摘要:为了进一步提高冷轧双相钢DP980的强塑性,采用低C-Si-Mn-Nb-Cr成分,通过调整连续退火工艺参数,系统研究了工艺组织性能的关系,利用OM、SEM、EBSD分析了不同退火温度条件下各相的比例、尺寸、形貌、分布,同时利用力学拉伸试验手段研究了连退两相区退火温度对强塑性的影响。结果表明,通过优化调整连续退火工艺,不仅可以在冷轧铁素体和马氏体双相钢的组织上获得少量的残余奥氏体,也能细化再结晶晶粒,最终获得ReL/Rm≤0.5、高伸长率A50≥15%的冷轧DP980,提高强塑性的同时改善了成型性能。 相似文献

In this study, as alternative methods to conventional production methods involving thin section copper permanent mould casting (fast solidification) and water atomization (rapid solidification) of AISI DC 53 cold work tool steel have been investigated. Thin slabs obtained by copper mould casting was homogenized at 1150 °C for one hour and then hot rolling was be applied. After hot rolling, conventional heat treatment have been applied to thin slabs. The same heat treatment procedure have been performed for a commercially available AISI DC 53 which is manufactured by thick section ingot casting and rolling. In order to investigate also the effect of rapid solidification on AISI DC 53 tool steel, steel powder was produced by water atomization technique. Experiments have revealed that thin steel slabs in permanent copper mould and rapidly solidified tool steel powder by water atomization have a more refined primary M7C3 carbides than commercially available steel. 相似文献

研究了V以及BAT工艺、BQ&P工艺、DBAT工艺对中高碳(~0.6wt% C)纳米贝氏体钢等温转变过程中奥氏体碳富集的影响。为了分析不同热处理工艺时的组织转变,采用DIL805L型膨胀仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)测量并计算残留奥氏体含量及其中碳含量,利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了等温转变过程中试验钢显微组织形貌,并统计M/A岛含量及尺寸。结果表明:V对贝氏体转变有抑制作用,使残留奥氏体中碳富集速率变慢;3种热处理工艺下碳富集速率不同,BQ&P工艺和DBAT工艺的碳富集速率均大于BAT工艺,可利用BQ&P、DBAT工艺弥补合金元素V推迟相变的影响。 相似文献

Simple closed-form expression of the generalised temperature integral in the basic equation to describe kinetic reactions for solid materials in linear heating process is always suitable for use in determining parameters. Many developed solutions only can give high accuracies on the general conditions. A new analytical approximate solution was deduced in this work. The deviations of this solution from the true value are fully analysed. This solution takes advantage in broader application conditions than other known solutions. The application of the new analytical approximate solution in austenite kinetic reaction in this work reinforces that austenite reaction rate is feasible to be given a priori. 相似文献

In this article, the nondestructive eddy current (EC) method was used for microstructural evaluation of Ni-hard4 cast iron (NiHCI). Different destabilizing heat treatments were used to produce different microstructures and hardness. The microstructural analysis and hardness measurement were done for conventional characterization of the reference blocks. Then, the EC techniques were applied to evaluate the hardness and microstructural changes by the detection of EC parameters at different frequencies. Metallurgical investigations showed that increasing the destabilizing soaking time and temperature decreases the amount of retained austenite in NiHCIs. The nondestructive evaluation method (NDT) revealed that it can be good correlated between retained austenite amount and hardness with EC parameters. This shows that the EC technique can detect NiHCIs products according to the metallurgical characterization with good accuracy. 相似文献

Based on the phase transformation theories, especially the T0 concept of bainite transformation, alloy optimisation of bainitic steel with carbides has been carried out aiming at the produce of plastic mould with large cross-section. The effect of manganese and silicon on proeutectoid ferrite and bainite transformation is explored by dilatometric analysis, XRD and different microscopy techniques. The results show that after the alloy optimisation, the transformation of proeutectoid ferrite is suppressed and when the cooling rate is lower than 0·1°C?s??1, the new lower bainite transformation appears by decreasing carbon capacity of austenite and promoting carbide precipitation. Industrial production proves that the optimised alloy SDP1 can meet the demand for the plastic mould with the thickness of 1050?mm. 相似文献
