make progress in laser-arc hybrid welding, especially when applied to thick steel plate, it is essential to get the remarkable synergic effect of deep penetration. It is suggested that the effective process is combining hollow cathode TIG with high beam quality laser welding. Penetration of hollow TIG/YAG hybrid welding was investigated by numerical analysis. A keyhole surface model taking into account the laser beam parameter product (BPP) was developed. The calculated keyhole surface profiles of coaxial hybrid welding are wider and deeper than that of YAG laser welding alone. As a result, single-pass butt welding of 20 mm thickness steel plate was achieved under the conditions of BPP = 0.9 mm mrad at laser power 1.8 kW. To confirm numerical results, coaxial hybrid welding tests with a hollow cathode TIG was conducted. The welding penetration was about two times as deep as a YAG laser alone. It was found that coaxial hybrid welding with hollow TIG/YAG had a large synergic effect. 相似文献
