本文提取了高粱糠中的游离酚、可溶性酯型酚、可溶性苷型酚、束缚型酯型酚和束缚型苷型酚,用高效液相色谱法测定其中15种酚类化合物的含量,并对抗氧化能力进行研究,其中包括DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基、O2-自由基清除率的测定,以及Fe3+还原力的测定实验等。实验结果表明:本实验研究的高粱糠的游离酚、可溶性酯型酚、可溶性苷型酚、束缚型酯型酚和束缚型苷型酚的含量分别为645.27、138.57、48.67、118.92、176.06 mg GAE/100 g DW;阿魏酸和水杨酸的含量较高,分别为39.04%和28.04%,3,4-二羟基苯甲酸的含量最低(0.09%);阿魏酸主要以束缚型的形式存在,可溶性酚中的异绿原酸的含量较高,而游离酚中水杨酸的含量最高;不同存在形态的酚类物质的抗氧化能力在不同的抗氧化体系中略有差异,总的来说,束缚型酯型酚、束缚型苷型酚、可溶性酯型酚的抗氧化能力较强,虽然游离酚含量最高,但其抗氧化能力较弱。  相似文献

以美藤果壳为原料,用70%乙醇提取得到美藤果壳酚类粗提物,研究大孔树脂纯化美藤果壳酚类物质的工艺条件,对AB-8、HPD300、NKA-9、D101、S-8、DM130 6种型号大孔树脂进行了筛选。结果表明:NKA-9型大孔树脂为纯化美藤果壳酚类物质最佳树脂;NKA-9型大孔树脂纯化美藤果壳酚类物质的最佳工艺条件为上样液质量浓度10 mg/m L、上样速度2.0 m L/min、以70%的乙醇溶液洗脱、洗脱速度1.0 m L/min、洗脱剂体积2.5 BV。在最佳工艺条件下纯化后的美藤果壳酚类物质的总酚含量为73.8%,对比于粗提物中的总酚含量33.2%,提高了1.2倍。  相似文献

比较6种大孔吸附树脂对红心萝卜花色苷的吸附解吸效果,研究AB-8型大孔树脂对红心萝卜花色苷的吸附与解吸条件。结果表明,AB-8型大孔树脂是纯化红心萝卜花色苷较适合的树脂类型;红心萝卜花色苷在AB-8型树脂上的吸附平衡时间4h,吸附最适温度20℃,花色苷溶液的最适吸附pH3.0,解吸时宜选用75%乙醇溶液。经纯化后的萝卜花色苷为紫黑色粉末,色价为47.8,是纯化前的12倍。  相似文献

比较8种大孔树脂对横山老黑豆酚类化合物的静态吸附和解吸特性,筛选出分离最佳的大孔树脂,分析静态吸附动力学曲线和最佳的乙醇解吸体积分数,优化不同的样品质量浓度和不同上样流速动态吸附工艺参数。HPLC方法确定8种酚酸含量以及5种异黄酮含量。结果表明,NKA-9大孔树脂的静态吸附和解吸对横山老黑豆酚类化合物的效果最好,静态吸附4 h可达到平衡,乙醇解吸体积分数为70%。动态吸附和解吸参数:样品上样质量质量浓度为1.96 mg/mL,上样流速为2.14 BV/h。HPLC分析和鉴定NKA-9大孔树脂分离纯化前后的横山老黑豆酚类物质种类没有变化,含量降低很少。横山老黑豆酚类物质中原儿茶酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、大豆苷和染料木苷含量较高。  相似文献

以蓝莓果渣为原料,利用大孔树脂分离纯化蓝莓果渣花色苷。对比了D101和AB-8两种不同极性的大孔树脂静态吸附和解吸效果。结果表明,AB-8型大孔树脂吸附率和解吸率分别为88.5%、64.7%;D101型大孔树脂吸附率和解吸率分别为86.7%、61.2%,AB-8型大孔树脂吸附率和解吸率均优于D101型大孔树脂,故选用AB-8型大孔树脂对蓝莓果渣进行纯化试验。AB-8型大孔树脂最佳吸附和解吸条件为吸附平衡时间4 h,解吸平衡时间4 h,花色苷溶液pH 3.0,解吸液pH 3.0,解吸液乙醇体积分数60%,上样质量浓度1 mg/mL,上样流速1 mL/min,洗脱流速1 mL/min。纯化后蓝莓果渣花色苷色价约为纯化前的3倍,糖和蛋白质等杂质大幅降低,纯度有了较大提高。  相似文献

