玫瑰果营养成分分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
对从荷兰引种的玫瑰果的营养成分进行分析并对红(R.rugosa Rubra)、白(R.rugosa Alba)2个品种玫瑰果的营养成分进行比较。结果表明,红玫瑰果的营养价值高于白玫瑰果,其中,红玫瑰果肉中VC的含量高达711.9 mg/100 g;矿物元素含量丰富,特别是含有营养价值较高的硒;黄酮类物质和β-胡萝卜素含量也较高,分别为690.5 mg/100 g和19.86 mg/100 g。果籽中脂肪酸以不饱和脂肪酸为主,其中亚油酸和亚麻酸含量高达50.10%和29.77%。因此,玫瑰果具有较高的营养价值和保健作用,具有较大的开发潜力。 相似文献

采用藿香、玫瑰为原料,研制藿香玫瑰复合饮料。以感官得分作为评价指标,通过单因素与响应面优化试验确定藿香玫瑰复合饮料的最佳配方,分析其品质,并通过动物实验考察其抗运动疲劳活性。结果表明,藿香玫瑰复合饮料的最佳配方为:玫瑰与藿香提取液的体积比2.6:1、蔗糖用量4%、柠檬酸用量0.7%、羧甲基纤维素钠用量0.4%、黄原胶用量0.05%,感官得分92.2分,所得饮料呈红褐色,具有藿香与玫瑰的混合香味、酸甜适中、风味独特,且无明显沉淀物,多糖与黄酮含量分别为0.95%±0.01%、0.76%±0.02%。不同剂量的藿香玫瑰复合饮料可延长小鼠的爬杆时间,提高其肝、肌糖原含量,同时显著增强乳酸脱氢酶活力,降低运动后体内的乳酸含量。因此,藿香玫瑰复合饮料具有较好的抗运动疲劳活性。 相似文献

采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取,用气相- 色谱质谱联用法结合计算机谱图检索,对藿香挥发性化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果表明:藿香挥发油得率为0.37%,共鉴定出79 种化合物,占分离物质的98.04%;其主要成分为胡椒酚甲醚(47.60%)、D- 柠檬烯(5.91%)、丁香烯(6.59%)、丁香酚甲醚(1.87%)、β- 衣兰油烯(1.42%)。 相似文献

从煎饼自然发酵糊中,分离纯化出5个优势菌株,通过菌落和菌体形态观察、菌丝观察、子囊孢子观察、掷孢子形成试验、糖发酵试验、碳源和氮源同化试验、其他生理生化试验等对分离酵母菌进行鉴定,这5个菌株分别为酿酒酵母(Saccharom yces cerevisiae)、褶皱假丝酵母(Candidarugosa)、热带假丝酵母(Candidatropicalis)、发酵毕赤氏酵母(Pichiafermentans)、近平滑假丝酵母(Candidaparapsilosis)。以耐酸能力和糖化能力为指标,最终优选出酿酒酵母、褶皱假丝酵母、热带假丝酵母、发酵毕赤氏酵母为发酵煎饼适合的发酵菌株。 相似文献

对野生藿香中的多糖进行提取,利用苯酚硫酸法测定藿香中多糖的含量,设计正交实验探讨藿香多糖提取的最佳条件,对野生藿香粉末在Soxhelt提取器里用有机溶剂回流提取之后,再用质量分数为1.5%的碳酸钠溶液作为介质,在85℃时浸提30min,可使藿香中多糖的提取率达到极大值。利用纸色谱法分析藿香多糖的单糖组成,结果表明,藿香多糖中的单糖主要是葡萄糖和半乳糖,有少量的果糖和甘露糖。藿香多糖具有抗氧化活性,对Fenton反应产生的.OH具有明显地清除作用。 相似文献

