Both fine carbon/silica and pure silica powders can be obtained by carbonization and combustion of rice husk under non-isothermal conditions, and the products can be used for preparation of high-quality ceramic materials. Studies on the morphology, chemical and physical characteristics of products were carried out by N2-adsorptionmeter, SEM, XRD, FTIR, ICP-MS and EA. Results indicate that decreasing the heating rate increased the specific surface area, pore volume and pore diameter. At a heating rate of 5 °C/min, the specific surface areas of both the carbon/silica and pure silica powders were 261 and 235 m2/g, and the average pore diameters were 2.2 and 5.4 nm, respectively. The products obtained from various heating rates were all amorphous. Thermogravimetric analysis was employed to study the reaction characteristics during carbonization or combustion, indicating that decomposition process of rice husk could be divided into three temperature zones. This results of the study can also provide the important information on the recovery of biomass material from rice husk.  相似文献

A series of compounds La2Mo2−xWxO9 (x = 0-2) were synthesized using a freeze-dried precursor method at relatively low temperatures (673-823 K). These materials were characterised by thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), differential scanning calorimetric (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dilatometric measurements. Oxygen stoichiometry was evaluated by coulometric titration and thermogravimetric analysis at 873-1273 K. The ionic and electronic conductivities of these materials were analysed by impedance spectroscopy and a Hebb-Wagner ion-blocking method under moderately reducing conditions. The presence of W6+ leads to an increase of the stability range (about 10−16 Pa for La2Mo0.5W1.5O9 at 1073 K) and prevents oxygen loss and amorphisation. Within the stability range, the electronic conductivity increases gradually as the temperature increases and as the oxygen partial pressure reduces. This indicates that the electronic transport is mainly n-type as a result of the oxygen-content decreasing in the molybdate lattice. Further reduction of the oxygen partial pressure gave rise to the decomposition of La2Mo2−xWxO9, leading to the formation of new phases with molybdenum in lower oxidation states, which further enhances the electronic conductivity. The results of the coulometric titration and the thermogravimetric studies under a dry 5% H2/Ar flow suggest that tungsten doped lanthanum molybdate materials can be used as electrolyte only at low temperature and under moderate reducing conditions.  相似文献

PAN/SWNT composite fibers have been spun with 0, 5, and 10 wt% single wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). Tensile fracture surfaces of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers exhibited extensive fibrillation, while for PAN/SWNT composite fibers, tendency to fibrillate decreased with increasing SWNT content. The reinforcing effect of SWNTs on the oxidized polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber has been studied. At 10 wt% SWNTs, breaking strength, modulus, and strain to failure of the oxidized composite fiber increased by 100%, 160%, and 115%, respectively. Tensile fracture surfaces of thermally stabilized PAN and the PAN/SWNT fibers exhibited brittle behavior and well distributed SWNT ropes covered with the oxidized matrix can be observed in the tensile fracture surfaces of the fibers. No de-bonding has been observed between unoxidized or the oxidized PAN matrix and the nanotube ropes. Higher strain to failure of the oxidized composite fiber as compared to that of the oxidized control PAN fiber also suggests good adhesion/interaction between SWNT and the oxidized matrix. Thermal stresses generated on the composite fiber during the oxidation process were lower than those for the control fiber. The potential of PAN/SWNT composite fiber as the precursor material for the carbon fiber has been discussed.  相似文献