比较了10种大孔树脂对蓝莓花色苷的吸附和解吸效果,研究了AB-8型大孔树脂对蓝莓花色苷的吸附与解吸条件.结果表明,AB-8型大孔树脂是纯化蓝莓花色苷效果较好的树脂;蓝莓花色苷在AB-8型树脂上的吸附平衡时间为4 h,解吸平衡时间为2 h,吸附的最适质量浓度为750 mg/L;30 ℃,pH 3.0时吸附能力比较强,解吸时宜选用体积分数60 %乙醇溶液.该工艺生产的花色苷产品为紫黑色粉末,色价为54.10,回收率为88.20 %.  相似文献

应用静态吸附和动态吸附法,比较了AB-8,D101,NKA-9,HP-20和X-5五种常见的大孔树脂吸附纯化高粱壳色素的能力,结果表明,AB-8大孔树脂对高粱壳色素的纯化效果较好。通过吸附试验与解吸试验,测得在试验条件下AB-8大孔树脂对高粱壳色素的最佳吸附纯化工艺为:供试液浓度0.15 mg/m L,pH 5,上样量为3 BV,洗脱液为30%乙醇,洗脱液用量4 BV,纯化后,色素纯度为80.90%。  相似文献

以树莓为原料,分别比较6种大孔树脂对花色苷的吸附和解吸性能,筛选出分离纯化树莓花色苷的最佳大孔树脂,在此基础上通过平衡吸附、等温吸附等方法,从动力学和热力学的角度探究大孔树脂对花色苷的吸附行为和吸附机制以及确定最佳的洗脱流速和洗脱剂浓度。研究结果表明:AB-8型大孔树脂最适合分离纯化树莓花色苷。AB-8型大孔树脂对花色苷的吸附可用准一级动力学模型描述,且吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。此外,花色苷等温吸附焓变(△H_0)和吉布斯自由能变(△G_0)均小于零,说明树脂对花色苷的吸附过程属于放热、单层物理吸附,吸附可自发进行。洗脱剂浓度和洗脱流速分别在60%和3.0 mL/min时,花色苷的回收率最佳。研究结果可为AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化树莓花色苷提供理论依据。  相似文献

目的:探究大孔吸附树脂富集纯化罗汉果茎叶中山奈苷的最佳工艺。方法:以废弃罗汉果茎叶为原料,采用高效液相测定山奈苷含量,以吸附率和解吸率为指标,采用静态吸附试验对5种大孔树脂进行筛选,优选出吸附解吸性能最佳的大孔树脂,并对纯化条件进行优化,确定最佳工艺参数。结果:AB-8型树脂对罗汉果茎叶中山奈苷有较好的吸附和解吸附效果,其工艺为:上样液质量浓度0.8019 mg/mL,吸附流速为2 BV/h,上柱量为13 BV,以5 BV 50%的乙醇洗脱,洗脱流速为2 BV/h,纯化后产品中山奈苷的纯度高达52.12%。结论:AB-8型树脂适合富集纯化罗汉果茎叶中山奈苷。  相似文献

对纯化高粱淀粉过程中所得到的淀粉共生天然色素进行了树脂分离纯化研究。得到了树脂分离高粱淀粉共生色素的吸附动力学结果,3种大孔吸附树脂HPD-600、AB-8、H103对高粱红的吸附为慢速平衡型。通过对树脂分离所得色素成分的红外光谱、紫外光谱、质谱分析得出,高粱籽粒淀粉共生色素与高粱壳中的高粱红主要成分是同样的物质,鉴定出所分离的主要成分之一为5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
