为了建立一种准确性高、成本低的植物油中苯并(a)芘测定的样品前处理方法,基于GB 5009.7—2016以自制氧化铝柱为固相萃取柱,采用单因素试验对称样量、洗脱剂量、洗脱流速、吸附剂存放时间、吸附剂量这5个影响植物油中苯并(a)芘洗脱的因素进行研究,优化前处理条件,并对测定方法进行考察。结果表明:优化的前处理条件为称样量0.100 0 g、洗脱剂量120 mL、吸附剂(氧化铝)量22 g、洗脱流速1滴/2 s、吸附剂存放时间少于12周;方法检出限为0.2 μg/L,样品加标回收率为94.23%~100.00%,RSD为1.20%~7.36%;同一样品测定结果与SGS测定值接近,相对平均偏差为2.36%~3.50%。说明本试验方法测定结果准确,可应用于油脂企业植物油中痕量苯并(a)芘的测定。  相似文献

Recently discovered endogenous mammalian lipids, fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acids (FAHFAs), have been proved to have anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetic effects. Due to their extremely low abundancies in vivo, forging a feasible scenario for FAHFA synthesis is critical for their use in uncovering biological mechanisms or in clinical trials. Here, we showcase a fully enzymatic approach, a novel in vitro bi-enzymatic cascade system, enabling an effective conversion of nature-abundant fatty acids into FAHFAs. Two hydratases from Lactobacillus acidophilus were used for converting unsaturated fatty acids to various enantiomeric hydroxy fatty acids, followed by esterification with another fatty acid catalyzed by Candida antarctica lipase A (CALA). Various FAHFAs were synthesized in a semi-preparative scale using this bi-enzymatic approach in a one-pot two-step operation mode. In all, we demonstrate that the hydratase-CALA system offers a promising route for the synthesis of optically pure structure-diverse FAHFAs.  相似文献

As a critical topological phase transition material, SrFeOx could play an essential role in the field of resistive memory. How to implement resistance-switching more softly and ensure the stability of materials has always been a relevant research hotspot. Regulating the oxygen environment during the deposition process of the films can effectively control the stoichiometry of the functional layer and then improve the resistance-switching characteristics of the device. In this paper, a SrFeOx hetero-film was prepared by oxygen pretreatment on the SrRuO3 surface before SrFeOx deposition, and the as-assembled micrometer-scale device exhibits a low set operating voltage of 0.6 V and favorable cycling characteristics. The SrFeOx hetero-film reveals a vertical brownmillerite superlattice-like structure with ~20 nm perovskite buffer layer, which benefits the connection and rupture of conductive filament. Additionally, XPS and UV–vis were used to analyze the bonding energy and band gap of SrFeOx hetero-film, and offers the experimental basis for the explanation of the conductive mechanism. Therefore, the device based on SrFeOx hetero-film with low operation voltage provides a reference for low power consumption research on topological phase transition material.  相似文献

Wuliangye is one of the most famous brands of baijiu in China. The typical flavours of Wuliangye baijiu are mainly formed by the multifarious enzymes in fermentation starter (Baobaoqu, BBQ). As the enzymes remained poorly understood, the detailed enzymatic composition of BBQ was analysed by metaproteomics for the first time. It is worth noting that the enzymes from plant, animals and micro-organisms were detected together and oxidoreductases were the dominant enzymes. Next, the analysis of function showed that the enzymes were mainly involved in carbon metabolism and the biosynthesis of amino acids. Additionally, the relationship between differential abundant enzymes and formation of typical flavour substances in premium and normal BBQ was established. Furthermore, the activities of classic enzymes in BBQ were examined to verify the reliability of metaproteomic results. This study will provide clues to further improve the manufacturing technology for Wuliangye baijiu.  相似文献

Effects of thermal (boiling, steaming and autoclaving), microwave and ultrasonication pretreatments on the production of sweet potato protein hydrolysates (SPPH) through in vitro gastrointestinal digestion (GID) were investigated. All pretreatments significantly increased the degree of hydrolysis (DH), antioxidant activities and molecular weight (MW) <3 kDa peptide fractions contents of SPPH in the order of autoclaving > microwave, steaming > boiling > ultrasonication (< 0.05). Correlation analysis between peptides content and antioxidant activity suggested that antioxidant activity of SPPH mainly attributed to MW <3 kDa peptides. Diverse peptides ranged from 487.24 to 1477.74 Da with 7–13 amino acids were identified in the MW <3 kDa peptides fraction with autoclaving pretreatment and matched sporamins A, A precursor and B sequences from LC–QTOF–MS/MS analysis. Conformational structures of nine peptides were predicted with well-known antioxidant amino acids. There is a high potential for SPPH used as a functional supplement in food system.  相似文献

该研究采用灰化预处理+离子色谱-电导法检测酱油中食盐的含量,并与莫尔法、电位滴定法进行比较。结果表明,莫尔法存在滴定过量问题,电位滴定法对温度等外界环境条件和仪器操作要求苛刻,而离子色谱-电导法具有操作简便快速并具有较好的准确度和精密度。实验结果表明,氯化钠含量处于11.56~11.61 g/100 mL之间,回收率实验结果为96.00%~102.10%,相对标准偏差为0.089%。干扰实验对结果无明显影响,且能同时测定多种离子,可用于成品酱油中氯化钠含量的检验。  相似文献

为提高鲟鱼肝脏的加工附加值,使用碱性蛋白酶,以水解度为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过Plackett-Burman试验、响应面分析法优化鲟鱼肝蛋白酶解条件。在此条件下,进一步探究了酶解液对双歧杆菌的促生长效果。结果表明,最优酶解条件为碱性蛋白酶添加量10 540 U/g鱼肝蛋白、体系初始pH值10.0、酶解时间8.6 h、酶解温度45 ℃、料液比1∶10(g∶mL),此条件下水解度(81.7%)是优化前(40.4%)的1.02倍。鲟鱼肝蛋白酶解液对青春双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、动物双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌和婴儿双歧杆菌6种均具有显著的促生长效果。研究结果为鲟鱼加工副产物利用提供了新途径,同时也为双歧杆菌促生长因子的研发提供新思路。  相似文献

Glycopolymers have attracted increased attention as functional polymeric materials, and simple methods for synthesizing glycopolymers remain needed. This paper reports the aqueous one-pot and chemoenzymatic synthesis of four types of glycopolymers via two reactions: the β-galactosidase-catalyzed glycomonomer synthesis using 4,6-dimetoxy triazinyl β-D-galactopyranoside and hydroxy group-containing (meth)acrylamide and (meth)acrylate derivatives as the activated glycosyl donor substrate and as the glycomonomer precursors, respectively, followed by radical copolymerization of the resulting glycomonomer and excess glycomonomer precursor without isolating the glycomonomers. The resulting glycopolymers bearing galactose moieties exhibited specific and strong interactions with the lectin peanut agglutinin as glycoclusters.  相似文献
