Estimation of Parameters of Universal Distribution of Moments of Failure of Products

A method is proposed for estimating the parameters of a mixture of exponential and Weibull distributions for which the accuracy of preliminary estimates obtained by graphical analysis is refined in accordance with the criterion of maximum likelihood. The efficiency of the proposed method is supported by the results of statistical modeling.

一起珠光砂堵塞过冷器的故障处理

在KDON-4500/4500-3型空分设备精馏塔大加温过程中发生管道断裂故障,珠光砂进入纯氮通道堵塞过冷器并造成空分设备停车。介绍为排除故障而对过冷器进行正、反向吹扫的管线流程。阐述了为避免同类故障再次发生,对冷箱内管道、支架所作的改进措施以及精馏塔加温吹扫的优化操作。     

水三相点复现的不确定度评定

水三相点是开尔文热力学温度的唯一基准点，也是ITS-90国际温标重要的定义固定点。因此，水三相点不确定度分析对整个温标的建立、温度量值传递起着至关重要的作用。近3年来，中国计量科学研究院研制出一系列高质量的水三相点容器，加强了水三相点的研究，为不确定度的分析提供了更为可靠的实验依据。同时，不确定度的分析也是客观评价新研制容器性能的一个重要指标。因此，根据实验结果对新研制容器所复现的水三相点进行了不确定度评定。评定结果表明，其扩展不确定度为0．16mK(k=2．69，P=0．99)。     

Calculation of the Heat of Combustion of Hydrocarbon Components of Fuels

Development is continued of the empirical method for the calculation of the heat of combustion of organic compounds and, in particular, of hydrocarbons of different structures by the additive scheme based on their chemical structure.     

输入估计值的测量不确定度评定

本文所介绍的与1993年由ISO等7个国际组织联合发表的《测量不确定表示指南》（简称《指南》）完全一致，只是指南上的实用于物理测量的绝大多数领域，而本文介绍的仅适用于校准实验的测量。同时本文主要侧重于对输入估计值的A类测量不确定度和B类测量不确定度的评定的介绍，为输出估计值的测量不确定度评定奠定了良好的基础。     

鲍鱼壳珍珠层无机文石片的层状微结构研究

贝壳珍珠层是软体动物壳的最内层,经过若干世纪的自然进化,贝壳珍珠层形成了优良的微结构,并使贝壳具有了相当高的强度、刚度及断裂韧性.本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了鲍鱼贝壳珍珠层的主要微结构特征,发现其是由层状的无机文石片和有机胶原蛋白质组成的生物陶瓷复合材料.根据发现的贝壳珍珠层层状微结构特征,建立贝壳珍珠层三维有限元模型,并用此模型分析了珍珠层的拉伸屈服极限与无机文石片拉伸屈服极限及其厚度的关系,研究表明珍珠层的屈服极限随无机文石片屈服极限的增加和无机文石片厚度的减小而增加.     

Assurance of the Uniformity of Measurements of the Power of Laser Radiation

On the basis of an analysis of the principle underlying the construction of standards and systems designed for reproduction of the unit of mean power and energy of laser radiation, it is shown that these standards consist of unified subsystems that carry the principal metrological load. 多联机室外机在室内安装时的设计问题分析

Analysis of the specific features of loading of the elements of landing gears of aircrafts aimed at the evaluation of the load-bearing capacity of the structure

We propose a computational scheme of the aircraft nose landing gear and perform the analysis of weak sections in the landing-gear lever by the finite-element method. 方差分析在产品质量监督抽查合格率统计分析中的应用

本文采用方差分析方法对应用国家和地方各级监督抽查平均抽样合格率评价区域产品质量水平的的可信度进行了研究,并以江苏省为例进行实证分析,实证分析结果表明不能简单地认为某级监督抽查平均抽样合格率高的省辖市,其区域产品质量水平也相应较高。

Linearization of families of germs of hyperbolic vector fields

In this article, we develop some techniques to linearize families of smooth vector fields in a neighbourhood of a hyperbolic equilibrium point. In particular, we present the linearizing conjugacy in an explicit way and describe the smoothness of the conjugacy in terms of the eigenvalues of the vector fields.     

水线震荡对斜拉桥拉索风雨激振稳定性的作用

从理论和试验两个方面研究了水线震荡对斜拉桥拉索风雨激振稳定性的作用。建立了拉索和水线的运动方程，应用李雅普诺夫函数给出了水线不平衡角的判别公式。设计了一种新型的带有可运动人工水线的拉索模型，并进行了风洞试验。理论和试验结果表明，水线震荡是导致拉索风雨激振具有较大不稳定范围的主要原因。试验结果证明了理论模型和分析的结果是正确的。