Lipase-Assisted Concentration of n-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids from Viscera of Farmed Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar L.) 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
ABSTRACT: In fish processing, viscera are generally considered waste products and often discarded. Our research objective was to use Atlantic salmon ( Salmo salar L.) viscera as a source of fish oil and to increase its concentration of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by lipase-assisted hydrolysis. Lipids from fillets and viscera had similar fatty acid compositions. After the enzymatic hydrolysis, acylglycerols were isolated from free fatty acids, therefore increasing the concentrations of EPA and DHA in the acylglycerols. Among the 6 commercial lipases investigated, lipases from Pseudomonas cepacia and Candida rugosa were the most effective following incubation of viscera oil at 35 °C for 20 h. Salmon viscera were a good source for fish oil, and the concentration of DHA and EPA was doubled by using microbial lipases. 相似文献

Crude palm oil and crude palm olein were hydrolyzed with lipase from Candida rugosa to produce a free fatty acid (FFA) rich oil. The percentages of FFA produced and carotene degradation after the hydrolysis process were determined. The palm oil and hydrolyzed palm oil were subsequently subjected to column chromatography. Diaion HP-20 adsorbent was used for reverse phase column chromatography at 50C. Isopropanol or ethanol, and n-hexane were used as the first and second eluting solvents, respectively. The objective of hydrolyzing the palm oil was to produce more polar FFA-rich oil in order to enhance the nonpolar carotene bind to the nonpolar HP-20 adsorbent in the column chromatography process. Hydrolyzing palm oil with lipase from Candida rugosa gave 30- and 60-fold, respectively, of FFA in the crude palm oil and crude palm olein in 24 h at 50C. Approximately, 15.56 and 17.48% of carotene degraded in crude palm oil and crude palm olein, respectively. For column chromatography, using isopropanol or ethanol as the first eluting solvent, unhydrolyzed oil and hydrolyzed oil showed the carotene recovery infraction two (carotene-rich fraction) of about 36–37 and 90–96%, respectively. Effect of methanol and water contents on production of biodiesel fuel from plant oil catalyzed by various lipases in a solvent-free system 总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17
Methyl esters synthesized from plant oil and methanol by the methanolysis reaction are potentially important as a biodiesel fuel. The methanolysis of soybean oil by lipases from various microorganisms was investigated. Several of the lipases were found to catalyze methanolysis in a water-containing system without an organic solvent. The lipases from Candida rugosa, Pseudomonas cepacia, and Pseudomonas fluorescens displayed particularly high catalytic ability. The reaction rates of methanolysis catalyzed by the C. rugosa and P. fluorescens lipases decreased significantly when the water content was low, showing that water prevents the inactivation of these lipases by methanol. On the other hand, the methanolysis reaction rate catalyzed by the P. cepacia lipase remained high even under a low water content. In addition, the P. cepacia lipase gave high methyl ester contents in the reaction mixture up to 2 or 3 molar equivalents of methanol to oil, which is attributed to the P. cepacia lipase having substantial methanol resistance. For the same methanol content, the reaction rates of methanolysis catalyzed by the P. cepacia lipase increased with decreasing water content, and hence lipases strongly resistant to high methanol, such as that from P. cepacia, are desirable for use in methanolysis reaction processes. 相似文献

Lipase (Candida rugosa) was entrap-immobilized on cellulose acetate-titanium iso-propoxide gel fiber by the sol-gel method. The immobilized lipase was used for the direct synthesis of (S)-ibuprofen ester from racemic ibuprofen using propyl alcohol as an acyl acceptor in isooctane. The activity of the immobilized lipase was decreased to about 10-20% that of native lipase. However, the reaction was more enantioselective compared to that with native lipase. 采用体外研究方法比较新疆地产玫瑰、迷迭香、椒样薄荷和罗马甘菊4 种芳香植物精油的抗氧化活性。测定4 种精油对1,1- 二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力,同时用硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定4 种挥发油对脂质过氧化反应的抑制作用。结果表明:4 种精油均可清除DPPH 自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基,并可抑制卵黄不饱和脂肪酸过氧化,且清除各类自由基及抑制脂质过氧化作用与样品挥发油质量浓度正向相关。4 种精油抗氧化活性顺序为玫瑰>迷迭香>椒样薄荷>罗马甘菊。 相似文献
