以Al(NO3)3为原料用溶胶法成功地在SiC晶须表面涂覆了一层厚2-10nm的Al2O3结果表明,溶胶浓度,PH值,涂覆方式以及有机分散剂对涂覆效果有显著影响,涂覆使SiC晶须的抗氧化能力明显增强,涂层与晶须结合较为牢固。 相似文献

研究了涂层对Ti纤维及Ti纤维强化γ-TiAl金属间化合物基复合材料性能的影响。研究结果表明,运用物理气相沉积法(PVD)在Ti纤维表面涂覆Y2O3制得Ti/TiAl复合材料,不仅改善了γ-TiAl及其复合材料的力学性能,而且使纤维与基体间的界面反应层厚度减小,涂覆Y2O3较Al2O3有较高的稳定性,这对深入研究涂层对复合材料合成及性能的影响有着重要的意义。 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)技术,以正硅酸乙酸和硝酸铝为原料,按莫来石(3Al2O3·2SiO2)的组成配制成溶胶。将此溶胶对炭纤维进行涂覆并无机化,得到在纤维单丝表面分布与结合良好的氧化物涂层。此涂层对炭纤维的高温抗氧化性有明显提高。运用X-衍射、SEM、TC/DTA、FTIR、涂层厚度估算等方法对炭纤维涂层进行了表征。 相似文献

3C_2S·3CaSO_4·CaF_2是水泥熟料烧成中应用CaSO_4和CaF_2作为复合矿化剂时重要的中间化合物。探讨了Al_2O_3存在时3C_2S·3CaSO_4·CaF_2的形成动力学。研究发现Al_2O_3的存在促进了3C_2S·3CaSO_4·CaF_2的形成反应,降低了固相反应活化能,提高了控制反应过程组分CaO的扩散速率。 相似文献

以尿素、硼酸为原料, 采用浸涂工艺先在炭纤维表面制备BN涂层, 再以三氯甲基硅烷为前驱体, 采用化学气相沉积工艺在纤维表面沉积SiC涂层, 制得了BN/SiC复合涂层改性炭纤维。对BN/SiC复合涂层改性炭纤维的微观结构、抗氧化性能、介电性能及吸波性能进行了研究。结果表明: 炭纤维表面BN涂层的厚度约为0.1 μm, SiC涂层的厚度约为0.7 μm。炭纤维经表面BN/SiC复合涂层改性后, 抗氧化性能明显提高, 开始明显氧化失重温度从560℃提高到790℃, 最终氧化温度从780℃提高到1200℃以上; 且介电性能得到有效改善, 吸波性能显著提高。相比于未改性炭纤维, 厚度为2 mm的BN/SiC复合涂层改性炭纤维的最小反射率减小到-13.3 dB, 小于-10 dB的带宽增加至2.5 GHz。 相似文献

A study has been made of the method of depositing a silicon dioxide coating on the surface of carbon or graphite fibers and of the interface in C/Mg composites manufactured by vacuum pressure infiltration: the mechanical properties of the materials were also studied. For the coating process, the fibers were passed through a toluene solution containing a silicon-based organometallic compound and chloride, following which hydrolysis and pyrolysis of the organometallic compound occurred to form a thin and uniform silicon dioxide coating on the surface of the fibers. The air-stable silicon dioxide coating facilitates wetting and bonding between carbon or graphite fibers and liquid magnesium. The carbon- and graphite-fiber-reinforced magnesium composites were fabricated by vacuum/pressure infiltration processing. Special attention was focused on analysis of the structure of the coating which was deposited by the solution immersion process with the aid of analytic instruments such as SEM, EDAX, TEM, XPS and SAM. Manufacturing processes of C/Mg composites, the interface chemical reaction, and the mechanical properties were also studied. 相似文献

Catalytic graphitization of carbon fibers with electrodeposited Ni–B alloy coating was studied. Carbon fibers with and without electrodeposited Ni–B coating were heat treated at different temperatures and the structural changes were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that much better graphitization can be achieved for carbon fibers at lower heat treatment temperature (HTT) when the Ni–B coating is present. Moreover, the degree of graphitization of the Ni–B-coated carbon fibers increases with the increasing of B content in the Ni–B coating at the same HTT. The mechanism of catalytic graphitization was discussed. 相似文献

以钛酸丁酯为原料,醋酸为螯合剂,通过水解缩合制得TiO2溶胶.研究了溶胶-凝胶法在碳纤维上涂覆TiO2氧化物陶瓷的连续工艺,采用了IR、TG-DTA、XRD、SEM等分析表征手段.结果表明,溶胶液的粘度是决定涂层质量的关键因素,涂层有效的覆盖了碳纤维表面的裂纹和缺陷;与原纤维相比,锐钛矿型TiO2涂层碳纤维的抗氧化性和耐高温性能均有提高.涂层后碳纤维与熔融铝的润湿性和相容性明显改善,涂层有效的阻止了碳/铝界面反应,使预制丝强度明显提高. 相似文献
