提出了利用计算机视觉技术构建食品物流监控体系运行模式,并应用于食品生产、加工、储存、运输、销售的全过程。该体系能够使食品行业彻底实施食品的源头追踪,它具有在食品供应链中提供完全透明度的能力。调查发现该方法能够实时监控食品的运输过程,在很大程度上提高了食品的安全性。通过食品物流监控体系的建立,可以有效地对食品物流进行全程监控,并对食品从生产到销售过程中出现的质量问题进行实时处理,减少以至避免对消费者的伤害。  相似文献

  食品在常温下久放会腐败变质,无法食用。据调查数据显示,温度每升高6℃,食品中菌落总数便会增加一倍,食品的货架期随之减半。因此,温度控制就成为食品安全的关键因素。食品到达消费者之前对其进行温度控制就是冷链物流,它相当于消费者家里的冰箱。冷链物流,是指冷藏冷冻类食品在储存、运输等环节中始终处于规定的低温环境下,以保证食品质量的一项系统工程,称为低温物流。  相似文献

At present, the food and food packaging industry is increasingly confronted with and gently forced by consumers and governmental organizations to resolve issues related to food fraud, counterfeit, theft, food quality and safety, and package reuse and recycling. This requires the development and/or integration of new or existing technologies such as intelligent food packages or wireless sensor networks to improve monitoring capabilities during logistics and sales and consumption, allow interaction with consumers, and improve the reuse or recycling of food packages. In this review paper, an extensive overview is provided of computer systems that are used in the logistics and post-logistics phase of a food package’s life cycle and that to a certain extent integrate the aforementioned technologies. These systems offer the perspective to improve the efficiency of logistics operations on food packages to reduce food loss, better inform consumers through food packages, and support package reuse and recycling. The main purpose of this review paper is to encourage the academia and engineers to tackle existing research challenges and resolve technical issues related to the development of new integrated computer systems.  相似文献

The military tactical logistics planning problem addresses the issue of distributing heterogeneous commodities (e.g., food, medical supplies, construction material, ammunition, etc.) to forward operating bases in a theatre of operations using a combination of heterogeneous transportation assets such as logistics trucks and tactical helicopters. Minimizing the logistics operating cost while satisfying the operational demands under time and security constraints is of high importance for the Canadian Armed Forces. In this study, a logistics planning model is developed to explore the trade-offs between the effectiveness and efficiency in military tactical logistics distribution. A mathematical optimization algorithm based on Column-and-Cut generation techniques is developed to find the fleet mix and size of transportation assets to meet different Quality-of-Support (QoS) parameters.  相似文献

Traditional design and production methods for food packages become less and less suitable to rapidly respond to ever-changing requirements and regulations. Computer systems applied in discrete manufacturing (ranging from computer-aided-technologies to image analysis systems) are now also specifically developed for and gradually adopted by the food package industry to improve efficiency in terms of material usage, operational costs, and food loss, and to allow the development of more performant and sustainable food packages. In this paper, an extensive overview is provided of such systems that, when combined, offer the perspective to realize a more holistic research, design and production approach that fits within the spirit of the fourth industrial revolution. Special attention is given to the importance of information from and knowledge about the logistics and post-logistics phase of a food package's life cycle in the manufacturing process. The main purpose of this review paper is to provide, for the first time, a complete and coherent overview of the digitization of a food package's life cycle that can be used as a blueprint for future research, development and discussion in this emerging research topic.  相似文献

针对生鲜产品闭环物流网络中存在的经济成本高、碳排放量大、社会效益重视不足等问题,综合考虑退货量的不确定性,以经济成本最小、碳排放最小、社会效益最大为目标,建立了不确定条件下的生鲜多目标闭环物流网络模型。首先,利用改进的遗传算法(GA)求解该模型;然后,结合上海某生鲜企业运营管理数据,验证了模型的可行性;最后,将改进的GA的结果与粒子群优化(PSO)算法的结果对比,验证了算法的有效性,凸显了改进的GA在求解多目标的复杂约束问题时的优越性。算例结果表明,多目标优化满意度达到0.92,高于单目标优化满意度,展示了所提模型的有效性。  相似文献

补给中心是兵棋中后勤补给的关键,合理地为补给中心选址影响着整个兵棋推演效果。基于兵棋的概念,针对计算机兵棋中后勤补给的特点,应用层次分析法分析了补给中心选址的影响因素,列出了补给中心选址原则。针对兵棋中后勤补给特点和补给中心选址影响因素,结合补给中心选址原则,建立了补给中心的优化选址模型,并应用遗传算法进行模型求解。应用实例通过MATLAB进行仿真计算,结果表明,证实方法能得到良好的选址方案,为兵棋推演和计算机生成兵力(CGF)仿真提供参考。  相似文献

By implementing the Internet of things, the cold chain items are tracked in real time, and the data is tracked and realized through the GPS system. WSM is realized by integrating wireless controller FPGA of Xilinx software. For items that pass through the button position, the scaling effect under integer optimization and the overall economic benefits of transportation still maximize trunk transportation evidence. Cold chain logistics in the network design of transportation decision-makers provide a specific reference. It is believed to be based on the proposed Predictive Data Transfer Technology (PDTT) framework and an optimized IoT data model. An Internet of Things analysis framework for assessing overall performance. Simulation results confirm the performance of this method. Also, freezing temperature monitoring and regular remote tracking of freight container locations are needed to prevent food from being transported under cold chain logistics. Therefore, the access point (coordination) of GPS and 5G communication systems and wireless sensor network integration is extensive, developed in our project. The proposed WSM is implemented by integrating mainly a wireless microcontroller FPGA based on Xilinx software.  相似文献
