The problem of stabilizing a class of uncertain time-delay systems via memoryless linear feedback is examined. The systems under consideration are linear systems with time-varying state delays. They also contain uncertain parameters (possibly time-varying) whose values are known only to within a prescribed compact bounding set. The main contribution given is to enlarge the class of time-delay systems for which one can construct a stabilizing memoryless linear feedback controller. Within this framework, a novel notion of robust memoryless stabilizability is first introduced via the method of Lyapunov functionals. Then a sufficient condition for the stabilizability is proposed. It is shown that solvability of a parameterized Riccati equation can be used to determine whether the time-delay system satisfies the sufficient condition. If there exists a positive definite symmetric solution satisfying the Riccati equation, a suitable memoryless linear feedback law can be derived  相似文献

A technique to design stabilizing state feedback controllers is presented for a class of linear discrete-time systems subject to possibly time-varying uncertainties that affect the system and input matrices. The controller design procedure is based on the solution of one of three modified algebraic Riccati matrix equations. Stability considerations rely on the second method of Lyapunov. To evaluate the system's performance degradation due to uncertainly, an upper bound (guaranteed cost) is derived for the cost of the controlled uncertain system with respect to a designer-chosen quadratic cost function. This paper develops a method for designing a feedback control law to stabilize a class of uncertain linear systems. The class of systems under consideration is described by a continuous-time model with variable-state delay and depends on time-varying unknown-but-bounded uncertain parameters. It is shown that the construction of the stabilizing controller involves solving a certain algebraic Riccati equation. Several previous results are derived as interesting special cases. This paper presents a new method to synthesize a decentralized state feedback robust H controller for a class of large‐scale linear uncertain systems satisfying integral quadratic constraints. The decentralized controller is constructed by taking only block‐diagonal elements of a nondecentralized state feedback controller and treating neglected off‐diagonal blocks as uncertainties. A solution to this controller synthesis problem is given in terms of a stabilizing solution to a parametrized algebraic Riccati equation where the parameters are obtained using a differential evolution algorithm.Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

研究一类时延不确定离散时间系统的鲁棒跟踪控制问题.基于线性矩阵不等式(LMI)的控制方法,设计无记忆反馈控制器,构造了适用于时延不确定离散时间系统的Lyapunov函数.通过求解一个LMI便可得到控制器的增益矩阵,从而使系统的状态变量渐近跟踪预先设定的轨迹.仿真示例说明所提出的鲁棒跟踪控制算法是有效的.  相似文献

This paper presents an algorithm for the stabilization of a class of uncertain linear systems. The uncertain systems under consideration are described by state equations which depend on time-varying unknown-but-bounded uncertain parameters. The construction of the stabilizing controller involves solving a certain algebraic Riccati equation. Furthermore, the solution to this Riccati equation defines a quadratic Lyapunov function which is used to establish the stability of the closed-loop system. This leads to a notion of ‘quadratic stabilizability’. It is shown that the stabilization procedure will succeed if and only if the given uncertain linear system is quadratically stabilizable.The paper also deals with a notion of ‘overbounding’ for uncertain linear systems. This procedure enables the stabilization algorithm to be applied to a larger class of uncertain linear systems. Also included in the paper are results which indicate the degree of conservativeness introduced by this overbounding process.  相似文献

In this paper, the simultaneous stabilization problem is considered using the matrix inequality approach. Some necessary and sufficient conditions for simultaneous stabilizability of strictly proper multi-input/multi-output (MIMO) plants via static output feedback and state feedback are obtained in the form of coupled algebraic Riccati inequalities. It is shown that any such stabilizing feedback gain is the solution of some coupled linear quadratic control problems where every cost functional has a suitable cross term. A heuristic iterative algorithm based on the linear matrix inequality technique is presented to solve the coupled matrix inequalities. The effectiveness of the approach is illustrated by numerical examples  相似文献
