炼钢和连铸生产调度是钢铁企业生产调度的重要内容而且二者密切相关.目前采用的调度方法多是分别编制炼钢炉次计划和连铸浇次计划,还没有协调处理二者的有效办法.提出了一种炼钢-连铸生产计划的一体化编制方法.首先通过求解炼钢炉次计划编制的多目标优化模型得到炉次计划的多个候选方案,在此基础上通过求解以最小化计划数为目标的连铸浇次计划数学模型得到浇次计划,最后根据浇次计划从炉次计划的候选方案中确定炉次计划.求解过程中使用了多目标模拟退火算法和改进变邻域搜索算法.基于实际生产数据的仿真试验表明了所提方法的有效性. 相似文献

在炼钢-连铸生产过程中, 因铁水或废钢供应不及时经常发生钢水在转炉设备上开工延迟, 导致相邻炉次在同一设备上产生作业冲突或同一浇次内的相邻炉次在连铸机上断浇, 使原调度计划失效.由于炼钢-连铸生产存在多台转炉、多台精炼炉和多台连铸机, 以及多重精炼方式且存在着可重入生产情况, 加上要保证已开工和完工炉次按原调度计划执行, 使得已有炼钢-连铸生产重调度方法难以适用.本文建立了开工时间延迟下的炼钢-连铸生产重调度模型, 将模型分解和启发式方法相结合, 提出了由炉次加工设备指派和作业时间决策组成的启发式重调度方法.通过实际工业数据仿真实验和在某大型钢铁企业的炼钢-连铸生产重调度的工业应用表明所提出的重调度方法显著减少了炉次加工冗余等待时间. 相似文献

针对炼钢厂的调度过程十分复杂,既要保证计划的有效性,也要考虑钢水运输等及时性的问题,讨论了基于层次分析的评价方法在计划评价中与仿真技术在直观显示炼钢-连铸生产过程中调度出现问题的作用.运用动画仿真技术仿真运输设备和主体设备间协调运行状况,验证多炼钢-连铸生产计划运行的合理性;采用层次分析评价法对调度结果进行综合评价.最后使用现场数据,该动画仿真系统成功实现了对调度计划执行过程的仿真;并对炼钢-连铸生产各工序保持物流生产紧密衔接、降低能源和材料消耗起到重要的指导作用. 相似文献

实际炼钢–连铸生产存在着多阶段、多并行机,以及在精炼阶段具有多重精炼方式,从而大大增加了炼钢–连铸生产调度难度.目前已有的炼钢–连铸生产调度研究由于仅仅针对简单生产方式而难以应用于目前大型炼钢–连铸生产调度.而实际生产过程中的以人工为主的调度方法速度慢、优化程度低,极易造成炉次在设备间的冗余等待时间过长,导致钢水温度下降,甚至造成连铸断浇事故.本文针对中国宝钢某大型炼钢厂的多重精炼方式且存在着可重入调度下的炼钢–连铸生产调度问题进行研究,提出了多种调度顺序方法和设备指派方法,通过仿真实验对多种调度顺序方法和多种设备指派方法组合而成的各种启发式方法进行了研究.最后将本文提出的性能最好的启发式方法应用于该大型炼钢厂的炼钢–连铸生产调度,钢水平均日冗余等待时间得到显著降低. 相似文献

为了对炼钢-连铸动态调度进行仿真,分析了炼钢-连铸动态调度系统的特征,重点讨论了基于Witness对炼钢-连铸动态调度系统仿真时的关键问题,即工艺路径设置、断浇修复技术、动态扰动设置和调度结果可视化.源于钢铁企业的实际生产数据证明了Witness仿真软件对解决炼钢-连铸动态调度问题是可行且有效的,通过对软件自身优化算法进行比较,结果表明采用不同优化算法,其对应的解的质量和收敛效率不同. 相似文献

为了求解炼钢-连铸动态调度问题,提出了一种将拉格朗日插值算法与差分进化算法相融合得到的改进的差分进化算法。改进后的差分进化算法通过自适应调整进化参数,动态的调整差分进化的方向,并结合拉格朗日插值来优化差分进化算法的局部搜索能力,引入权重系数对全局搜索和局部搜索加以平衡。针对国内某大型钢厂的实际生产数据建立实验模型,以最小化总完工时间、最小化总断浇时间、最小化炉次间总等待时间和最小化总偏差量时间为目标,将改进的差分进化算法应用于求解炼钢-连铸转炉出现故障的动态扰动事件调度问题,实验结果表明,改进的差分进化算法应用在炼钢-连铸动态调度问题上,有效的缩短了炉次加工总完工时间、炉次间总等待时间和总断浇时间,在合理范围内,有效控制了新生产的调度计划与原始调度计划的时间偏差量,避免了因扰动事件的发生而引起连铸机断浇。 相似文献

针对钢铁生产调度计划问题,研究并提出了短流程中小型钢铁企业生产调度计划的一种有效算法.短流程钢铁企业主要有炼钢(电炉)、连铸和热轧三个生产工序,中间在制品在线存储能力非常有限,三个工序的生产同步性为协调生产计划时的关键考虑因素.且每个生产过程必须批量运行.生产调度计划一般由分组和排序两部分组成,各工序有各自的判断准则,有时这些准则相互冲突.针对这些问题提出了一种有效的启发式算法,并由真实数据进行验算,结果表明算法合理有效.能够满足实际生产需要. 相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives. 相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what
is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic
sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and
its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of
an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify
robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can
or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest.
