目的 建立高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱-同位素内标法测定乳粉中胆碱的含量。方法 奶粉样品用水溶解, 加入硫酸铜溶液(70 g/L)和氢氧化钠溶液(40 g/L)沉淀蛋白, 离心后过0.45 μm粒径的微孔膜, 经ZORBAX SB-Aq C18色谱柱, 以0.1%甲酸水和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱, 流速0.60 mL/min; 柱温箱温度30 ℃。质谱采用正离子模式分析, 同位素内标法定量。结果 该方法在0.5~10 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.9998。平均加标回收率为91.4%~99.7%, 相对标准偏差为1.0%~3.2%(n=5), 检出限为0.2 mg/100 g, 定量限为0.5 mg/100 g。结论 该方法预处理简单, 分析速度快, 检测成本低, 能满足奶粉中胆碱的检测要求。  相似文献

目的 建立测定维生素营养液中泛酸含量的同位素稀释-超高压液相色谱串联质谱法(ID-UHPLC-MS/MS)。方法 样品经高氯酸水溶液涡旋提取和除杂、超纯水稀释后,以HSS T3色谱柱和0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液-乙腈进行梯度洗脱分离,以串联质谱的多反应监测模式检测,内标法定量。结果 泛酸在5 ~1000 μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)为0.9998;方法检出限为0.02 mg/100 g,定量限为0.07 mg/100 g;3个添加水平的回收率为92.5%~103%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.3%~5.2%;日间相对标准偏差(n=3)为2.72%。结论 本方法操作简便、分析速度快、灵敏度高、重复性好,为维生素营养液中泛酸含量的定性定量分析提供了可靠的依据。  相似文献

建立测定配方奶粉中泛酸的超高效液相色谱-同位素稀释质谱方法。样品经乙酸铵溶液提取、三氯甲烷除 蛋白后,进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析,采用HSS T3液相色谱柱分离,以10 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲 酸)和乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,多反应监测模式,内标法定量。结果表明:方法定量限为0.040 mg/100 g,线 性范围内低、中、高3 个标准添加水平的回收率为96.9%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为3.78%~5.04%。该方法操作过 程简单、分析周期短、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于奶粉中泛酸的测定。  相似文献

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定特殊医学配方食品中色氨酸的分析方法。方法 样品加入4 mol/L的氢氧化锂溶液, 在110 ℃恒温干燥箱中碱解16 h, 用pH为4.5的乙酸钠缓冲溶液中和后, 经Inertsil@ ODS-SP (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm)分离, 以甲醇-0.1%乙酸溶液(95:5, V:V)为流动相等度洗脱, 流速1.0 mL/min, 柱温30 ℃, 进样量10 μL, 二极管阵列检测器277 nm波长采集数据, 外标法定量。结果 色氨酸在1~ 100 mg/L浓度范围内线性良好, 相关系数r为0.9999, 3个浓度水平的加标回收率在89.4%~98.2%之间, 相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.2%~3.7%, 精密度的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.1%, 方法检出限为20 μg/g, 定量限为65 μg/g。 结论 该方法操作简便, 灵敏度高, 具有良好的准确度和精密度, 适用于特殊医学配方食品中色氨酸的测定。  相似文献

目的 建立液相色谱-串联质谱法检测蜂蜜中氟苯尼考及其代谢物残留量的分析方法。方法 样品经氨化乙酸乙酯提取,通过DPC-2固相萃取柱净化,采用Poroshell 120 EC-C18柱分离,以10 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾正/负离子切换,多反应监测模式检测,同位素内标法定量。结果 氟苯尼考在0.2~30 μg/L时具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.05 μg/kg,回收率为85.5%~116.3%,相对标准偏差小于10%。氟苯尼考胺在1~30 μg/L时具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.3 μg/kg,回收率为85.6%~113.5%,相对标准偏差小于10%。结论 该方法快速、准确、灵敏, 适用于蜂蜜中氟苯尼考及其代谢物残留量的测定。  相似文献

目的 建立一种快速准确高效的方法检测特殊医学配方食品中泛酸的含量。 方法 试样中的泛酸, 用酸碱沉淀杂质, 水超声提取, 经Agilent Eclipse XDB-phenyl柱分离, 以甲醇和0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相, 梯度洗脱, 流速为0.4 mL/min, 柱温40 ℃, 采用液相色谱-质谱法检测。结果 泛酸在0.4~7.6 ?g/mL的浓度范围内, 线性关系良好, 相关系数r均大于0.99。平均回收率在90.79%~106.93%之间, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为6.3%, 且在6 h内含量保持稳定, 精密度的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.5%。结论 液质联用法能准确快速高效检测特殊医学配方食品中的泛酸含量, 能对特殊医学用途配方食品中泛酸的含量起到质量控制的目的。  相似文献

目的 建立QuECHERS-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测红枣中29种农药残留量。方法 样品用0.1%乙酸-乙腈溶液振荡提取, QuECHERS净化, 以waters BEH C18色谱柱分离, 在正离子模式下选用多反应监测模式进行检测, 外标法定量。结果 29种农药在0.005~0.2 mg/L线性关系良好, 相关系数大于0.995, 加标浓度为10、50、100 μg/kg时, 平均回收率为74.6%~109.1%, 相对标准偏差均<15%, 检出限为0.15~ 3.0 μg/kg。结论 该方法操作简便, 准确可靠, 稳定性强, 适用于红枣中29种农药残留量的快速测定。  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术同时测定配方奶粉中泛酸、生物素和氰钴胺素的方法。样品经水溶超声提取、三氯甲烷除蛋白后,进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析,采用HSS T3液相色谱柱分离,以10mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(含0.1%甲酸)和乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾-正离子电离源多反应监测模式进行定性和定量分析。结果表明:泛酸(VB5)的方法定量限为5μg/100g,生物素(VB7)为2μg/100g,氰钴胺素(VB12)为0.2μg/100g;回收率为79.4%~87.8%,相对标准偏差为3.3%~5.3%。泛酸的线性范围0.5~1000ng/m L,生物素为0.2~10ng/m L,氰钴胺素为0.02~10ng/m L。该方法分析操作简单、速度快、灵敏度高、重复性好,适用于配方奶粉中泛酸、生物素和氰钴胺素的同时测定。  相似文献

