目的书籍装订中利用梯标进行配帖质量的检测,一般是配帖完成后通过目测来判断配帖是否合格,工作量大且受主观因素的影响,文中旨在开发一种检测配帖质量的在线检测系统。方法通过电荷耦合器件(CCD)采集配帖完成后的梯标图像,应用机器视觉技术,利用Matlab高级程序语言实现梯标图像的识别。结果通过将标准梯标图像与实际采集梯标图像进行比对,利用有效的识别算法,能够高效地对配帖的质量进行判断。结论该识别算法适用性强,可应用于多种类型的梯标图像的检测。  相似文献

目的针对传统人工检查书籍配帖是否合格的方法带来的劳动强度过大,且容易出错等问题,提出一种基于相位相关性的自适应梯标检测方法。方法通过相位相关配准技术,利用CCD摄像机采集到梯标视频帧,计算其与模板梯标的相位相关性,并进行2帧图像的配准,然后对2帧图像的帧差进行分析,从而判断配帖是否出错。结果实验结果显示,文中提出的方法可以减少合格配帖的误检率,还可以对不合格的配帖进行检测。结论文中所提出的方法可以提高配帖梯标检测的鲁棒性。  相似文献

为了提高检测医用内窥镜光学性能的准确性,减少检测过程由于人工判断图像特征导致的误差,设计了医用内窥镜光学性能自动检测系统。检测过程中通过控制步进电机移动CCD相机与标准测标的相对位置,CCD相机通过被检硬制内窥镜不断获取标准测标图像,在LabVIEW平台下使用检测系统对测试图像进行图像处理,提取图像清晰轮廓,计算测量参数。与人工控制视检相比,自动检测系统的光学性能检测设备能显著提高检测重复性。  相似文献

为了满足实际印刷生产中对大面积印品图像进行高速度、高精度配准检测的需要,设计出了一种新的印刷图像检测系统。该系统使用多个CCD同步获取图像信息,并采用CPLD配合PCI总线的方式实现图像数据的采集和传输控制,并采用了一种新的图像配准算法。系统相关程序和算法由DDK结合VC语言编程实现。实验表明,该系统基本满足了实时性要求,其图像配准的速度更快、精度更高、适应性更强,具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

该文介绍电镀液在线检测系统的组成、各部分功能及其系统应用实例。电镀液在线检测系统采用电位滴定法,主要包括自清洗稳流稳压溶液过滤、PLC系统时序控制、系统漏液和状态异常等报警显示和控制、检测准确度控制和检测数据处理等方法和装置。通过某钢厂电镀机组的应用实例,证明电镀液在线检测系统的可靠性、检测精度和使用效果。电位滴定法电镀液在线检测系统能解决X射线类在线检测系统无法检测无特征谱线物质问题;满足钢铁厂冷轧产线恶劣环境的电镀液在线实时检测要求;与机组生产工艺控制系统构成闭环控制回路,实现对电镀产品生产过程中质量稳定的有效控制。  相似文献

目的为了提高泡罩药品包装的检测效率,降低生产成本,提升药品包装质量。方法设计一套基于DSP和触摸屏的泡罩药品视觉在线检测系统,利用TMS320 DM365芯片完成泡罩药品图像的处理和核心控制,由触摸屏和LCD液晶显示屏实现控制系统在线监控和图像处理结果显示,并在硬件结构基础上完成控制系统软件设计。结果通过对该系统的实验测试可知,该系统准确检测率高达100%。结论该控制系统能够实现泡罩药品包装缺陷的快速检测,检测准确率较高,大大降低了劳动强度,有效降低了生产成本。  相似文献

基于PC机图像处理系统实时性不强,DSP+FPGA图像处理系统的成本高、资源利用率低,单纯使用FPGA硬件实现的图像算法类型较为单一,针对这一系列问题,提出了一种基于FPGA软硬件协同处理的实时图像处理系统.采用一片FPGA芯片作为系统的核心,利用CCD相机等采集图像,通过SSRAM将图像缓存,以SOPC为控制核心,协调软硬件共同进行图像处理.易于使用硬件实现的图像处理模块(如滤波、形态学算法、图像校正、边缘检测等)均使用Verilog HDL语言实现,通过SOPC控制这些图像处理模块,实现相应的图像处理功能;而硬件难于实现的部分(如流程控制、复杂的分支判断)则使用SOPC中的CPU来实现.实验表明,系统卖时性强、图像处理速度快、可进行复杂图像算法的运算,同时具有设计简单、应用灵活、成本低的特点.  相似文献

目的为了提高包装印刷品缺陷检测的准确度和适用性,基于图像处理设计一种包装印刷缺陷检测方法。方法采用几个关键步骤包括图像配准、配准区域自动选取、缺陷检测等,并根据包装印刷品图像特征选择配准区域,同时给出一种快速图像配准算法,利用改进差影匹配算法实现缺陷检测;基于DSP和FPGA设计控制系统硬件平台,主要包括控制单元、图像采集与处理单元、成像单元等,并进行实验研究。结果所述方法能够准确识别出细微的刀丝、拉条类缺陷。结论该方法具有较高的可靠性、通用性,可实现包装印刷品缺陷的快速检测。  相似文献

目的解决在GDX1包装机生产过程中,小盒透明纸热封粘贴不牢、不平整、泡皱、反包等缺陷不能被有效检测及剔除的问题。方法设计一种新型GDX1小盒软包透明纸热封缺陷视觉检测系统,通过对其关键技术的研究,进行动态图像采集、MICRO II控制程序设计、安装支架设计、输出控制参数调整等,实现对有缺陷的小盒侧面透明纸热封烟包的高效检测及准确剔除。结果该视觉检测系统实施后,有缺陷烟包的剔除率≥99.9%,误剔率≤0.03%。结论该视觉检测系统能提高产品质量,降低物耗,为精益生产、精益加工起到了一定的保障作用,该系统和技术可推广应用于行业内所有GDX1/2包装设备上。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Signifi can timprove ment of frictional and wear characteristics is obtained with Molybdate added in the commercial engine oils and the formulated oils.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献
