有些电路要求电源极性不能接反,即单相三孔国标电源插座配线要求"地线在上,左零,右火",单相三孔美标电源插座配线要求"地线在下,左零,右火"。市场上的电源线品质参差不齐,电源插座及电源线的配线顺序都可能导致电源极性反接,用电器不能正常工作。为了避免电源极性反接,设计制作了一款便于生产现场作业员使用的电源检测仪,具有电压值确认、极性检测及接地状况确认的功能,在现场得到了广泛的应用,而且取得了良好的效果。 相似文献

智能安防机器人一般工作在无人干预的情况下,为了使机器人实现长期值守、完全自主智能的连续工作,机器人必须拥有安全、可靠的自动充电功能。该文研究了红外发射器和接收器的结构以及红外线发射接收的原理,对自动对接的硬件部分进行了分析与设计,利用红外线通信以及精密的自动对接算法实现了安防机器人自动充电时的精准对接,在不同距离、不同角度以及不同环境下对机器人的自动充电功能进行了实验,验证了利用红外线对接实现自动充电的可行性。 相似文献

Based on the design of a docking mechanism, this paper thoroughly investigates the space automatic docking of self-reconfiguration modular exploration robot system (RMERS). The method that leads robot to achieve space docking by using two-dimensional PSD is put forward innovatively for the median size robot system. At the same time, in order to enlarge the detecting extension and the precision of PSD and reduce its dependence on lighting signal, the PSD was remade by increasing the optical device over its light-sensitive surface. The emission board and LED light scheduling were designed according to docking arithmetic, and the operating principle of docking process was analyzed based on these. In nuclear power plants, there are many cables that perform safety-related functions. These cables should implement condition monitoring during the operation period in the NPP, in order to assess the remaining qualified life and extend the qualified life. In this study we focused on the indenting method, which can measure the hardness of the cable jacket. This method is selected because it is nondestructive and requires short testing time and small sized equipment. In order to address the problems of the existing indenting test equipment, we developed new indenting test equipment, which could automatically move on the surface of the object cable. The newly developed equipment is designed for a small-sized and lightweight robot using wireless communication in order to implement condition monitoring in a harsh environment or locations that are inaccessible to the tester. The developed wireless cable indenting robot is composed of three parts, mechanical and electrical hardware parts and remote-control part. In order to verify accuracy improvement of indenting test data, an indenting test for cable specimens using both existing indenting test equipment and wireless cable indenting robot was performed. Analysis of the indenting test results shows that the accuracy of the results obtained using the wireless cable indenting robot is improved remarkably. 相似文献

拉索的维护对于斜拉索桥长期的可靠性是至关重要的.为了改进拉索的维护手段,文中提出了一个针对拉索检测机器人控制系统的设计.机器人控制系统包括:运动控制系统、电源监测系统、拉索检测系统、无线通讯系统、主控制器系统及地面监控系统.基于该控制系统设计的拉索检测机器人被用于斜拉桥的拉索检测中.结果表明,该控制系统的设计能较好地实现机器人对斜拉桥拉索的检测. 相似文献

清窑机器人动态特性包含组成机器人的液压驱动系统和机械本体系统的动态特性.根据功率键合图的建模方法,按照清窑机器人液压系统的组成和工作原理以及机械系统的结构设计进行混合建模,并得到了机器人系统的功率键合图以及9阶非线性动力学方程组.在建立计算机仿真模型的基础上,通过分析与求解以及Simulink的计算机仿真,得出了机器人系统随负载、关节空间位置变化的加速度、速度和位移仿真曲线,并分析了液压驱动系统和机械系统动态特性对机器人系统动态特性的影响. 相似文献

An inverse dynamic model of a high-speed parallel robot is established based on the virtual work principle. With this dynamic model, a new evaluation method is proposed to measure the power consumption of the robot during pick-and-place tasks. The power vector is extended in this method and used to represent the collinear velocity and acceleration of the moving platform. Afterward, several dynamic performance indices, which are homogenous and possess obvious physical meanings, are proposed. These indices can evaluate the power input and output transmissibility of the robot in a workspace. The distributions of the power input and output transmissibility of the high-speed parallel robot are derived with these indices and clearly illustrated in atlases. Furtherly, a low-power-consumption workspace is selected for the robot. 相似文献
