为研究煤层软、硬分层吸附瓦斯性能差异性及其对瓦斯赋存的影响,分析了煤层内软分层的形成机理及结构特征,采集了我国多个煤与瓦斯突出矿井的煤样作为试验对象,应用高压容量法开展了软、硬分层煤样吸附瓦斯性能参数的对比试验,探讨了软煤、硬煤吸附性能的差异性。在此基础上,对煤层软、硬分层吸附瓦斯性能差异性与瓦斯赋存特征之间的关联进行了研究,结果表明:试验煤样软分层的极限吸附量均大于硬分层;随着瓦斯压力的增加,试验煤样软、硬分层瓦斯含量的差值逐渐增大,其曲线的变化特征与Langmuir方程类似,并且软、硬分层瓦斯含量数值的差异主要由吸附量差值构成;煤层软、硬分层吸附瓦斯性能的差异不仅对煤层原始瓦斯赋存特征有着显著的影响,同时还将影响煤巷掘进、瓦斯抽采过程中煤体内瓦斯流场的分布规律,需要根据煤层软、硬分层的组合特点,制订切实有效的瓦斯抽采技术方案。 相似文献

This study investigated the effects of moisture content (MC) on the physicochemical properties of extruded meat alternatives made from Maillard-reacted beef bone hydrolysate and plant proteins. Samples were extruded at 170 °C (maximum barrel temperature), at 3.6 kg h−1 (liquid feed rate) and at 1.8, 2.2, 2.6 and 3.0 kg h−1 (dry feed rates) to obtain MC of 60%MC, 56%MC, 52%MC and 49%MC, respectively. Meat alternatives at 52%MC showed the greatest degree of texturisation. However, meat alternatives at 49%MC were the closest in terms of both textural and microstructural properties to reference sample, boiled chicken breast. Results from protein solubility suggested that a large amount of aggregated proteins were associated with hydrogen bonds, while disulphide bonds were the main contributor in the formation of fibrous structure in meat alternatives. Results showed that the change in MC as process parameter played an important role in the formation of fibrous structure in extruded meat alternatives. 相似文献

CeNbO4+δ ceramics have attracted extensive research interest because of their unique mixed ion-electron transport characteristics and interesting structure-functional characteristics caused by the difference in oxygen ion content. Although the change of oxygen ion content brings rich redox properties, it also causes serious crystal transformation and abnormal electrical transport properties. In order to obtain stable structure and excellent electrical transport properties, the directional regulation of the oxygen ion content has been realized through introducing Al2O3 and high temperature aging. After 600 h of aging at 1073 K, the prepared composite ceramics not only obtain a stable structure without crystal transformation, but also show good negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor characteristics in the temperature range of 473 K–1273 K, in which the linear fitting maximum Pearson's r of the relationship between lnρ and 1000/T can reach 99.97%. The objective of this work was to identify the effects that milk phospholipids (PL) have on crystallization of anhydrous milk fat (AMF). Three mixtures were prepared by adding 0%, 0.01%, and 0.1% PL to AMF. Each mixture was crystallized for 90 min at 24, 26, and 28 °C. The solid fat content was measured as a function of time and fitted to the Avrami equation. Melting point, thermal behavior, viscoelastic properties, and crystal morphology were all measured at 90 min. All assays were repeated, as well as hardness, after being stored at 5 °C for 48 hours. Samples containing PL showed slower crystallization as concentration increased especially at higher temperatures (26 and 28 °C). The addition of PL caused a difference in crystal morphology resulting in visibly larger crystals at 90 min. The elasticity and hardness at 90 min were influenced by the addition of PL at 24 °C with lower values obtained in samples with PL compared to the AMF alone. No differences in hardness nor in elasticity was observed for samples crystallized at 26 and 28 °C. A decrease in melting enthalpy was observed in samples with PL indicating a reduction in crystallization at all temperatures, which was supported by crystal morphology. 相似文献

Content, evolution and diffusion characteristics of water and gases in fine-crystalline spinel MgAl2O4 were studied by kinetic thermodesoption mass spectrometry. Water is the main volatile component by quantity in the spinel structure. From the spinel crystals with an average size of 0.52 μm, water is released in vacuum in three temperature ranges: at 100–200 °C due to desorption from micropores, at 300–600 °C due to near-surface dehydroxylation and at 500–800 °C due to diffusion of water from the crystal bulk. The content of structural water, diffusively released from the crystals, is about 3000 ppm. The coefficients and activation energy of diffusion of water from spinel crystals in the range 500–700 °C were calculated. This allows us to estimate at any temperature the degassing time of the spinel with a certain degree of dispersion and ceramics made of it, and thereby promote the production of high-quality ceramics. 相似文献
