研究对比了兰州石化公司近年来开发的结合苯乙烯质量分数为23.5%的环保型乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1723、SBR1778E、SBR1763E及与非环保牌号SBR1712的填充油类型、硫化特性、物理机械性能及动态力学性能的差异。结果表明,4个牌号丁苯橡胶(SBR)采用的橡胶填充油不同是其产品特性不同的主要因素,SBR1712的硫化速度较快,而SBR1778E的硫化速度较慢;力学性能方面,4个牌号胶料的拉伸强度相当,SBR1723和SBR1778E的扯断伸长率高于SBR1712和SBR1763E;环保型SBR的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)由高到低依次是SBR1763E、SBR1778E和SBR1723;通过动态力学性能测试不同温度下的损耗因子显示,SBR1763E的干地操控性能和抗湿滑性能良好,是动态性能最接近SBR1712的环保型橡胶,SBR1778E和SBR1723具备最低的滚动阻力和抗湿滑性能。 相似文献

Laboratory experiments with small samples of styrene-butadiene rubber show a complex thermal history which suggests the presence of both endothermic and exothermic processes. The suggested mechanisms are shown to be qualitatively correct by computer simulation. Both the laboratory tests and two larger scale tests show that styrene-butadiene rubber of the present composition will not spontaneously ignite if its surroundings are held at a sufficiently low temperature below about 220°C (428°F). 相似文献

Simultaneous measurements of stress and birefringence were made on a vulcanized styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) at 0°, 15° and 25°C. The stress-strain curves at all temperatures showed a strong upward deviation from the Gaussian statistical theory at high extensions which became more pronounced with decreasing temperature due to the increasing extension to break. The birefringence, however, was substantially of the form predicted by the Gaussian theory. Comparison studies on natural rubber under similar conditions of experiment showed birefringence and hysteresis effects which could be interpreted on the basis of strain-induced crystallisation (as revealed by X-rays). Such effects were completely absent in the SBR samples which also showed no evidence of crystallisation on X-ray examination in the stretched state. It is concluded that the upturn in stress-strain curve in both materials is primarily due to the limited extensibility of the network, as treated in the non-Gaussian statistical theory, and that crystallisation, when present, plays only a subsidiary role. 相似文献

以滁州绢云母为填料,将其改性后制备了改性绢云母/丁苯橡胶(SBR)复合材料,考察了复合材料物理机械性能的影响因素,并通过傅里叶变换红外谱(FTIR)表征了改性绢云母和复合材料。结果表明,在改性剂WD 81质量分数为2.0%、改性温度为90℃、改性时间为25 min以及改性绢云母用量为80份、硫化温度为150℃、硫化时间为12 min的条件下制得的改性绢云母/SBR复合材料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率、撕裂强度和邵尔A硬度分别达到6.81 MPa、856%、28.04 k N/m和56;改性绢云母/SBR复合材料的官能团发生了加成聚合反应,改性剂起到"桥梁"作用,提高了绢云母对SBR基体的增强作用。 相似文献

在天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)为基体的自润滑喷蜡橡胶材料中加入芥酸酰胺,考察芥酸酰胺作为润滑剂时对NR/BR/SBR自润滑喷蜡橡胶材料的硫化特性、力学性能、门尼黏度、摩擦系数及耐老化性能的影响。结果表明,与未加芥酸酰胺的胶料相比,当芥酸酰胺用量为10份时,胶料转矩减小,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短,扯断伸长率从388%增加至523%,拉伸强度降低了21.36%,邵尔A硬度、压缩永久变形分别下降5.56%和8.74%,动、静摩擦系数分别减小23.46%和24.82%,门尼黏度降低20.89%,耐热氧老化性能下降。硫化胶拉伸100%停放5 min后,表面出现明显的白色润滑膜,胶料流动性变好,各组分分散得更均匀,断面更光滑。 相似文献

Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) composites were prepared by incorporating short sisal fibers of different lengths and concentrations into the SBR matrix in a mixing mill according to a base formulation. The curing characteristics of the mixes were studied and the samples were vulcanized at 150°C. The properties of the vulcanizates such as stress-strain behavior, tensile strength, modulus, shore-A hardness, and resilience were studied. Both the cured and uncured properties showed a remarkable anisotropy. It has been found that aspect ratio in the range of 20–60 is effective for sufficient reinforcement. The mechanical properties were found to increase along and across the grain direction with the addition of fibers. The effects of fiber length, orientation, loading, type of bonding agent, and fiber-matrix interaction on the properties of the composites were evaluated. The extent of fiber orientation was estimated from green strength measurements. The adhesion between the fiber and the rubber was enhanced by the addition of a dry bonding system consisting of resorcinol and hexamethylene tetramine. The bonding agent provided shorter curing time and enhanced mechanical properties. The tensile fracture surfaces of the samples have been examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyze the fiber surface morphology, orientation, fiber pull-out, and fiber-matrix interfacial adhesion. 通过配位反应制备得到双金属硫化促进剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌镧配合物(ZnLaDC),在不添加传统活化体系氧化锌(ZnO)/硬脂酸(SA)的情况下,考察了ZnLaDC用量对丁苯橡胶(SBR)/天然橡胶(NR)胎面胶复合材料硫化特性及物理机械性能的影响,并与传统硫化体系二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDC)/ZnO/SA制备的硫化胶性能进行了对比。结果表明,随着ZnLaDC用量的增加,SBR/NR胎面胶复合材料的硫化特性、压缩疲劳生热性能及耐磨性得到有效提高,当ZnLaDC用量为5份时,复合材料的综合性能最佳。与传统硫化体系ZnDC/ZnO/SA制备的硫化胶相比,采用ZnLaDC制备的硫化胶具有更优异的静态力学性能及耐切割性。 相似文献