The evolution of structure, the changes of properties during the preoxidation, precarbonization, and carbonization of different polyacrylonitrile (PAN) precursors were firstly studied in detail by means of using high‐temperature differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to characterize with continuous heating from 25 to 1400°C. It was essential to study the thermal behavior of PAN precursors so that proper temperature was determined. Three precursors with different composition, P1: acrylonitrile/itaconic acid (AN/IA) = 98/2 (wt/wt); P2: acrylonitrile/acrylamide (AN/AM) = 98/2 (wt/wt); P3: acrylonitrile/ammonium salt of itaconic acid (AN/AIA) = 98/2 (wt/wt) were, respectively, selected in this study. Comparative results of the DSC curves showed that the heating history influenced greatly the heat quantities released and exothermic position at low temperature of DSC curve, but influenced slightly at higher temperature. Aromatic index, carbon yield (Wc) and weight loss (η) can be calculated. After adjusting the temperature in preoxidation and precarbonization and carbonization technology depending on high‐temperature DSC, the high performance carbon fibers were obtained that tensile strength is 3.56–4.16 GPa, modulus is 235–243 GPa. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Disordered carbon materials with high porosity were prepared through the pyrolysis of TiO2/poly(furfuryl alcohol) composites, obtained by the sol-gel method. The composites were prepared starting from titanium tetra-isopropoxide (TTIP) and furfuryl alcohol (FA) as precursors. Two different synthetic procedures for our composites were carried out, based on the addition of furfuryl alcohol (FA) before or after the TiO2 nanoparticles formation. Also, different TTIP/FA ratio was tested. The hybrid materials obtained by both synthetic routes were pyrolyzed, under argon flow, at 900 °C producing novel TiO2/carbon composites. All samples were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, DR-FTIR, Raman spectroscopy and TEM. Results indicated the effective FA polymerization on TiO2 (anatase) nanoparticles, and polymer conversion to disordered carbon after the pyrolysis, simultaneously with TiO2 anatase-rutile phase transition. The resulting TiO2/carbon composites were treated with HF solution aiming the oxide dissolution, yielding an extremely porous carbon material as insoluble fraction. The morphology of these porous carbon materials is strongly dependent on the synthetic route adopted for the composite precursor, varying from carbon foam to highly ordered hollow microspheres.  相似文献

(Z,Z)-6,9-cis-(3S,4R)-Epoxynonadecadiene9a and (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene have been identified as sex pheromone components in female ovipositor extracts and effluvia of the geometridBoarmia selenaria. The identification was based on relative retention times on gas chromatographic columns, GC-MS, chemical enantioselective syntheses, EAG, wind-tunnel behavioral experiments, and field tests. A single female ovipositor extract contained an average of 42 ng of (Z,Z)-6,9-cis-3,4-epoxynonadecadiene and 2 ng of (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene.EAG, wind-tunnel behavioral studies, and field tests demonstrated that maleB. selenaria exhibit preferential attraction for the (3S,4R)-enantiomer of (Z,Z)-6,9-cis-3,4-epoxynonadecadiene. Only in effluvia and ovipositor extracts of calling females was (Z,Z)-6,9-cis- 3,4-epoxynonadecadiene detected, whereas relatively high amounts of (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene were found in noncalling females. Wind-tunnel behavioral studies showed that (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene did not elicit any response in the males, and when tested in combination with a mixture of monoepoxynonadecadienes, (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene decreased the observed behavioral responses. A possible precursor role for (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-nonadecatriene in the pheromonal system is discussed.  相似文献

研究了衣康酸和丙烯腈共聚时NH3的加入对聚合反应速率的影响 ,并借助DSC和TG等测试方法分析了氨化处理对聚丙烯腈原丝热性能的影响。结果表明 :单体浓度最好控制在 2 2 %左右 ,IA氨化改性后 ,与AN的共聚反应速率提高 ,纺丝液和原丝的亲水性能明显增加 ,NH3改性条件下原丝的热性能与改性前相差不大 ,尚不足以形成双峰  相似文献

针对高性能纤维聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑(PBO)现有制备方法单体合成困难、聚合工艺复杂及纺丝难度大等问题,采用高温热处理方法制备PBO. 合成4,6-二异丙氧基-1,3-二氨基苯作为单体,将其与对苯二甲酰氯缩聚制得PBO前驱体-异丙氧基官能化聚芳酰胺;该前驱体通过静电纺丝制成纳米纤维薄膜,并在350 ℃与氩气气氛等条件下,通过热处理成功实现了前驱体主链的分子内环化、制得目标PBO,制备出的PBO具有高达562 ℃的热降解温度。该方法摆脱了对传统易氧化4,6-二氨基-间苯二酚单体的依赖,显著降低了聚合和成型难度,丰富了PBO的制备方法学。  相似文献

以能利用木糖发酵产谷胱甘肽(GSH)的热带假丝酵母突变株CV26为实验菌株,分别研究了添加L-半胱氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸3种前体氨基酸对CV26产GSH的影响。在单因素实验基础上,对3种前体氨基酸的添加进行了正交实验,结果表明:在GSH发酵的12h添加6mmol/L的甘氨酸和2mmol/L的谷氨酸,24h添加3mmol/L的L-半胱氨酸,GSH的产量和胞内含量都有较大的提高,分别达到149.28mg/L和20.43mg/g,比对照组分别提高了51.5%和57.8%。  相似文献
