一种大量元素水溶肥料的制备及其在玉米上的喷施效果

根据玉米需肥特性设计氮磷钾比例,制备了含中微量元素的大量元素水溶肥料,产品氮、磷、钾比例为2∶1∶4,属于高钾中氮低磷型.在河北省安平县前子文村和浙江省新昌县孟家塘村玉米上开展了叶面喷施试验.结果表明:玉米生物学性能得到改善,玉米产量、出籽率、百粒重与容重得到提高;与空白对照相比,平均增产率为5.45％,平均纯增收896.40元/公顷,平均产投比为5.43∶1.     

Ratiometric Detection of Glutathione Based on Disulfide Linkage Rupture between a FRET Coumarin Donor and a Rhodamine Acceptor

Abnormal levels of glutathione, a cellular antioxidant, can lead to a variety of diseases. We have constructed a near-infrared ratiometric fluorescent probe to detect glutathione concentrations in biological samples. The probe consists of a coumarin donor, which is connected through a disulfide-tethered linker to a rhodamine acceptor. Under the excitation of the coumarin donor at 405 nm, the probe shows weak visible fluorescence of the coumarin donor at 470 nm and strong near-infrared fluorescence of the rhodamine acceptor at 652 nm due to efficient Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) from the donor to the acceptor. Glutathione breaks the disulfide bond through reduction, which results in a dramatic increase in coumarin fluorescence and a corresponding decrease in rhodamine fluorescence. The probe possesses excellent cell permeability, biocompatibility, and good ratiometric fluorescence responses to glutathione and cysteine with a self-calibration capability. The probe was utilized to ratiometrically visualize glutathione concentration alterations in HeLa cells and Drosophila melanogaster larvae.     

基于数据融合与迁移学习的学生表情识别研究

学生表情逐渐成为感知学生状态的重要途径,因此准确的识别学生表情因具有重要价值而受到广泛的关注.本文针对学生表情识别这一问题,提出基于数据融合与迁移学习的识别模型,该模型融合3个数据集,以解决学生表情数据缺乏与多样性问题,同时引入迁移学习来提升预测精度.在数据集及实际学生表情图像上的实验结果表明,本文提出的模型可以准确识别学生表情,提升了预测精度.     

用COMSOL实现圆波导中电磁波的可视化

为了直观描述金属圆波导中电磁场复杂的空间分布,本文用Comsol软件对金属圆波导中的TE11模、TE01模、和TM01模的电磁场结构进行动态仿真.将电磁场中的抽象概念形象化、可视化,使学生看清电磁场分布的宏观概况和细节变化,开拓了视野,同时加深了学生对电磁波传播特性的理解.     

国内外主要粟类作物的种植、研究及产业化概况（网络首发、推荐阅读）

粟类作物是一类籽粒小、抗旱、耐贫瘠的一年生作物的统称，多种植和消费在亚洲和非洲的发展中国家，我国栽培面积比较大的是谷子和糜子。与种植和消费情况不同，亚洲、欧洲和美洲相对发达国家的政府更重视粟类作物的科学研究及其科研投入。我国国家自然科学基金资助发表的粟类研究论文居世界之首，欧洲委员会、英国研究与创新署、美国国家科学基金会资助的粟类研究论文数量排名紧跟其后。梳理了近5年发表的粟类科研论文，印度最多，其次是我国和美国。基于粟类作物富含膳食纤维、蛋白质、矿物质、多酚等，其具有多方面的健康功效，因此粟类的食品科学技术和植物科学成为最热的研究领域。最后阐述了国内外传统的和工业化的粟类产品情况。     

大木作术语的物外之意——以四川穿斗民居为例

对四川穿斗民居的田野调查发现,工匠使用的术语存在一物多名、多物同名、异物类名等现象.在梳理田野调查、已有文献大木作术语的基础上,通过设计和施工阶段术语的不同作用,分析具体营造中工匠的思维与意识.同时从术语的角度,就穿斗结构以及术语的重名、异名现象提出新的认识.     

Numerical study on the loss of fast ions produced by minority ion cyclotron resonance heating in EAST

The classical prompt loss of fast ions produced by minority ion cyclotron resonance heating(ICRH)is studied by a guiding center orbit following code in the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak(EAST).It is found that the loss of fast ions produced by ICRH mainly appears in both ends of the resonance layer,while the loss of fast ions in the middle resonance layer is very small.The dominant fast loss comes from trapped ions,rather than from passing ions.Controlling the location of resonance layer at the plasma core may be more beneficial to the EAST tokamak ICRH.In addition,the loss distribution of fast ions is studied.The results show that the fast ions are mainly lost near the midplane in the poloidal direction,but almost uniformly in the toroidal direction.Moreover,we investigate the dependence of fast ion loss on the ICRH power.The simulation results show that the loss fraction of fast ions in both ends of the resonance region increases with the ion cyclotron range of frequencies(ICRF)power,but barely affects the loss of fast ions in the middle region.     

机载远程探测用高能量双波长激光器研究

激光器是机载远程光电探测系统的重要组成部分,其性能直接决定系统应用效果.首先从激光测距方程出发,分析不同探测体制以及双波长探测需求;然后针对半导体泵浦固体激光器进行研究,并对不同双波长实现方式进行了分析;最后通过试验验证,实现了高能量双波长激光输出.试验结果表明:通过主动电光调Q技术和LD侧面泵浦共腔谐振技术,可以实现高重频窄脉宽1.064μm和1.57μm双波长激光输出.