目的:建立高效液相色谱—串联质谱法快速测定保健食品中4种降血糖类药物(恩格列净、利格列汀、沙格列汀、阿格列汀)的方法。方法:样品经甲醇超声提取,用反相高效液相色谱分离,在多反应监测模式下测定,外标法定量。结果:沙格列汀和阿格列汀在2~100μg/L内线性关系良好,定量限为0.10 mg/kg;在0.1,0.2,1.0 mg/kg加标水平下,回收率为79.2%~113.0%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~8.4%;恩格列净和利格列汀在20~500μg/L内线性关系良好,定量限为1.00 mg/kg;在1.0,2.0,10.0 mg/kg加标水平下,回收率为77.5%~111.1%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~9.4%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于保健食品中4种降血糖类药物的确证与定量测定。  相似文献

A 9% whey protein (WP) isolate solution at pH 7.0 was heat-denatured at 80°C for 30 min. Size-exclusion HPLC showed that native WP formed soluble aggregates after heat-treatment. Additions of CaCl2 (10–40 mM), NaCl (50–400 mM) or glucono-delta-lactone (GDL, 0.4–2.0%, w/v) or hydrolysis by a protease from Bacillus licheniformis caused gelation of the denatured solution at 45°C. Textural parameters, hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness of the gels so formed changed markedly with concentration of added salts or pH by added GDL. Maximum gel hardness occurred at 200 mM NaCl or pH 4.7. Increasing CaCl2 concentration continuously increased gel hardness. Generally, GDL-induced gels were harder than salt-induced gels, and much harder than the protease-induced gel.  相似文献

The levels of bisphenol-F-diglycidyl ether (BFDGE) were quantified as part of a European survey on the migration of residues of epoxy resins into oil from canned fish. The contents of BFDGE in cans, lids and fish collected from all 15 Member States of the European Union and Switzerland were analysed in 382 samples. Cans and lids were separately extracted with acetonitrile. The extraction from fish was carried out with hexane followed by re-extraction with acetonitrile. The analysis was performed by reverse phase HPL C with fluorescence detection. BFDGE could be detected in 12% of the fish, 24% of the cans and 18% of the lids. Only 3% of the fish contained BFDGE in concentrations considerably above 1mg/kg. In addition to the presented data, a comparison was made with the levels of BADGE (bisphenol-A-diglycidyl ether)analysed in the same products in the context of a previous study.  相似文献

Microgels are ‘soft’ microscopic cross-linked polymeric particles that are being increasingly exploited in a variety of industries for rheology control, encapsulation and targeted delivery. They are valued because of the ability to tune their functionality to address specific applications in oil recovery, coatings, drug delivery, cosmetics, personal care and foods. Food microgels are typically biopolymer hydrogels in the form of microspheres, nanospheres (also called nanogels), spheroids and fibres. The utilisation of engineered microgels in foods has so far been limited, despite their great potential to address several needs in the food industry, including: satiety control, encapsulation of phytonutrients and prebiotics, texture control for healthier food formulations (e.g. reduced fat products), and targeting delivery to specific areas in the digestive tract. We review the scientific and patent literature on the utilisation and manufacturing methods for producing microgels with an emphasis on micro-hydrogels for food applications.  相似文献

Joubert and Burns prepared a large number of fractions from the high-sulphur proteins of wool and estimated their molecular weights and amino-acid compositions. Their data have been re-examined in order to look for statistically significant interrelations between amino acids and between the proportion of various amino acids and molecular weight. Statistical analysis of the data is also used to examine the credibility of some hypotheses concerning the mechanism of keratin biosynthesis and to provide further evidence for the existence of families of proteins within the high-sulphur fractions of wool.  相似文献

The European Commission's, Quality of Life Research Programme, Key Action 1—Health, Food & Nutrition is mission-oriented and aims, amongst other things, at providing a healthy, safe and high-quality food supply leading to reinforced consumer confidence in the safety of European food. Its objectives also include the enhancing of the competitiveness of the European food supply. Key Action 1 is currently supporting a number of different types of European collaborative projects in the area of risk analysis. The objectives of these projects range from the development and validation of prevention strategies including the reduction of consumers risks; development and validation of new modelling approaches; harmonization of risk assessment principles, methodologies, and terminology; standardization of methods and systems used for the safety evaluation of transgenic food; providing of tools for the evaluation of human viral contamination of shellfish and quality control; new methodologies for assessing the potential of unintended effects of genetically modified (genetically modified) foods; development of a risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium parvum related to the food and water industries; to the development of a communication platform for genetically modified organism, producers, retailers, regulatory authorities and consumer groups to improve safety assessment procedures, risk management strategies and risk communication; development and validation of new methods for safety testing of transgenic food; evaluation of the safety and efficacy of iron supplementation in pregnant women; evaluation of the potential cancer-preventing activity of pro- and pre-biotic ('synbiotic') combinations in human volunteers.
