采用聚醚二元醇(PEG1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、阳离子扩链剂N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)、KH560等为主要原料,利用脱水剂乙酰氯对预聚物先进行除水,再通过预聚、扩链、中和、有机硅改性及乳化等工序,合成有机硅改性的阳离子WPU。通过改变合成工艺配方和条件,得到优化的水性聚氨酯合成工艺为:R值为2.0,65℃预聚2 h,80℃扩链1 h,阳离子扩链剂(MDEA)5%,冰乙酸(HAc)中和度为100%。KH560对WPU进行改性的最佳条件为:45℃处理1.5 h,有机硅改性剂6%。对改性前后的阳离子水性聚氨酯进行红外、耐水性、热重、粒径与电镜(SEM)等一系列表征,结果表明确实合成了WPU与改性WPU产品,且改性WPU的耐水性与固色性优于未改性WPU。  相似文献

以聚四氢呋喃二醇、聚己二酸丁二醇酯、端羟基硅烷和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯等为主要原料,以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸和磺酸型扩链剂为亲水扩链剂,采用自乳化和外乳化相结合的方法合成阴离子型高固含量水性聚氨酯乳液。考察了预聚时间、有机硅加量、乳化剂和扩链剂含量、R值(NCO/OH)等对乳液和成膜性能的影响。通过红外光谱、热重分析对改性前后水性聚氨酯结构进行表征。结果表明:预聚时间为2.0~2.5h,磺酸型扩链剂含量为0.27%,外乳化剂用量为1.6%,R=1.3,有机硅含量为2.5%时,能得到固含量53%、黏度低,稳定性、耐水性、耐热性优异的水性聚氨酯乳液。  相似文献

介绍了阳离子水性聚氨酯(WPU)固色剂的合成与应用。选用异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、亲水性扩链剂二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)和聚醚1000(PEG)为预聚单体,再用2,3-二溴丁二酸进行后扩链,用三乙胺(TEA)进行完全中和,去离子水乳化,得到阳离子水性聚氨酯固色剂。探讨R值[n(NCO)/n(OH)]、二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)、2,3-二溴丁二酸对阳离子水性聚氨酯乳液性能及固色性能的影响。结果表明:当R值为1.3、DMBA质量分数为4.5%(相对预聚体质量)、2,3-二溴丁二酸为6%(相对于预聚体质量)时,固色剂综合性能良好;应用于棉织物活性染料染色时固色效果良好,整理后织物的耐摩擦色牢度及耐皂洗色牢度均达到4级。  相似文献

采用聚醚三元醇310、聚醚二元醇PPG为软段原料,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段原料,2,2-双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水性扩链剂,利用—NH2与—NCO的反应性,在水性聚氨酯(WPU)预聚体上接入端烷氧基氨基硅油,加水乳化,制备出乳液稳定且乳胶膜耐水性较好的氨基硅油改性WPU共聚物乳液。通过测定WPU共聚物乳液的离心稳定性、黏度、粒径以及乳胶膜的接触角、吸水率等,得到优化的合成工艺:软段原料m(PPG)∶m(GE-310)为2∶1,预聚反应时间90 min,预聚反应温度85℃;氨基硅油改性WPU的最佳工艺为:R值2.4,DMPA质量分数8%,氨基硅油质量分数9%,氨基硅油改性温度20~30℃。  相似文献

以聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚丙二醇(PPG)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,乙二胺、二乙烯三胺为非亲水扩链剂,三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,采用预聚体分散法合成水性聚氨酯固色剂.通过单因素分析法,优化了配方:预聚反应温度65℃、反应时间2 h,n(PEG)∶n(PPG)=2∶1,n(异氰酸酯基)/n(羟基)=2.5,DMPA 3.3%(对预聚体质量),乙二胺与二乙烯三胺的混合物作为非亲水扩链剂.与常用的几种固色剂相比,染色棉织物经此水性聚氨酯乳液整理后,织物干摩擦牢度达到4~5级;湿摩擦牢度达到4级,提高了1~2级.  相似文献

以4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)等为主要原料合成了水性聚氨酯(WPU):n(-NCO)/n(-OH)=3.5,n(TMP)/n(聚酯)=0.1,w(DMPA)=1.8%,并对其乳液和胶膜进行分析与表征,讨论了扩链剂、交联剂和亲水扩链剂对胶膜的影响,研究表明,合成的水性聚氨酯结晶度高、强度高、耐水性好、粘接强度大.  相似文献

采用聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)作为聚氨酯预聚体软段原料,1,4-二羟基丙酸(BDO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)作为硬段原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)作为亲水性扩链剂合成聚氨酯预聚体,利用—NH2与—NCO的反应性接入三元嵌段硅油,制备有机硅共聚水性聚氨酯羊绒针织物抗起毛起球剂.以织物抗起毛起球性能及手感为评判标准,对DMPA用量、R值[n(—NCO)/n(—OH)]以及硅油用量进行了优化.结果表明:DMPA用量为3.5%(对单体总质量),R值=1.4,硅油用量为20%(对单体总质量)时,所合成的整理剂具有良好的离心稳定性,且经其处理的羊绒织物抗起毛起球性能及手感较好,与未经整理剂处理的织物相比约提高1~2级.  相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚醚二醇(PPG∶M_n=1000)为原料进行预聚反应,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,按不同配比合成了水性聚氨酯,并就DMPA用量、乙二胺(EDA)扩链方式对水性聚氨酯乳液的稳定性、粒径、及其材料的力学性能、吸水率等的影响进行了研究。结果表明:DMPA用量6%左右,EDA溶于水中进行边扩链、边乳化的方法制得了综合性能较好的水性聚氨酯。  相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚酯二元醇、三羟甲基丙烷和N-羟甲基二乙醇胺为主要原料合成阳离子型聚氨酯,再用阳离子型聚氨酯对双端氨基聚硅氧烷进行改性,得到阳离子型聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水剂。通过单因素实验优化后的合成工艺:R值[n(NCO)/n(OH)]1.8,三羟甲基丙烷2%(对异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和聚酯二元醇总质量),阳离子型聚氨酯与双端氨基聚硅氧烷质量比1∶9。在阳离子型聚氨酯改性有机硅拒水剂质量浓度为60 g/L,浴比为1∶20,160℃焙烘60 s的条件下,整理后的涤纶织物拒水性能为90分,接触角为124.6°,抗静水压为2.16 kPa,折皱回复角分别为209°(急弹)和225°(缓弹)。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
